11月4日,中(zhong)鐵電氣化(hua)局承擔的(de)(de)石(shi)(shi)(shi)德(de)(de)(de)鐵路(lu)電氣化(hua)改造(zao)(zao)工(gong)(gong)(gong)程(cheng)全面竣工(gong)(gong)(gong),石(shi)(shi)(shi)德(de)(de)(de)電氣化(hua)鐵路(lu)開通。石(shi)(shi)(shi)德(de)(de)(de)鐵路(lu)電氣化(hua)改造(zao)(zao)工(gong)(gong)(gong)程(cheng)西(xi)起石(shi)(shi)(shi)家莊市,向東到達山東德(de)(de)(de)州市。東接京(jing)九、京(jing)滬,西(xi)接京(jing)廣、石(shi)(shi)(shi)太,形成連貫南北、溝(gou)通東西(xi)路(lu)網(wang)干線的(de)(de)大(da)能(neng)力(li)運輸通道(dao),正(zheng)線全長(chang)181.9公里,總投(tou)資7.6億元。石(shi)(shi)(shi)德(de)(de)(de)鐵路(lu)電氣化(hua)改造(zao)(zao)工(gong)(gong)(gong)程(cheng)是國家《中(zhong)長(chang)期鐵路(lu)網(wang)規劃》中(zhong)的(de)(de)項目(mu)。電氣化(hua)改造(zao)(zao)后,石(shi)(shi)(shi)德(de)(de)(de)線列車將由原來的(de)(de)內燃機(ji)車牽引改為電力(li)機(ji)車牽引,比內燃機(ji)牽引能(neng)力(li)提高(gao)50%,能(neng)夠滿足開行雙層(ceng)集裝箱(xiang)獵人的(de)(de)需求,能(neng)耗降低1/3,大(da)大(da)提高(gao)了客貨(huo)列車的(de)(de)運營(ying)速度。
