2012年4月24日, 蛇口(kou)集裝(zhuang)箱(xiang)碼頭(SCT)迎來(lai)了低碳綠色戰役(yi)的又一(yi)歷史性時刻(ke)——船(chuan)用供電系統暨創建“綠色低碳港區”啟(qi)動儀(yi)(yi)式在SCT隆(long)重舉行,標志著國(guo)家首批低碳示范港區在招(zhao)(zhao)商局國(guo)際蛇口(kou)集裝(zhuang)箱(xiang)碼頭啟(qi)動。儀(yi)(yi)式由(you)交(jiao)通(tong)(tong)(tong)運(yun)輸(shu)(shu)部(bu)主辦,由(you)招(zhao)(zhao)商局國(guo)際有(you)限公(gong)(gong)司(CMHI),中(zhong)海(hai)集裝(zhuang)箱(xiang)運(yun)輸(shu)(shu)股(gu)份(fen)有(you)限公(gong)(gong)司及(ji)SCT協辦。交(jiao)通(tong)(tong)(tong)運(yun)輸(shu)(shu)部(bu)、廣(guang)東(dong)省交(jiao)通(tong)(tong)(tong)運(yun)輸(shu)(shu)廳、深(shen)圳(zhen)市交(jiao)通(tong)(tong)(tong)運(yun)輸(shu)(shu)委(wei)員(yuan)會 、深(shen)圳(zhen)市發展和改革委(wei)員(yuan)會、深(shen)圳(zhen)市人居環境(jing)委(wei)員(yuan)會、中(zhong)海(hai)集裝(zhuang)箱(xiang)運(yun)輸(shu)(shu)股(gu)份(fen)有(you)限公(gong)(gong)司、招(zhao)(zhao)商局集團有(you)限公(gong)(gong)司等單位的領導和代表親臨儀(yi)(yi)式現場,與(yu)近百位來(lai)賓(bin)共同見證碼頭推(tui)動環保(bao)事業的階段性成果(guo)。
啟動(dong)(dong)儀式設在剛(gang)成功完成船(chuan)用(yong)供(gong)電(dian)(dian)(dian)改造的(de)(de)5號泊位,現場(chang)隆重而熱(re)(re)烈(lie)。中(zhong)海(hai)集裝箱(xiang)運(yun)輸股(gu)份有限公司(中(zhong)海(hai)集運(yun))“新大洋(yang)洲(zhou)”號將(jiang)成為(wei)該(gai)(gai)次船(chuan)用(yong)供(gong)電(dian)(dian)(dian)啟動(dong)(dong)的(de)(de)主角,靜(jing)靜(jing)地等候著該(gai)(gai)歷史時刻(ke)的(de)(de)到來。上午10:30,儀式正式開(kai)始。招(zhao)(zhao)商局(ju)(ju)(ju)集團(tuan)蘇新剛(gang)副(fu)(fu)總(zong)裁(cai)(cai)致(zhi)辭對來賓們表(biao)示熱(re)(re)烈(lie)的(de)(de)歡迎和感(gan)謝(xie),并簡(jian)要介紹(shao)創建綠色(se)港口的(de)(de)歷程。中(zhong)海(hai)集運(yun)馮幸國副(fu)(fu)總(zong)經(jing)理、深圳市(shi)交通運(yun)輸委員會委馬勇智副(fu)(fu)主任、交通運(yun)輸部水運(yun)局(ju)(ju)(ju)解(jie)曼瑩副(fu)(fu)局(ju)(ju)(ju)長(chang)分別(bie)為(wei)慶典(dian)致(zhi)辭。SCT總(zong)經(jing)理嚴剛(gang)先(xian)生和中(zhong)海(hai)集運(yun)副(fu)(fu)總(zong)經(jing)理馮幸國先(xian)生代(dai)表(biao)雙方簽(qian)署了共(gong)建“綠色(se)低(di)碳(tan)港區”戰略合作框架協(xie)議。