今年以(yi)來(lai),寶鋼化工公司抓(zhua)住(zhu)市場復蘇機遇,全方(fang)位挖掘現場成本改(gai)善潛力,及時調整生(sheng)產和(he)營銷(xiao)策略,截至8月底,提前(qian)4個月完(wan)(wan)成全年利潤目(mu)標(biao),實(shi)現利潤1.93億元,其中,降本增效8817.84萬元,分別完(wan)(wan)成年度目(mu)標(biao)的112.80%和(he)146.95%。
年初(chu),受國際(ji)金融危(wei)機(ji)影響,化(hua)(hua)(hua)工(gong)(gong)市場疲軟,寶(bao)鋼(gang)化(hua)(hua)(hua)工(gong)(gong)公(gong)(gong)(gong)司(si)一度(du)出(chu)現個別裝置停產(chan)、減產(chan)的(de)情況。為最大(da)限度(du)地實現效(xiao)益最大(da)化(hua)(hua)(hua),寶(bao)鋼(gang)化(hua)(hua)(hua)工(gong)(gong)公(gong)(gong)(gong)司(si)積極推(tui)(tui)進(jin)倒逼機(ji)制(zhi),號召全員深入挖掘成本改善(shan)潛力(li),開展(zhan)(zhan)(zhan)降(jiang)本增(zeng)效(xiao)活(huo)動(dong),并(bing)設定了(le)(le)(le)全年降(jiang)本增(zeng)效(xiao)6000萬(wan)元的(de)目(mu)(mu)標。寶(bao)鋼(gang)化(hua)(hua)(hua)工(gong)(gong)公(gong)(gong)(gong)司(si)通過目(mu)(mu)標分解,將(jiang)目(mu)(mu)標轉化(hua)(hua)(hua)成任務,并(bing)將(jiang)任務項(xiang)(xiang)(xiang)目(mu)(mu)化(hua)(hua)(hua),先后啟動(dong)了(le)(le)(le)降(jiang)低能源(yuan)消耗(hao)費(fei)用(yong)、降(jiang)低檢修(xiu)費(fei)用(yong)、設備修(xiu)舊利廢等五(wu)大(da)降(jiang)本增(zeng)效(xiao)項(xiang)(xiang)(xiang)目(mu)(mu)。為進(jin)一步調動(dong)員工(gong)(gong)參與(yu)成本改善(shan)工(gong)(gong)作(zuo)的(de)積極性(xing),工(gong)(gong)會還針對不同項(xiang)(xiang)(xiang)目(mu)(mu)開展(zhan)(zhan)(zhan)了(le)(le)(le)專項(xiang)(xiang)(xiang)勞動(dong)競賽,促進(jin)各項(xiang)(xiang)(xiang)目(mu)(mu)的(de)有(you)效(xiao)推(tui)(tui)進(jin)。如在節能減排專項(xiang)(xiang)(xiang)勞動(dong)競賽中,各部門發(fa)動(dong)員工(gong)(gong)積極為提高化(hua)(hua)(hua)工(gong)(gong)公(gong)(gong)(gong)司(si)能源(yuan)動(dong)力(li)系(xi)統的(de)運行效(xiao)率、降(jiang)低單耗(hao)、減少廢水發(fa)生量和氣(qi)體放散等開展(zhan)(zhan)(zhan)工(gong)(gong)作(zuo),為提前完(wan)成“實現能源(yuan)消耗(hao)降(jiang)本增(zeng)效(xiao)1500萬(wan)元”的(de)目(mu)(mu)標作(zuo)出(chu)了(le)(le)(le)貢獻。
