10月18日(ri)(ri)至22日(ri)(ri),由中(zhong)國工程(cheng)院(yuan)院(yuan)士張超然、譚(tan)靖夷(yi)、馬洪琪、鄭守仁(ren)和(he)20名專家組(zu)成(cheng)的(de)(de)溪洛(luo)渡(du)導(dao)流(liu)洞(dong)截(jie)流(liu)驗(yan)(yan)收小組(zu),通過實地(di)查勘、聽(ting)取檔案匯報、現場(chang)檢(jian)查、交流(liu)討論(lun)等方式,對(dui)溪洛(luo)渡(du)導(dao)流(liu)洞(dong)進行驗(yan)(yan)收,由中(zhong)國水(shui)電建設(she)集團(tuan)水(shui)電六局承(cheng)擔的(de)(de)左(zuo)岸1#~3#導(dao)流(liu)洞(dong),洞(dong)挖成(cheng)型好、混凝土澆筑好、現場(chang)清理(li)整潔度高,驗(yan)(yan)收資(zi)料齊(qi)全(quan),受到好評。三峽(xia)工程(cheng)開發(fa)總公司副總經理(li)樊啟祥說:“六局的(de)(de)導(dao)流(liu)洞(dong)工程(cheng),從初始(shi)階段一直到驗(yan)(yan)收階段,抓(zhua)得(de)(de)緊、抓(zhua)得(de)(de)主(zhu)動,各方面條件創造得(de)(de)比較好,希望水(shui)電集團(tuan)在其(qi)他(ta)各項(xiang)施工中(zhong)繼續(xu)發(fa)揮帶頭作用。”
溪洛渡水(shui)(shui)電站導(dao)(dao)流(liu)洞(dong)(dong)工(gong)(gong)程(cheng)是大(da)江截流(liu)的(de)(de)關(guan)鍵項(xiang)目(mu),導(dao)(dao)流(liu)洞(dong)(dong)的(de)(de)分(fen)流(liu)條件事關(guan)截流(liu)成(cheng)敗(bai),施工(gong)(gong)過程(cheng)中(zhong),中(zhong)國(guo)水(shui)(shui)電六局承擔的(de)(de)左岸(an)1#、2#、3#導(dao)(dao)流(liu)洞(dong)(dong)預裂(lie)爆(bao)(bao)破共獲得(de)業主評(ping)定(ding)的(de)(de)9個樣(yang)板段,創出(chu)了月石方洞(dong)(dong)挖27.1萬立方米的(de)(de)國(guo)內(nei)同(tong)類(lei)(lei)工(gong)(gong)程(cheng)施工(gong)(gong)進(jin)(jin)度(du)(du)新紀(ji)錄,在Ⅲ—Ⅳ類(lei)(lei)圍(wei)(wei)巖中(zhong)同(tong)時進(jin)(jin)行三個相鄰的(de)(de)最大(da)跨度(du)(du)達34米的(de)(de)特大(da)斷面洞(dong)(dong)室開挖與支(zhi)護施工(gong)(gong),創國(guo)內(nei)水(shui)(shui)電站地下洞(dong)(dong)挖跨度(du)(du)新紀(ji)錄。其中(zhong),“特大(da)斷面導(dao)(dao)流(liu)洞(dong)(dong)開挖與襯砌”施工(gong)(gong)工(gong)(gong)藝,獲得(de)水(shui)(shui)電建設集團科技進(jin)(jin)步(bu)一(yi)等獎,經專家評(ping)定(ding)達到國(guo)際先進(jin)(jin)水(shui)(shui)平。順利(li)實(shi)施了1#-3#導(dao)(dao)流(liu)洞(dong)(dong)進(jin)(jin)口(kou)圍(wei)(wei)堰(yan)和(he)出(chu)口(kou)圍(wei)(wei)堰(yan)385高(gao)程(cheng)以上的(de)(de)爆(bao)(bao)破拆除,該(gai)爆(bao)(bao)破為國(guo)家A級爆(bao)(bao)破,實(shi)際效果良好。
據悉(xi),三峽工(gong)程開發總(zong)公(gong)司溪洛渡建設(she)部,將導流(liu)洞(dong)工(gong)程作為試點(dian),優化混(hun)凝土配合比,增(zeng)加洞(dong)內混(hun)凝土澆筑強度(du),在底板鋪(pu)設(she)冷卻水管,為大壩和廠房施(shi)工(gong)積(ji)累經驗和技術(shu)數據,因此,導流(liu)洞(dong)施(shi)工(gong)質量、外觀形象成(cheng)為專家組關注的焦點(dian)。
