9月11日,由中(zhong)國(guo)水(shui)電(dian)(dian)建設集團水(shui)電(dian)(dian)八(ba)局(ju)承建的衢常鐵路經(jing)專(zhuan)家組嚴(yan)格檢查(cha),一次性順利(li)通(tong)過(guo)通(tong)車前(qian)驗收,其工程質(zhi)量(liang)、安全及施工進(jin)度得到了專(zhuan)家組和衢常鐵路有限公司的肯定。
衢常(chang)鐵(tie)(tie)路(lu)(lu)(lu)是浙(zhe)贛線與京九線重要連接(jie)通(tong)道(dao)(dao),上至(zhi)衢州市下至(zhi)常(chang)山(shan)縣,全長41公(gong)里,總投(tou)資6.75億元(yuan)。衢常(chang)鐵(tie)(tie)路(lu)(lu)(lu)工(gong)(gong)(gong)(gong)程(cheng)由(you)鐵(tie)(tie)道(dao)(dao)部、常(chang)山(shan)縣政府、常(chang)山(shan)水泥有限(xian)公(gong)司、浙(zhe)江(jiang)投(tou)資有限(xian)公(gong)司等四家(jia)投(tou)資興建(jian)(jian),為國內首家(jia)引進民營資本投(tou)資鐵(tie)(tie)路(lu)(lu)(lu)建(jian)(jian)設和(he)鐵(tie)(tie)路(lu)(lu)(lu)系統外(wai)部施工(gong)(gong)(gong)(gong)隊(dui)伍首次參與鐵(tie)(tie)路(lu)(lu)(lu)工(gong)(gong)(gong)(gong)程(cheng)施工(gong)(gong)(gong)(gong)的(de)項目(mu)。水電八局承建(jian)(jian)衢常(chang)鐵(tie)(tie)路(lu)(lu)(lu)DK31+700~DK39+700段,工(gong)(gong)(gong)(gong)程(cheng)包括28條(tiao)涵洞(dong)、8公(gong)里路(lu)(lu)(lu)基開挖(wa)填筑及附屬建(jian)(jian)筑物和(he)一座595米的(de)隧(sui)道(dao)(dao)建(jian)(jian)設,合同(tong)金額為4000余萬(wan)元(yuan)。
衢(qu)(qu)常(chang)(chang)(chang)鐵(tie)(tie)(tie)路(lu)工(gong)(gong)(gong)(gong)(gong)(gong)程于2005年11月正式開工(gong)(gong)(gong)(gong)(gong)(gong)。這是(shi)水電(dian)八局(ju)第一(yi)次進入鐵(tie)(tie)(tie)路(lu)系統的首項鐵(tie)(tie)(tie)路(lu)工(gong)(gong)(gong)(gong)(gong)(gong)程,也是(shi)集(ji)團成(cheng)員企業承建的首項鐵(tie)(tie)(tie)路(lu)工(gong)(gong)(gong)(gong)(gong)(gong)程。在工(gong)(gong)(gong)(gong)(gong)(gong)程建設(she)中(zhong),該局(ju)衢(qu)(qu)常(chang)(chang)(chang)項目部(bu)建設(she)者以(yi)建好(hao)衢(qu)(qu)常(chang)(chang)(chang)鐵(tie)(tie)(tie)路(lu),為(wei)八局(ju)爭光(guang),為(wei)集(ji)團公司(si)爭光(guang)為(wei)目標(biao),迅(xun)速適應(ying)新市場,克服(fu)重重困難,精(jing)心(xin)組(zu)織、嚴格管理,確(que)保工(gong)(gong)(gong)(gong)(gong)(gong)程進度、質(zhi)量、安(an)全(quan)和形象(xiang)面(mian)貌滿足(zu)合同(tong)要求。其中(zhong)DK35+300至340隧(sui)洞(dong)光(guang)面(mian)爆(bao)破半孔率和平(ping)整(zheng)度為(wei)整(zheng)個衢(qu)(qu)常(chang)(chang)(chang)鐵(tie)(tie)(tie)路(lu)隧(sui)道(dao)開挖最(zui)(zui)優,受到業主(zhu)高(gao)度贊揚。在2006年二季(ji)度業主(zhu)組(zu)織的安(an)全(quan)質(zhi)量評比中(zhong),衢(qu)(qu)常(chang)(chang)(chang)項目部(bu)承建的工(gong)(gong)(gong)(gong)(gong)(gong)程獲得第一(yi)名,并在二、三季(ji)度全(quan)路(lu)段勞動(dong)競賽中(zhong)項目部(bu)分(fen)別獲得第二、三名。衢(qu)(qu)常(chang)(chang)(chang)鐵(tie)(tie)(tie)路(lu)箬嶺隧(sui)道(dao)因含有(you)小煤窯(yao)采空區、軟基(ji)流塑、大(da)溶洞(dong)等多種特殊地質(zhi)條件,隧(sui)道(dao)的施(shi)工(gong)(gong)(gong)(gong)(gong)(gong)是(shi)整(zheng)個衢(qu)(qu)常(chang)(chang)(chang)鐵(tie)(tie)(tie)路(lu)施(shi)工(gong)(gong)(gong)(gong)(gong)(gong)最(zui)(zui)難的施(shi)工(gong)(gong)(gong)(gong)(gong)(gong)項目,該局(ju)迎(ying)難而(er)上(shang),通(tong)(tong)過施(shi)工(gong)(gong)(gong)(gong)(gong)(gong)方案優化、精(jing)心(xin)組(zu)織施(shi)工(gong)(gong)(gong)(gong)(gong)(gong),仍(reng)然率先完成(cheng)了段內全(quan)部(bu)施(shi)工(gong)(gong)(gong)(gong)(gong)(gong)任務,實現全(quan)線貫通(tong)(tong)并順(shun)利(li)通(tong)(tong)過驗收,為(wei)2007年9月25日衢(qu)(qu)常(chang)(chang)(chang)鐵(tie)(tie)(tie)路(lu)正式通(tong)(tong)車(che)奠定了基(ji)礎。
