6月16日,中國鐵路工程總公司中鐵氣電化局與中國鐵路通信信號集團公司聯合體中標新建上海至杭州鐵路客運專線通信、信號、電力及牽引供電系統集成施工總承包工程。
滬杭客(ke)專四(si)(si)電(dian)(dian)(dian)(dian)系(xi)統(tong)集(ji)(ji)(ji)成(cheng)工(gong)(gong)程(cheng)(cheng)包含滬杭客(ke)運專線(xian)(xian)工(gong)(gong)程(cheng)(cheng)及上(shang)海、杭州樞紐(niu)相關(guan)工(gong)(gong)程(cheng)(cheng)。滬杭客(ke)運專線(xian)(xian)上(shang)海至(zhi)杭州段沿滬杭高(gao)速(su)公路北側展開,北起(qi)上(shang)海虹橋站(zhan)樞紐(niu),南(nan)至(zhi)杭州東站(zhan)樞紐(niu),正線(xian)(xian)全長(chang)約153公里,建(jian)設(she)標準為雙(shuang)線(xian)(xian)電(dian)(dian)(dian)(dian)氣(qi)化(hua),設(she)計行車(che)時(shi)速(su)為每(mei)小(xiao)(xiao)時(shi)最高(gao)350公里,設(she)計最小(xiao)(xiao)列(lie)車(che)發車(che)間(jian)隔時(shi)間(jian)3分(fen)鐘(zhong),初(chu)期每(mei)日開210對(dui)列(lie)車(che),遠期每(mei)日235對(dui),將(jiang)使杭州至(zhi)上(shang)海的最快運行時(shi)間(jian)從(cong)現在的1個多小(xiao)(xiao)時(shi)縮短到38分(fen)鐘(zhong)。中(zhong)(zhong)(zhong)鐵電(dian)(dian)(dian)(dian)氣(qi)化(hua)局(ju)中(zhong)(zhong)(zhong)標的四(si)(si)電(dian)(dian)(dian)(dian)系(xi)統(tong)集(ji)(ji)(ji)成(cheng)工(gong)(gong)程(cheng)(cheng)于2009年7月進場開工(gong)(gong),2010年7月20日工(gong)(gong)程(cheng)(cheng)建(jian)成(cheng),2010年9月30日完成(cheng)系(xi)統(tong)集(ji)(ji)(ji)成(cheng)試驗、試運行及驗收。聯合體中(zhong)(zhong)(zhong)標價14.55億元,中(zhong)(zhong)(zhong)鐵電(dian)(dian)(dian)(dian)氣(qi)化(hua)局(ju)負責牽引供(gong)電(dian)(dian)(dian)(dian)、電(dian)(dian)(dian)(dian)力供(gong)電(dian)(dian)(dian)(dian)、防災(zai)報警(jing)系(xi)統(tong)、相關(guan)四(si)(si)電(dian)(dian)(dian)(dian)房屋建(jian)筑及其相關(guan)土(tu)建(jian)等工(gong)(gong)程(cheng)(cheng)的施工(gong)(gong),合同包價約9億元。中(zhong)(zhong)(zhong)鐵電(dian)(dian)(dian)(dian)氣(qi)化(hua)局(ju)決心嚴格按照安(an)全、質量、工(gong)(gong)期、投資效益、環境保護(hu)、技術創新(xin)“六位一(yi)體”的要(yao)求(qiu),安(an)全優質地完成(cheng)工(gong)(gong)程(cheng)(cheng)任務(wu)。