其后(hou),招(zhao)(zhao)商局(ju)(ju)(ju)集團(tuan)蘇新剛(gang)副(fu)(fu)總(zong)裁(cai)(cai)及發言嘉賓、SCT董事長(chang)鄭(zheng)少平先(xian)生、“新大洋(yang)洲(zhou)”船(chuan)長(chang)李(li)金弟先(xian)生共(gong)同為(wei)中(zhong)海(hai)集運(yun)“新大洋(yang)洲(zhou)”號推桿送(song)電(dian)(dian)(dian),解(jie)曼瑩副(fu)(fu)局(ju)(ju)(ju)長(chang)宣(xuan)布船(chuan)用(yong)供(gong)電(dian)(dian)(dian)系統暨創建“綠色(se)低(di)碳(tan)港區”正式啟動(dong)(dong)。此刻(ke)“新大洋(yang)洲(zhou)”號汽笛鳴響,禮花齊放,喜慶熱(re)(re)烈(lie)的(de)(de)場(chang)面將(jiang)啟動(dong)(dong)儀式推向了高(gao)潮。
蛇口集裝箱碼(ma)頭(tou)于(yu)2012年(nian)2月1日被(bei)交通部(bu)正式確定(ding)為低碳(tan)港(gang)(gang)口示(shi)(shi)范單位,并獲得重點政策支持、重點資金(jin)扶持,率先(xian)打造成全國低碳(tan)示(shi)(shi)范港(gang)(gang)。SCT是華(hua)南區唯一被(bei)國家列為低碳(tan)港(gang)(gang)口示(shi)(shi)范單位的(de)碼(ma)頭(tou),主要鑒于(yu)其在推動節能(neng)減排、打造低碳(tan)綠色碼(ma)頭(tou)方面(mian)所取得的(de)顯著成效(xiao),特(te)別(bie)是RTG油改電項(xiang)目的(de)推廣應用(yong)(yong)以及(ji)船用(yong)(yong)岸電技(ji)術已取得了長足(zu)的(de)進展(zhan),處于(yu)行(xing)業(ye)領(ling)先(xian)水平。
蛇口集(ji)裝箱(xiang)碼(ma)頭岸(an)電(dian)(dian)供電(dian)(dian)項(xiang)目(mu)(mu)是(shi)交通運輸部在全國確立(li)的三大岸(an)電(dian)(dian)試點項(xiang)目(mu)(mu)之一,是(shi)繼(ji)SCT實施RTG“油改(gai)電(dian)(dian)”項(xiang)目(mu)(mu)后的又一個節能減排項(xiang)目(mu)(mu)。該項(xiang)目(mu)(mu)正(zheng)分步實施,首(shou)期已投入1500多萬元(yuan)改(gai)造5號、6號泊位(wei),其余(yu)的改(gai)造將于“十(shi)二(er)五”期間完成。
據(ju)(ju)悉,船(chuan)(chuan)(chuan)(chuan)舶(bo)(bo)岸(an)(an)(an)電(dian)(dian)(dian)(dian)(dian)(dian)供(gong)(gong)電(dian)(dian)(dian)(dian)(dian)(dian)是指船(chuan)(chuan)(chuan)(chuan)舶(bo)(bo)靠(kao)港(gang)期(qi)間,停(ting)止使用(yong)(yong)船(chuan)(chuan)(chuan)(chuan)舶(bo)(bo)上(shang)的(de)(de)(de)發電(dian)(dian)(dian)(dian)(dian)(dian)機(ji),而(er)改(gai)用(yong)(yong)陸地電(dian)(dian)(dian)(dian)(dian)(dian)源供(gong)(gong)電(dian)(dian)(dian)(dian)(dian)(dian),進(jin)而(er)減少(shao)(shao)船(chuan)(chuan)(chuan)(chuan)舶(bo)(bo)靠(kao)港(gang)期(qi)間的(de)(de)(de)污染。