近日,中鐵七局一公司參與施工的奎北鐵路重點控制工程———巴音努魯隧道勝利貫通。
奎北(bei)鐵路巴音(yin)努魯隧道全長2390米(mi),具有地質(zhi)復雜(均為V級軟弱(ruo)圍(wei)巖(yan)(yan))、埋段(最低(di)埋深(shen)只(zhi)有3.4米(mi))、圍(wei)巖(yan)(yan)軟弱(ruo)變(bian)化(hua)頻繁等(deng)特點,工(gong)(gong)(gong)(gong)期緊迫(po)、質(zhi)量要求高、施(shi)工(gong)(gong)(gong)(gong)難度(du)大,曾一度(du)被稱為奎北(bei)鐵路的(de)卡脖子工(gong)(gong)(gong)(gong)程。去年10月28日開(kai)工(gong)(gong)(gong)(gong)以(yi)(yi)來,中鐵七局一公司項(xiang)目(mu)部針(zhen)對地質(zhi)復雜、圍(wei)巖(yan)(yan)變(bian)化(hua)多(duo)樣、埋深(shen)淺(qian)等(deng)特殊情況,嚴格(ge)遵循(xun)“短進尺、弱(ruo)爆破、強(qiang)(qiang)支護、勤量測”的(de)原則,精心組織,采(cai)用臺階開(kai)挖等(deng)方法科學施(shi)工(gong)(gong)(gong)(gong),加強(qiang)(qiang)工(gong)(gong)(gong)(gong)序(xu)控(kong)制,嚴格(ge)工(gong)(gong)(gong)(gong)序(xu)銜(xian)接,使掘進循(xun)環時間由(you)最初的(de)24小時左右逐(zhu)漸(jian)縮短到18小時以(yi)(yi)內,日進尺由(you)原來的(de)不足2.4米(mi)逐(zhu)步提高到3.8米(mi)以(yi)(yi)上,不斷(duan)創出(chu)施(shi)工(gong)(gong)(gong)(gong)新紀錄。他(ta)們(men)在施(shi)工(gong)(gong)(gong)(gong)中結合工(gong)(gong)(gong)(gong)程特點,嚴格(ge)施(shi)工(gong)(gong)(gong)(gong)規范,強(qiang)(qiang)化(hua)過程控(kong)制,積極做(zuo)好變(bian)形監(jian)控(kong)量測、超前地質(zhi)預報(bao)等(deng)工(gong)(gong)(gong)(gong)作,實現了“安全零(ling)(ling)事故(gu)、質(zhi)量零(ling)(ling)缺陷”目(mu)標。
