8月(yue)29日,中(zhong)國(guo)鐵(tie)(tie)路工(gong)(gong)(gong)(gong)程(cheng)(cheng)總公司(si)所屬中(zhong)鐵(tie)(tie)隧道(dao)(dao)參建的(de)(de)太(tai)中(zhong)銀鐵(tie)(tie)路STS-V標崗(gang)城隧道(dao)(dao)貫通(tong)。崗(gang)城隧道(dao)(dao)全(quan)長4575米,中(zhong)鐵(tie)(tie)隧道(dao)(dao)四處承擔進口端(duan)2383米的(de)(de)施(shi)工(gong)(gong)(gong)(gong)任務,工(gong)(gong)(gong)(gong)程(cheng)(cheng)地(di)質(zhi)條(tiao)(tiao)件復雜,路線(xian)長、規(gui)模大(da)、工(gong)(gong)(gong)(gong)期(qi)緊、施(shi)工(gong)(gong)(gong)(gong)難度(du)大(da)、質(zhi)量要求高(gao)。自2007年2月(yue)份進場以來,項目(mu)部(bu)克服陜北冬季嚴寒、溫差大(da)、多風沙(sha)等惡(e)劣自然條(tiao)(tiao)件,在(zai)施(shi)工(gong)(gong)(gong)(gong)過(guo)程(cheng)(cheng)中(zhong)嚴格規(gui)范作業,開展科技攻關,推行(xing)激(ji)勵(li)機制和(he)約束機制,強化執行(xing)力(li),制訂切實可(ke)行(xing)的(de)(de)安全(quan)管(guan)理(li)措施(shi),在(zai)保證施(shi)工(gong)(gong)(gong)(gong)安全(quan)的(de)(de)前(qian)提(ti)下充分發揮資源(yuan)潛(qian)力(li),達到快速連續施(shi)工(gong)(gong)(gong)(gong)。通(tong)過(guo)不斷(duan)實踐和(he)摸索,形成了一套獨特的(de)(de)“含水率高(gao)的(de)(de)新黃(huang)土三臺階六部(bu)開挖快速施(shi)工(gong)(gong)(gong)(gong)工(gong)(gong)(gong)(gong)法(fa)”。在(zai)沒有任何黃(huang)土隧道(dao)(dao)施(shi)工(gong)(gong)(gong)(gong)相關經(jing)驗可(ke)資借鑒的(de)(de)情況下,成功(gong)、安全(quan)、平穩地(di)穿(chuan)越(yue)被(bei)設計院和(he)業主視為高(gao)風險的(de)(de)崗(gang)城隧道(dao)(dao),施(shi)工(gong)(gong)(gong)(gong)進度(du)、安全(quan)質(zhi)量得(de)到了業主的(de)(de)一致好評。
