9月6日,鐵道部和青海省在(zai)青海湖畔舉行了(le)青藏(zang)鐵路(lu)西寧至格(ge)爾木段增建第二線工程動員(yuan)大會。
青(qing)藏鐵路西(xi)(xi)寧至格爾木(mu)段增(zeng)建第二線工程建設工期預計為5年,既(ji)有線路東起(qi)青(qing)海省(sheng)(sheng)西(xi)(xi)寧市,西(xi)(xi)至格爾木(mu)市,全長834公(gong)里(li),是目前青(qing)藏高(gao)原對外(wai)聯(lian)系的唯一鐵路通道(dao),是推動(dong)青(qing)海省(sheng)(sheng)、西(xi)(xi)藏自治(zhi)區(qu)國民(min)經濟和社會發展及開發柴達(da)木(mu)盆地的大動(dong)脈和對外(wai)交流主要交通干(gan)線。
2005年9月,為了(le)提(ti)(ti)高(gao)青藏鐵路(lu)全(quan)線(xian)(xian)整體運(yun)(yun)(yun)輸(shu)能(neng)力,西(xi)寧至(zhi)格(ge)爾(er)(er)木(mu)段既有(you)(you)線(xian)(xian)474公里(li)(li)(li)實施了(le)增建第(di)二(er)(er)線(xian)(xian)應急工(gong)(gong)(gong)程(cheng)建設(she),主要進(jin)行了(le)站前工(gong)(gong)(gong)程(cheng)建設(she)和(he)通信、信號工(gong)(gong)(gong)程(cheng)以及并肩(jian)地段既有(you)(you)線(xian)(xian)的(de)病害整治和(he)換(huan)鋪(pu)無縫(feng)線(xian)(xian)路(lu)的(de)建設(she)。西(xi)寧至(zhi)格(ge)爾(er)(er)木(mu)段增建第(di)二(er)(er)線(xian)(xian)工(gong)(gong)(gong)程(cheng),是在原有(you)(you)基礎上(shang)對西(xi)寧貨站至(zhi)托勒、江河至(zhi)烏蘭、連湖至(zhi)浩魯格(ge)、飲(yin)馬峽(xia)至(zhi)臨山、格(ge)爾(er)(er)木(mu)東至(zhi)格(ge)爾(er)(er)木(mu)五段共356公里(li)(li)(li)增建第(di)二(er)(er)線(xian)(xian),并對全(quan)線(xian)(xian)進(jin)行電(dian)氣(qi)化建設(she)。中國鐵路(lu)工(gong)(gong)(gong)程(cheng)總(zong)公司所屬(shu)的(de)中鐵電(dian)氣(qi)化局電(dian)氣(qi)化公司中標西(xi)寧至(zhi)格(ge)爾(er)(er)木(mu)段增建第(di)二(er)(er)線(xian)(xian)工(gong)(gong)(gong)程(cheng)站后(hou)Ⅰ標段,工(gong)(gong)(gong)程(cheng)投資總(zong)概算為13.2億(yi)元(yuan),全(quan)線(xian)(xian)共410正線(xian)(xian)公里(li)(li)(li),包含征地拆遷、通信、信號、電(dian)力、接觸網、變電(dian)等(deng)專業。工(gong)(gong)(gong)程(cheng)目(mu)(mu)前已進(jin)入緊鑼密鼓(gu)的(de)施工(gong)(gong)(gong)準備階段。工(gong)(gong)(gong)程(cheng)建成運(yun)(yun)(yun)營后(hou),將結束青藏高(gao)原沒有(you)(you)電(dian)氣(qi)化鐵路(lu)的(de)歷史,青藏鐵路(lu)西(xi)寧至(zhi)格(ge)爾(er)(er)木(mu)段運(yun)(yun)(yun)輸(shu)能(neng)力將顯著提(ti)(ti)高(gao),貨運(yun)(yun)(yun)年通過能(neng)力達到(dao)(dao)5000萬噸,客(ke)車每日可開行20對,客(ke)車速度目(mu)(mu)標值可達到(dao)(dao)160公里(li)(li)(li)/小時。
