2009年11月(yue)17日,向家壩-上(shang)海±800千伏特高(gao)壓(ya)直流(liu)示(shi)范工(gong)程復龍站800千伏高(gao)端換(huan)流(liu)變(bian)壓(ya)器在西門子紐倫堡變(bian)壓(ya)器廠成(cheng)功(gong)通過(guo)全部型(xing)式試(shi)驗項目(mu)考(kao)(kao)核(he),各(ge)項技術(shu)指標(biao)完全滿足技術(shu)規范要求(qiu),至此,特高(gao)壓(ya)直流(liu)示(shi)范工(gong)程兩(liang)端換(huan)流(liu)站所有800千伏直流(liu)設(she)備全部通過(guo)型(xing)式試(shi)驗考(kao)(kao)核(he),標(biao)志著復龍站換(huan)流(liu)變(bian)壓(ya)器即將進入批量制造和(he)交付,為加快(kuai)工(gong)程建設(she)進度,實現(xian)工(gong)程建設(she)目(mu)標(biao)奠定了堅實基礎。
國(guo)(guo)(guo)家(jia)電網公司高(gao)度重視西門(men)子特高(gao)壓(ya)(ya)(ya)(ya)直(zhi)(zhi)流(liu)(liu)換(huan)(huan)(huan)流(liu)(liu)變(bian)壓(ya)(ya)(ya)(ya)器(qi)(qi)的(de)(de)研(yan)制(zhi),公司領(ling)導密切關(guan)注(zhu)研(yan)制(zhi)進(jin)展(zhan),多次作出(chu)重要批示。特高(gao)壓(ya)(ya)(ya)(ya)部全(quan)(quan)力(li)以赴,精心組織國(guo)(guo)(guo)內(nei)外(wai)資深換(huan)(huan)(huan)流(liu)(liu)變(bian)壓(ya)(ya)(ya)(ya)器(qi)(qi)專家(jia),深入(ru)剖析、研(yan)討西門(men)子其他特高(gao)壓(ya)(ya)(ya)(ya)直(zhi)(zhi)流(liu)(liu)工(gong)(gong)(gong)(gong)程換(huan)(huan)(huan)流(liu)(liu)變(bian)壓(ya)(ya)(ya)(ya)器(qi)(qi)局放偏大(da)、產(chan)氣(qi)等(deng)問題的(de)(de)根源,全(quan)(quan)面、詳細、嚴格(ge)(ge)地審(shen)核閥側出(chu)線裝置、主,縱(zong)絕緣,調壓(ya)(ya)(ya)(ya)出(chu)線,分接開關(guan)等(deng)方(fang)面的(de)(de)設計方(fang)案以及(ji)干(gan)燥、真空抽取、注(zhu)油及(ji)熱油循環、靜置等(deng)后期工(gong)(gong)(gong)(gong)藝(yi)方(fang)案和指標,集中國(guo)(guo)(guo)內(nei)外(wai)變(bian)壓(ya)(ya)(ya)(ya)器(qi)(qi)行業的(de)(de)智(zhi)慧,充(chong)分借鑒各類變(bian)壓(ya)(ya)(ya)(ya)器(qi)(qi)研(yan)制(zhi)的(de)(de)經驗(yan),提出(chu)多項技(ji)術(shu)改(gai)進(jin)建(jian)議和工(gong)(gong)(gong)(gong)藝(yi)改(gai)進(jin)措(cuo)施,并與西門(men)子專家(jia)達成共識(shi)。同(tong)時,特高(gao)壓(ya)(ya)(ya)(ya)部赴西門(men)子紐倫堡廠全(quan)(quan)方(fang)位管控換(huan)(huan)(huan)流(liu)(liu)變(bian)壓(ya)(ya)(ya)(ya)器(qi)(qi)研(yan)制(zhi),狠抓(zhua)改(gai)進(jin)措(cuo)施落實(shi),敦促廠家(jia)采用性能更為先進(jin)的(de)(de)真空泵等(deng)工(gong)(gong)(gong)(gong)藝(yi)處理(li)設備,延長工(gong)(gong)(gong)(gong)藝(yi)處理(li)時間,實(shi)現(xian)了更嚴格(ge)(ge)的(de)(de)工(gong)(gong)(gong)(gong)藝(yi)控制(zhi)指標,全(quan)(quan)面提升了換(huan)(huan)(huan)流(liu)(liu)變(bian)壓(ya)(ya)(ya)(ya)器(qi)(qi)質(zhi)量,完全(quan)(quan)消除產(chan)氣(qi)、局放偏大(da)等(deng)問題。型式試驗(yan)考核結果顯示,該臺換(huan)(huan)(huan)流(liu)(liu)變(bian)壓(ya)(ya)(ya)(ya)器(qi)(qi)是(shi)西門(men)子各項技(ji)術(shu)指標最優良、最穩定的(de)(de)特高(gao)壓(ya)(ya)(ya)(ya)直(zhi)(zhi)流(liu)(liu)換(huan)(huan)(huan)流(liu)(liu)變(bian)壓(ya)(ya)(ya)(ya)器(qi)(qi)。
通過特(te)(te)高(gao)壓直(zhi)流(liu)(liu)(liu)示(shi)范工程(cheng)建設,國家電(dian)(dian)網公司組織國內外廠(chang)家研(yan)制成(cheng)功了(le)兩種技術路線(xian)的800千伏特(te)(te)高(gao)壓直(zhi)流(liu)(liu)(liu)換(huan)流(liu)(liu)(liu)變壓器(qi),進一步深(shen)入驗證了(le)特(te)(te)高(gao)壓直(zhi)流(liu)(liu)(liu)輸電(dian)(dian)技術的可行性,加(jia)快了(le)特(te)(te)高(gao)壓直(zhi)流(liu)(liu)(liu)輸電(dian)(dian)技術的推廣應用(yong)的步伐,為今后更高(gao)電(dian)(dian)壓等級的特(te)(te)高(gao)壓直(zhi)流(liu)(liu)(liu)輸電(dian)(dian)技術研(yan)究和設備研(yan)制奠(dian)定了(le)堅實(shi)基礎。
