為全(quan)(quan)力保(bao)障(zhang)(zhang)“兩會(hui)(hui)”期(qi)(qi)間航(hang)(hang)(hang)油(you)(you)(you)(you)(you)(you)的(de)安(an)全(quan)(quan)供應(ying),中國航(hang)(hang)(hang)油(you)(you)(you)(you)(you)(you)集(ji)團公(gong)(gong)(gong)司(si)、有限公(gong)(gong)(gong)司(si)高度重(zhong)視、周密部署,中國航(hang)(hang)(hang)油(you)(you)(you)(you)(you)(you)華北公(gong)(gong)(gong)司(si)、北京安(an)全(quan)(quan)運(yun)行管理(li)部成立了“兩會(hui)(hui)”供油(you)(you)(you)(you)(you)(you)保(bao)障(zhang)(zhang)領導小組(zu),公(gong)(gong)(gong)司(si)主要領導親臨現(xian)場坐(zuo)鎮指(zhi)揮(hui)。第(di)一(yi)(yi)(yi)航(hang)(hang)(hang)空(kong)加(jia)油(you)(you)(you)(you)(you)(you)站結合歷次保(bao)障(zhang)(zhang)工作的(de)成果和(he)經驗,從(cong)信(xin)(xin)息(xi)溝通(tong)、人(ren)(ren)員車(che)輛保(bao)障(zhang)(zhang)及安(an)全(quan)(quan)防(fang)衛等方(fang)面(mian)入(ru)手制(zhi)定了詳(xiang)盡的(de)“兩會(hui)(hui)”保(bao)障(zhang)(zhang)工作方(fang)案:一(yi)(yi)(yi)是(shi)(shi)(shi)(shi)(shi)信(xin)(xin)息(xi)溝通(tong),航(hang)(hang)(hang)班信(xin)(xin)息(xi)是(shi)(shi)(shi)(shi)(shi)確(que)(que)保(bao)航(hang)(hang)(hang)班加(jia)油(you)(you)(you)(you)(you)(you)的(de)前提(ti)保(bao)障(zhang)(zhang),“兩會(hui)(hui)”期(qi)(qi)間現(xian)場應(ying)急(ji)(ji)指(zhi)揮(hui)中心(xin)、調(diao)度室通(tong)力配合,主動與(yu)各航(hang)(hang)(hang)空(kong)公(gong)(gong)(gong)司(si)做好溝通(tong)與(yu)協調(diao)工作,詳(xiang)細(xi)(xi)核對加(jia)油(you)(you)(you)(you)(you)(you)信(xin)(xin)息(xi),準確(que)(que)把(ba)握航(hang)(hang)(hang)班動態,以合理(li)安(an)排(pai)加(jia)油(you)(you)(you)(you)(you)(you)車(che)輛并(bing)提(ti)高車(che)輛的(de)利用率,并(bing)且(qie)指(zhi)派(pai)專人(ren)(ren)收集(ji)整(zheng)理(li)信(xin)(xin)息(xi),對兩會(hui)(hui)包機、航(hang)(hang)(hang)班重(zhong)點進行關注跟蹤,堅決杜(du)絕因(yin)加(jia)油(you)(you)(you)(you)(you)(you)不及時(shi)而造成航(hang)(hang)(hang)班延誤;二是(shi)(shi)(shi)(shi)(shi)人(ren)(ren)員保(bao)障(zhang)(zhang),由于“兩會(hui)(hui)”期(qi)(qi)間專機保(bao)障(zhang)(zhang)數量多(duo),進出港時(shi)間密集(ji)且(qie)不確(que)(que)定性強,第(di)一(yi)(yi)(yi)航(hang)(hang)(hang)空(kong)加(jia)油(you)(you)(you)(you)(you)(you)站結合實際(ji)情況(kuang),合理(li)配備(bei)(bei)組(zu)織(zhi)人(ren)(ren)力,根據航(hang)(hang)(hang)班信(xin)(xin)息(xi)及時(shi)調(diao)整(zheng)加(jia)油(you)(you)(you)(you)(you)(you)人(ren)(ren)員,并(bing)且(qie)要求(qiu)所有保(bao)障(zhang)(zhang)人(ren)(ren)員24小時(shi)通(tong)訊暢通(tong),做到遇緊(jin)急(ji)(ji)情況(kuang),隨(sui)叫隨(sui)到,提(ti)供充(chong)足的(de)人(ren)(ren)力保(bao)障(zhang)(zhang);三是(shi)(shi)(shi)(shi)(shi)加(jia)油(you)(you)(you)(you)(you)(you)設(she)備(bei)(bei)保(bao)障(zhang)(zhang),加(jia)油(you)(you)(you)(you)(you)(you)車(che)輛的(de)設(she)備(bei)(bei)完好是(shi)(shi)(shi)(shi)(shi)保(bao)障(zhang)(zhang)航(hang)(hang)(hang)班工作的(de)堅實基礎,26日他們(men)就組(zu)織(zhi)安(an)全(quan)(quan)隱(yin)(yin)患大排(pai)查(cha)(cha)對全(quan)(quan)部飛機加(jia)油(you)(you)(you)(you)(you)(you)車(che)從(cong)發動機到附屬零件事無巨細(xi)(xi)的(de)逐一(yi)(yi)(yi)檢查(cha)(cha),發現(xian)故障(zhang)(zhang),及時(shi)整(zheng)修;四是(shi)(shi)(shi)(shi)(shi)安(an)全(quan)(quan)防(fang)衛,“兩會(hui)(hui)”前夕(xi),第(di)一(yi)(yi)(yi)航(hang)(hang)(hang)空(kong)加(jia)油(you)(you)(you)(you)(you)(you)站從(cong)站內設(she)施(shi)(shi)設(she)備(bei)(bei)、安(an)全(quan)(quan)生產制(zhi)度建立健全(quan)(quan)、應(ying)急(ji)(ji)預案實施(shi)(shi)演練以及員工安(an)全(quan)(quan)思想教育等方(fang)面(mian)進行了全(quan)(quan)面(mian)細(xi)(xi)致的(de)安(an)全(quan)(quan)隱(yin)(yin)患大排(pai)查(cha)(cha),旨在從(cong)硬件設(she)備(bei)(bei)設(she)施(shi)(shi)、軟件人(ren)(ren)員思想狀(zhuang)態兩方(fang)面(mian)雙管齊下,確(que)(que)保(bao)“兩會(hui)(hui)”供油(you)(you)(you)(you)(you)(you)保(bao)障(zhang)(zhang)工作萬無一(yi)(yi)(yi)失。
“兩(liang)會”已(yi)經(jing)正式開(kai)幕,但供油(you)保障工作還遠沒有完成,中(zhong)國航油(you)全體員工毫(hao)不懈怠(dai),將以航油(you)人一如既往的熱(re)情和斗志投(tou)入到下(xia)一場戰役,為3月12日(ri)“兩(liang)會”閉幕代表離京專包機保障畫上圓滿的句號。
