小灣水(shui)(shui)電站裝機(ji)6臺,總(zong)(zong)容(rong)量420萬(wan)(wan)千瓦。引(yin)(yin)(yin)水(shui)(shui)發電系統土建及金結(jie)安裝工(gong)程(cheng)是(shi)(shi)該(gai)電站最(zui)(zui)(zui)大(da)最(zui)(zui)(zui)重要(yao)的(de)(de)工(gong)程(cheng)之(zhi)一,包(bao)括地(di)下廠房(fang)、引(yin)(yin)(yin)水(shui)(shui)、尾(wei)水(shui)(shui)三大(da)部分(fen)(fen),由(you)三大(da)洞(dong)室(shi)和六條引(yin)(yin)(yin)水(shui)(shui)壓力管(guan)(guan)道、六條母線洞(dong)、兩條尾(wei)水(shui)(shui)洞(dong)及交通洞(dong)等龐(pang)大(da)的(de)(de)地(di)下洞(dong)室(shi)群(qun)和地(di)面進水(shui)(shui)塔等工(gong)程(cheng)組成。在不到0.3平(ping)方(fang)公(gong)(gong)里(li)的(de)(de)山體(ti)里(li),布置了總(zong)(zong)長(chang)17公(gong)(gong)里(li)的(de)(de)88條地(di)下洞(dong)室(shi)。洞(dong)室(shi)相間(jian)距小,受三級結(jie)構(gou)(gou)面、蝕(shi)變(bian)帶等地(di)質結(jie)構(gou)(gou)影響,施工(gong)圍巖穩(wen)定(ding)(ding)是(shi)(shi)公(gong)(gong)認的(de)(de)世界級難題。地(di)下廠房(fang)尾(wei)水(shui)(shui)管(guan)(guan)挖空率高(gao)(gao)達68%屬世界之(zhi)最(zui)(zui)(zui),84.88米(mi)(mi)(mi)直立(li)(li)墻穩(wen)定(ding)(ding)又是(shi)(shi)世界之(zhi)最(zui)(zui)(zui),30.6米(mi)(mi)(mi)大(da)跨度、埋深500多(duo)米(mi)(mi)(mi)世界罕見。共有洞(dong)挖221萬(wan)(wan)立(li)(li)方(fang)米(mi)(mi)(mi),明挖26萬(wan)(wan)立(li)(li)方(fang)米(mi)(mi)(mi)。主副廠房(fang)長(chang)298.9米(mi)(mi)(mi)、寬30.6米(mi)(mi)(mi)、高(gao)(gao)82米(mi)(mi)(mi),是(shi)(shi)國內(nei)最(zui)(zui)(zui)大(da)的(de)(de)水(shui)(shui)電站地(di)下廠房(fang)之(zhi)一。整(zheng)個系統工(gong)程(cheng)規(gui)模宏大(da),施工(gong)技術十分(fen)(fen)復雜,極具挑(tiao)戰(zhan)性,在國內(nei)屈指可數。
該(gai)工(gong)(gong)(gong)程(cheng)(cheng)于2003年11月12日開(kai)工(gong)(gong)(gong)。施工(gong)(gong)(gong)中(zhong),中(zhong)國(guo)水電(dian)141聯營體(ti)依靠技(ji)術創(chuang)新和采用(yong)新工(gong)(gong)(gong)藝、新材料,確保(bao)了(le)(le)(le)工(gong)(gong)(gong)程(cheng)(cheng)的優(you)質快速推進(jin)(jin)。尤其(qi)在地(di)下(xia)開(kai)挖(wa)中(zhong),成功(gong)穿越了(le)(le)(le)國(guo)內(nei)(nei)罕見的F7特(te)大斷層,保(bao)證了(le)(le)(le)工(gong)(gong)(gong)程(cheng)(cheng)安(an)全。