9月26日(ri)，中國鐵(tie)路(lu)工(gong)(gong)程(cheng)(cheng)總公司所屬中鐵(tie)九局(ju)承(cheng)(cheng)建的(de)(de)靖宇至松江河鐵(tie)路(lu)工(gong)(gong)程(cheng)(cheng)下(xia)(xia)山頭(tou)隧道(dao)斜井(jing)正(zheng)式開工(gong)(gong)。下(xia)(xia)山頭(tou)隧道(dao)全(quan)長(chang)7960米(mi)，是宇松線施工(gong)(gong)難度最(zui)大、工(gong)(gong)期最(zui)緊(jin)的(de)(de)重點控制(zhi)性工(gong)(gong)程(cheng)(cheng)。為了確保下(xia)(xia)山頭(tou)隧道(dao)早日(ri)貫(guan)通，項目經理(li)部在DK58+500設置了斜井(jing)，斜井(jing)長(chang)893米(mi)，承(cheng)(cheng)擔正(zheng)洞3500米(mi)的(de)(de)施工(gong)(gong)任務。