岸(an)(an)(an)電(dian)(dian)(dian)(dian)(dian)(dian)供(gong)(gong)電(dian)(dian)(dian)(dian)(dian)(dian)是杜絕船(chuan)(chuan)(chuan)(chuan)舶(bo)(bo)靠(kao)港(gang)發電(dian)(dian)(dian)(dian)(dian)(dian)產生(sheng)廢(fei)氣(qi)的(de)(de)(de)重(zhong)要舉措。船(chuan)(chuan)(chuan)(chuan)舶(bo)(bo)靠(kao)港(gang)使用(yong)(yong)船(chuan)(chuan)(chuan)(chuan)舶(bo)(bo)柴(chai)油(you)發電(dian)(dian)(dian)(dian)(dian)(dian)機(ji)供(gong)(gong)電(dian)(dian)(dian)(dian)(dian)(dian),燃料燃燒過(guo)程(cheng)中(zhong)就會(hui)產生(sheng)二(er)(er)氧(yang)化(hua)(hua)硫(liu)、二(er)(er)氧(yang)化(hua)(hua)碳等大(da)氣(qi)污染物和一氧(yang)化(hua)(hua)氮(dan)(dan)(dan)、二(er)(er)氧(yang)化(hua)(hua)氮(dan)(dan)(dan)造(zao)成等光化(hua)(hua)學煙霧的(de)(de)(de)物質(zhi)。而(er)通過(guo)船(chuan)(chuan)(chuan)(chuan)舶(bo)(bo)岸(an)(an)(an)上(shang)供(gong)(gong)電(dian)(dian)(dian)(dian)(dian)(dian),可(ke)(ke)以讓到港(gang)船(chuan)(chuan)(chuan)(chuan)舶(bo)(bo)在(zai)港(gang)口(kou)停(ting)靠(kao)的(de)(de)(de)時(shi)候關閉柴(chai)油(you)機(ji),減輕向(xiang)周圍大(da)氣(qi)環境(jing)排(pai)放氮(dan)(dan)(dan)化(hua)(hua)物和硫(liu)化(hua)(hua)物等所造(zao)成的(de)(de)(de)污染。據(ju)(ju)統計(ji),每(mei)艘中(zhong)型船(chuan)(chuan)(chuan)(chuan)每(mei)天不僅節約(yue)7噸燃料,還減少(shao)(shao)排(pai)放二(er)(er)氧(yang)化(hua)(hua)硫(liu)0.19噸,氮(dan)(dan)(dan)氧(yang)化(hua)(hua)物0.11噸。同(tong)時(shi),噪聲污染也得以控(kong)制,改(gai)善城市環境(jing)質(zhi)量,可(ke)(ke)降(jiang)低船(chuan)(chuan)(chuan)(chuan)舶(bo)(bo)的(de)(de)(de)靠(kao)岸(an)(an)(an)運行成本,并可(ke)(ke)顯著改(gai)善船(chuan)(chuan)(chuan)(chuan)員的(de)(de)(de)生(sheng)活環境(jing)。在(zai)油(you)品總量有限的(de)(de)(de)情況下, 岸(an)(an)(an)電(dian)(dian)(dian)(dian)(dian)(dian)供(gong)(gong)電(dian)(dian)(dian)(dian)(dian)(dian)項(xiang)(xiang)目(mu)能夠(gou)促進(jin)船(chuan)(chuan)(chuan)(chuan)舶(bo)(bo)減少(shao)(shao)使用(yong)(yong)重(zhong)油(you),先(xian)進(jin)的(de)(de)(de)環保項(xiang)(xiang)目(mu)能夠(gou)推(tui)動全球的(de)(de)(de)航運業(ye)合(he)理(li)利用(yong)(yong)自然資源。
儀式后(hou),交通部組織(zhi)專家對SCT船(chuan)用供電系(xi)統節能減(jian)排技術改造項(xiang)目召(zhao)開鑒定驗收會。