并開(kai)挖(wa)成了(le)(le)(le)一(yi)流質量的地(di)下(xia)廠(chang)房等洞室,在巖(yan)壁吊車梁巖(yan)臺開(kai)挖(wa)中(zhong)進(jin)(jin)行(xing)了(le)(le)(le)積(ji)極探索,采取了(le)(le)(le)定位、定人、定鉆、定責、定時、定額、定標準(zhun)的“七定組織(zhi)法”和每孔必(bi)測(ce)量、每道工(gong)(gong)(gong)序(xu)必(bi)檢測(ce)、每排炮后必(bi)檢查、每班(ban)交接(jie)必(bi)對口(kou)現場(chang)交待(dai)、每天必(bi)總結的“五必(bi)管理制”,形成了(le)(le)(le)精品項目,為國(guo)內(nei)(nei)其(qi)他工(gong)(gong)(gong)程(cheng)(cheng)提供(gong)了(le)(le)(le)借鑒。施工(gong)(gong)(gong)中(zhong)特(te)別加(jia)強了(le)(le)(le)環保(bao)、水保(bao)工(gong)(gong)(gong)作,在生態保(bao)護上得(de)到了(le)(le)(le)高度重視。
小灣電(dian)站(zhan)地(di)下(xia)廠房(fang)開(kai)挖(wa)于(yu)(yu)2003年(nian)(nian)(nian)12月(yue)(yue)(yue)9日(ri)(ri)開(kai)始, 2006年(nian)(nian)(nian)5月(yue)(yue)(yue)10日(ri)(ri)結(jie)(jie)束(shu)(shu),歷時29個月(yue)(yue)(yue);混(hun)(hun)凝(ning)土(tu)主體工(gong)程施(shi)工(gong)于(yu)(yu)2006年(nian)(nian)(nian)5月(yue)(yue)(yue)8日(ri)(ri)開(kai)始,2008年(nian)(nian)(nian)10月(yue)(yue)(yue)24日(ri)(ri)結(jie)(jie)束(shu)(shu)。引水系統2004年(nian)(nian)(nian)12月(yue)(yue)(yue)開(kai)始開(kai)挖(wa)施(shi)工(gong),于(yu)(yu)2006年(nian)(nian)(nian)8月(yue)(yue)(yue)15日(ri)(ri)結(jie)(jie)束(shu)(shu);并于(yu)(yu)同年(nian)(nian)(nian)7月(yue)(yue)(yue)20日(ri)(ri)開(kai)始混(hun)(hun)凝(ning)土(tu)襯砌(qi)(qi),2008年(nian)(nian)(nian)9月(yue)(yue)(yue)30日(ri)(ri)完成。尾水系統2004年(nian)(nian)(nian)1月(yue)(yue)(yue)開(kai)始開(kai)挖(wa)至2007年(nian)(nian)(nian)結(jie)(jie)束(shu)(shu);2006年(nian)(nian)(nian)3月(yue)(yue)(yue)開(kai)始混(hun)(hun)凝(ning)土(tu)襯砌(qi)(qi),今年(nian)(nian)(nian)1月(yue)(yue)(yue)完工(gong)。進水塔工(gong)程于(yu)(yu)2005年(nian)(nian)(nian)2月(yue)(yue)(yue)15日(ri)(ri)開(kai)工(gong),2007年(nian)(nian)(nian)12月(yue)(yue)(yue)31日(ri)(ri)混(hun)(hun)凝(ning)土(tu)施(shi)工(gong)結(jie)(jie)束(shu)(shu),隨后(hou)開(kai)始水工(gong)設(she)備安(an)裝施(shi)工(gong)。整(zheng)體工(gong)程按提前(qian)一年(nian)(nian)(nian)發電(dian)目標正常推進,為機電(dian)設(she)備安(an)裝提供了良(liang)好條件(jian)。
目(mu)前,電站建(jian)設正在按照首臺(tai)機組(zu)發電目(mu)標(biao)全(quan)力以赴向(xiang)前推(tui)進。
