9月(yue)11日,由中(zhong)國水電(dian)建(jian)設(she)集團水電(dian)八局承建(jian)的衢(qu)常鐵路經專家組(zu)嚴(yan)格檢查,一次性順利通過(guo)通車前(qian)驗(yan)收(shou),其(qi)工程(cheng)質量、安全及(ji)施(shi)工進(jin)度得到了專家組(zu)和(he)衢(qu)常鐵路有限公司的肯定。
衢(qu)(qu)常(chang)(chang)鐵路是浙贛線(xian)與(yu)(yu)京九線(xian)重要連接通道(dao),上(shang)至(zhi)衢(qu)(qu)州市下至(zhi)常(chang)(chang)山縣,全(quan)長41公(gong)(gong)里(li),總投資6.75億元。衢(qu)(qu)常(chang)(chang)鐵路工(gong)(gong)程(cheng)由鐵道(dao)部、常(chang)(chang)山縣政府(fu)、常(chang)(chang)山水泥(ni)有(you)限(xian)公(gong)(gong)司、浙江投資有(you)限(xian)公(gong)(gong)司等四家(jia)投資興建(jian),為(wei)國內首(shou)家(jia)引(yin)進民營資本投資鐵路建(jian)設和(he)鐵路系(xi)統外部施工(gong)(gong)隊伍首(shou)次參與(yu)(yu)鐵路工(gong)(gong)程(cheng)施工(gong)(gong)的(de)項目。水電八(ba)局承建(jian)衢(qu)(qu)常(chang)(chang)鐵路DK31+700~DK39+700段,工(gong)(gong)程(cheng)包括28條涵洞、8公(gong)(gong)里(li)路基開(kai)挖填筑(zhu)及附屬建(jian)筑(zhu)物和(he)一(yi)座595米的(de)隧道(dao)建(jian)設,合同金額(e)為(wei)4000余萬元。
衢(qu)(qu)常鐵(tie)路(lu)(lu)(lu)工(gong)(gong)(gong)(gong)(gong)(gong)程(cheng)(cheng)于(yu)2005年(nian)11月(yue)正(zheng)式開工(gong)(gong)(gong)(gong)(gong)(gong)。這(zhe)是(shi)水電(dian)八局第(di)一次(ci)進入鐵(tie)路(lu)(lu)(lu)系統(tong)的(de)(de)(de)首項(xiang)(xiang)鐵(tie)路(lu)(lu)(lu)工(gong)(gong)(gong)(gong)(gong)(gong)程(cheng)(cheng),也是(shi)集(ji)團(tuan)成(cheng)員企業(ye)承建(jian)(jian)的(de)(de)(de)首項(xiang)(xiang)鐵(tie)路(lu)(lu)(lu)工(gong)(gong)(gong)(gong)(gong)(gong)程(cheng)(cheng)。在工(gong)(gong)(gong)(gong)(gong)(gong)程(cheng)(cheng)建(jian)(jian)設中(zhong),該局衢(qu)(qu)常項(xiang)(xiang)目部(bu)建(jian)(jian)設者(zhe)以建(jian)(jian)好衢(qu)(qu)常鐵(tie)路(lu)(lu)(lu),為(wei)八局爭光(guang)(guang),為(wei)集(ji)團(tuan)公司爭光(guang)(guang)為(wei)目標,迅速(su)適應新市場,克服重(zhong)重(zhong)困(kun)難(nan),精心組織、嚴格管(guan)理,確(que)保工(gong)(gong)(gong)(gong)(gong)(gong)程(cheng)(cheng)進度(du)(du)、質量、安全(quan)和(he)形象面貌滿(man)足合(he)同要求。其中(zhong)DK35+300至340隧(sui)(sui)洞(dong)光(guang)(guang)面爆破(po)半孔(kong)率和(he)平整度(du)(du)為(wei)整個(ge)衢(qu)(qu)常鐵(tie)路(lu)(lu)(lu)隧(sui)(sui)道開挖最(zui)優,受到業(ye)主(zhu)高(gao)度(du)(du)贊揚。在2006年(nian)二(er)季度(du)(du)業(ye)主(zhu)組織的(de)(de)(de)安全(quan)質量評(ping)比中(zhong),衢(qu)(qu)常項(xiang)(xiang)目部(bu)承建(jian)(jian)的(de)(de)(de)工(gong)(gong)(gong)(gong)(gong)(gong)程(cheng)(cheng)獲(huo)得(de)第(di)一名(ming),并在二(er)、三季度(du)(du)全(quan)路(lu)(lu)(lu)段勞動競賽中(zhong)項(xiang)(xiang)目部(bu)分別(bie)獲(huo)得(de)第(di)二(er)、三名(ming)。衢(qu)(qu)常鐵(tie)路(lu)(lu)(lu)箬嶺隧(sui)(sui)道因含有小煤窯(yao)采空(kong)區(qu)、軟基流塑、大溶(rong)洞(dong)等多種特(te)殊地質條(tiao)件,隧(sui)(sui)道的(de)(de)(de)施(shi)工(gong)(gong)(gong)(gong)(gong)(gong)是(shi)整個(ge)衢(qu)(qu)常鐵(tie)路(lu)(lu)(lu)施(shi)工(gong)(gong)(gong)(gong)(gong)(gong)最(zui)難(nan)的(de)(de)(de)施(shi)工(gong)(gong)(gong)(gong)(gong)(gong)項(xiang)(xiang)目,該局迎難(nan)而(er)上,通(tong)過(guo)施(shi)工(gong)(gong)(gong)(gong)(gong)(gong)方(fang)案優化、精心組織施(shi)工(gong)(gong)(gong)(gong)(gong)(gong),仍然率先(xian)完成(cheng)了(le)段內(nei)全(quan)部(bu)施(shi)工(gong)(gong)(gong)(gong)(gong)(gong)任(ren)務,實現全(quan)線(xian)貫通(tong)并順利通(tong)過(guo)驗收(shou),為(wei)2007年(nian)9月(yue)25日衢(qu)(qu)常鐵(tie)路(lu)(lu)(lu)正(zheng)式通(tong)車奠定了(le)基礎。
