4月24日(ri),江蘇省電(dian)力(li)(li)公司電(dian)力(li)(li)科學研(yan)究(jiu)院應用“沿(yan)海大(da)(da)規模(mo)風(feng)電(dian)并(bing)(bing)網(wang)檢測(ce)與安(an)全運行關鍵技術(shu)及(ji)應用”科技項目研(yan)究(jiu)成(cheng)果,順利(li)完成(cheng)了國(guo)華射陽(農牧(mu)公司)4.95萬千(qian)瓦(wa)低風(feng)速風(feng)電(dian)場動(dong)態無功補償(chang)裝置的性能檢測(ce)和調試。國(guo)網(wang)江蘇電(dian)力(li)(li)深化沿(yan)海大(da)(da)規模(mo)風(feng)電(dian)并(bing)(bing)網(wang)檢測(ce)與安(an)全運行關鍵技術(shu)及(ji)應用,提升了沿(yan)海風(feng)電(dian)場無功控制能力(li)(li),有效保(bao)障了風(feng)電(dian)場并(bing)(bing)網(wang)安(an)全。
根據國(guo)家風(feng)電(dian)(dian)“十二五”發展規劃,到(dao)2015年,江(jiang)蘇沿海(hai)風(feng)電(dian)(dian)裝機容量將(jiang)(jiang)達到(dao)600萬(wan)(wan)千瓦;東部沿海(hai)地區也將(jiang)(jiang)規劃建設千萬(wan)(wan)千瓦級風(feng)電(dian)(dian)基地,未(wei)來(lai)將(jiang)(jiang)形成海(hai)上風(feng)電(dian)(dian)“三峽(xia)”。面對(dui)沿海(hai)大規模風(feng)電(dian)(dian)安全并(bing)網(wang)(wang)技(ji)術需求(qiu),國(guo)網(wang)(wang)江(jiang)蘇電(dian)(dian)力、中國(guo)電(dian)(dian)力科學研(yan)(yan)究(jiu)(jiu)院、國(guo)網(wang)(wang)智能電(dian)(dian)網(wang)(wang)研(yan)(yan)究(jiu)(jiu)院聯合(he)開展了(le)“沿海(hai)大規模風(feng)電(dian)(dian)并(bing)網(wang)(wang)檢測與安全運行(xing)關鍵技(ji)術及(ji)應(ying)用(yong)”相(xiang)關研(yan)(yan)究(jiu)(jiu)和(he)攻(gong)關。
自(zi)2011年開始,該項(xiang)目研(yan)究成(cheng)果(guo)陸續在江(jiang)蘇沿海13家(jia)海上風(feng)電(dian)場(chang)、機組(zu)制造廠(chang)家(jia)、公司(si)系(xi)統多個單位(wei)應用。國網江(jiang)蘇電(dian)力(li)(li)發現并(bing)(bing)整改56.4萬(wan)千(qian)瓦不具備低壓穿越能(neng)力(li)(li)的風(feng)電(dian)機組(zu),有效保障了(le)(le)風(feng)電(dian)場(chang)并(bing)(bing)網安全;完成(cheng)了(le)(le)總容量(liang)14萬(wan)千(qian)乏固(gu)定式靜止無功發生器(qi)性能(neng)檢測與調試,提升了(le)(le)沿海風(feng)電(dian)場(chang)無功控制能(neng)力(li)(li)。
該(gai)項(xiang)目研制(zhi)了(le)(le)擁有35千伏、0.8萬千瓦容量(liang),能夠兼顧海上和(he)陸(lu)上風(feng)機測試、適(shi)(shi)應(ying)沿海鹽堿高濕(shi)氣象(xiang)環境的(de)移(yi)動(dong)式低(di)電(dian)(dian)(dian)壓(ya)(ya)穿越(yue)檢測裝置(zhi)(zhi)。有了(le)(le)該(gai)裝置(zhi)(zhi),就可以很方便地(di)檢測出(chu)風(feng)電(dian)(dian)(dian)機組是否具備低(di)電(dian)(dian)(dian)壓(ya)(ya)穿越(yue)能力。據介(jie)紹(shao),當(dang)端(duan)電(dian)(dian)(dian)壓(ya)(ya)降(jiang)低(di)到一(yi)定(ding)值(zhi)時(shi)(shi),如電(dian)(dian)(dian)網出(chu)現短(duan)時(shi)(shi)故障,只有具備了(le)(le)低(di)電(dian)(dian)(dian)壓(ya)(ya)穿越(yue)能力的(de)風(feng)電(dian)(dian)(dian)機組才可實(shi)現不(bu)脫離電(dian)(dian)(dian)網而(er)繼(ji)續維持運行,甚至還可為系統(tong)提(ti)供一(yi)定(ding)無(wu)功補償(chang)以幫助(zhu)系統(tong)恢(hui)復電(dian)(dian)(dian)壓(ya)(ya),從而(er)避(bi)免(mian)了(le)(le)大規模(mo)風(feng)電(dian)(dian)(dian)機組脫網現象(xiang)。同時(shi)(shi),該(gai)項(xiang)目在國內外首創了(le)(le)電(dian)(dian)(dian)抗參(can)數(shu)自適(shi)(shi)應(ying)匹配的(de)風(feng)電(dian)(dian)(dian)機組低(di)電(dian)(dian)(dian)壓(ya)(ya)穿越(yue)能力檢測技(ji)術,攻(gong)克了(le)(le)系統(tong)阻抗、短(duan)路(lu)電(dian)(dian)(dian)抗和(he)限流電(dian)(dian)(dian)抗不(bu)易精(jing)確匹配的(de)難題,實(shi)現了(le)(le)電(dian)(dian)(dian)壓(ya)(ya)跌落精(jing)度1%之內的(de)精(jing)確控制(zhi)。
此外,該(gai)項目(mu)還開發(fa)了(le)具備分(fen)功(gong)率區段數據處理能(neng)力的(de)電能(neng)質(zhi)量(liang)在(zai)(zai)(zai)線監(jian)測終端(duan),可(ke)實現對海量(liang)數據的(de)在(zai)(zai)(zai)線計算(suan)分(fen)析(xi),提高了(le)風(feng)電電能(neng)質(zhi)量(liang)的(de)在(zai)(zai)(zai)線監(jian)測水平;研究了(le)調峰(feng)調頻等運行策略以及千(qian)萬千(qian)瓦級沿(yan)海風(feng)電接納(na)能(neng)力評估技術,提高了(le)電網的(de)風(feng)電接納(na)能(neng)力。
