經過湖南(nan)(nan)(nan)省(sheng)電(dian)力公司電(dian)網建設運行分公司、湖南(nan)(nan)(nan)省(sheng)電(dian)網建設公司、湖南(nan)(nan)(nan)省(sheng)電(dian)力設計院等參(can)建單位(wei)一年多的共(gong)同(tong)努力,2009年12月28日,湖南(nan)(nan)(nan)省(sheng)首(shou)座“兩型一化”500千伏(fu)永(yong)州南(nan)(nan)(nan)(紫霞)變電(dian)站建成(cheng)投運,標(biao)志著湖南(nan)(nan)(nan)500千伏(fu)“三橫(heng)”“兩縱”“兩環網”主網架基(ji)本形成(cheng)。
500千(qian)伏永(yong)州(zhou)南變電(dian)(dian)站位于(yu)永(yong)州(zhou)市寧(ning)遠縣(xian)舜陵鎮紫霞街,本期(qi)建設(she)規模(mo)為(wei)一臺75萬千(qian)伏安主變壓器,配套建設(she)500千(qian)伏線(xian)路2回(hui)、221千(qian)米,220千(qian)伏線(xian)路5回(hui)、80千(qian)米,輸變電(dian)(dian)工(gong)程(cheng)共計投資近10億元。工(gong)程(cheng)于(yu)2008年10月底開(kai)工(gong),2009年4月開(kai)始基礎施工(gong),12月28日正式投運(yun)。
該變(bian)電(dian)(dian)(dian)(dian)站(zhan)的(de)投運(yun),大大加強了湘(xiang)南電(dian)(dian)(dian)(dian)網結(jie)構和永州(zhou)南部電(dian)(dian)(dian)(dian)網供(gong)電(dian)(dian)(dian)(dian)能力,解(jie)決了永州(zhou)電(dian)(dian)(dian)(dian)力供(gong)應(ying)瓶頸問題;改(gai)寫了永州(zhou)電(dian)(dian)(dian)(dian)網通過2條(tiao)(tiao)220千(qian)(qian)(qian)伏(fu)線路供(gong)帶4座220千(qian)(qian)(qian)伏(fu)變(bian)電(dian)(dian)(dian)(dian)站(zhan)的(de)歷史(shi),對(dui)永州(zhou)電(dian)(dian)(dian)(dian)網的(de)穩定起著重要作用;有利于西部電(dian)(dian)(dian)(dian)力在永州(zhou)電(dian)(dian)(dian)(dian)網的(de)消(xiao)納并轉送至(zhi)郴州(zhou)電(dian)(dian)(dian)(dian)網。該工程是湖南公(gong)(gong)司標(biao)準化建設示范(fan)項目,也是湖南公(gong)(gong)司2009年(nian)電(dian)(dian)(dian)(dian)網建設的(de)收官之作。據(ju)悉,截至(zhi)2009年(nian)12月(yue)底(di),湖南超高(gao)壓電(dian)(dian)(dian)(dian)網投運(yun)500千(qian)(qian)(qian)伏(fu)變(bian)電(dian)(dian)(dian)(dian)站(zhan)15座、開(kai)關站(zhan)1座,投運(yun)輸電(dian)(dian)(dian)(dian)線路40條(tiao)(tiao)4326千(qian)(qian)(qian)米。
該變(bian)(bian)電站(zhan)(zhan)作為(wei)湖(hu)南省首(shou)座資源節約型、環境友好型、工(gong)業化(hua)的(de)500千伏(fu)變(bian)(bian)電站(zhan)(zhan),按照“三(san)通(tong)一標”原則(ze)建設。變(bian)(bian)電站(zhan)(zhan)內各設備區除(chu)了(le)由混凝土路(lu)面相連,其余所有空地覆蓋著(zhu)拇指大小的(de)白色碎石,不再種植花草,這樣可減少(shao)后期維護、節約水資源。此外,變(bian)(bian)電站(zhan)(zhan)內的(de)建筑(zhu)數量顯著(zhu)減少(shao),主控樓(lou)只有兩層,裝修簡(jian)單(dan)。室內設計理念是從少(shao)人值守(shou)到無人值守(shou)過渡(du),體現了(le)“工(gong)業化(hua)”建筑(zhu)的(de)特點。據悉,僅變(bian)(bian)電站(zhan)(zhan)主控樓(lou)的(de)建筑(zhu)面積就比舊式主控樓(lou)減少(shao)50%。該變(bian)(bian)電站(zhan)(zhan)顯著(zhu)降低了(le)工(gong)程(cheng)成本,方便了(le)運行維護,節約了(le)土地和水資源。
