近日,中(zhong)鐵(tie)九局施工(gong)(gong)的(de)福廈鐵(tie)路控制(zhi)工(gong)(gong)期工(gong)(gong)程黃(huang)(huang)石特(te)大(da)橋(qiao)(qiao)(qiao)實現全橋(qiao)(qiao)(qiao)架(jia)(jia)通(tong)(tong)。黃(huang)(huang)石特(te)大(da)橋(qiao)(qiao)(qiao)全長2819.2米,橋(qiao)(qiao)(qiao)墩臺89個,需架(jia)(jia)設箱(xiang)梁(liang)(liang)85孔。是全線(xian)控制(zhi)工(gong)(gong)期工(gong)(gong)程之一,為(wei)(wei)全標段“卡脖子(zi)工(gong)(gong)程”。黃(huang)(huang)石特(te)大(da)橋(qiao)(qiao)(qiao)地(di)形復雜,位于(yu)沿海地(di)區軟(ruan)土(tu)路基段。地(di)質(zhi)差(cha)異較大(da),有流沙、孤石、斜(xie)巖等不良(liang)地(di)質(zhi)條件。與地(di)方(fang)道(dao)路交叉多(duo),橫(heng)跨交通(tong)(tong)密集(ji)的(de)202省(sheng)道(dao)及河流,施工(gong)(gong)難(nan)(nan)度大(da)。橋(qiao)(qiao)(qiao)梁(liang)(liang)鉆(zhan)(zhan)、挖孔樁721根,其中(zhong)最長61.5米,最短(duan)8米。為(wei)(wei)滿足設計要求,中(zhong)鐵(tie)九局項(xiang)目(mu)部加大(da)投入(ru),加設多(duo)臺沖擊鉆(zhan)(zhan)機(ji),克(ke)服地(di)質(zhi)等不良(liang)因素影響。加強與地(di)方(fang)溝(gou)通(tong)(tong),協調交叉難(nan)(nan)題(ti),加快了(le)(le)施工(gong)(gong)進程,創造單日架(jia)(jia)4孔32米900噸箱(xiang)梁(liang)(liang)新紀錄,900噸架(jia)(jia)橋(qiao)(qiao)(qiao)機(ji)成(cheng)功(gong)完成(cheng)4次(ci)變跨1次(ci)轉場,順利實現了(le)(le)全橋(qiao)(qiao)(qiao)貫通(tong)(tong)。
