為(wei)創建(jian)學習(xi)型企(qi)業(ye),提(ti)升(sheng)免(mian)费菠萝视频(pin)app下(xia)载,提(ti)高企(qi)業(ye)執行(xing)力(li),全(quan)(quan)面提(ti)升(sheng)企(qi)業(ye)管(guan)理(li)水(shui)平(ping),中(zhong)(zhong)(zhong)(zhong)(zhong)國(guo)(guo)儲(chu)(chu)(chu)(chu)(chu)備(bei)棉(mian)(mian)管(guan)理(li)總(zong)公(gong)(gong)司(si)(si)(以下(xia)簡稱“中(zhong)(zhong)(zhong)(zhong)(zhong)儲(chu)(chu)(chu)(chu)(chu)棉(mian)(mian)總(zong)公(gong)(gong)司(si)(si)”)一(yi)直非常重(zhong)視培(pei)(pei)(pei)訓工(gong)作。隨著公(gong)(gong)司(si)(si)的(de)改革發展(zhan),對培(pei)(pei)(pei)訓工(gong)作的(de)要求(qiu)也在日(ri)益(yi)提(ti)升(sheng)。2011年,中(zhong)(zhong)(zhong)(zhong)(zhong)儲(chu)(chu)(chu)(chu)(chu)棉(mian)(mian)總(zong)公(gong)(gong)司(si)(si)首次在培(pei)(pei)(pei)訓工(gong)作中(zhong)(zhong)(zhong)(zhong)(zhong)引入(ru)了(le)信息化管(guan)理(li),搭建(jian)“中(zhong)(zhong)(zhong)(zhong)(zhong)國(guo)(guo)儲(chu)(chu)(chu)(chu)(chu)備(bei)棉(mian)(mian)管(guan)理(li)總(zong)公(gong)(gong)司(si)(si)網(wang)絡(luo)培(pei)(pei)(pei)訓學院”開展(zhan)全(quan)(quan)員(yuan)(yuan)培(pei)(pei)(pei)訓。4月25日(ri),“中(zhong)(zhong)(zhong)(zhong)(zhong)國(guo)(guo)儲(chu)(chu)(chu)(chu)(chu)備(bei)棉(mian)(mian)管(guan)理(li)總(zong)公(gong)(gong)司(si)(si)網(wang)絡(luo)培(pei)(pei)(pei)訓學院”啟動(dong)儀(yi)(yi)式在中(zhong)(zhong)(zhong)(zhong)(zhong)儲(chu)(chu)(chu)(chu)(chu)棉(mian)(mian)總(zong)公(gong)(gong)司(si)(si)總(zong)部舉行(xing)。啟動(dong)儀(yi)(yi)式由中(zhong)(zhong)(zhong)(zhong)(zhong)儲(chu)(chu)(chu)(chu)(chu)棉(mian)(mian)總(zong)公(gong)(gong)司(si)(si)副總(zong)經理(li)侯振(zhen)武(wu)主持,中(zhong)(zhong)(zhong)(zhong)(zhong)儲(chu)(chu)(chu)(chu)(chu)棉(mian)(mian)總(zong)公(gong)(gong)司(si)(si)黨委書記、總(zong)經理(li)姚明燁在會上作了(le)動(dong)員(yuan)(yuan)講話。公(gong)(gong)司(si)(si)總(zong)部全(quan)(quan)體(ti)干部職工(gong)共50多人參加了(le)啟動(dong)儀(yi)(yi)式。
姚明(ming)燁同志在講話(hua)中總結了(le)搭(da)建(jian)網絡培訓學(xue)院的(de)(de)意義,深入分析了(le)當前公(gong)司(si)面臨的(de)(de)形勢,并對培訓做出(chu)了(le)具體(ti)要(yao)求。他指出(chu),建(jian)立網絡培訓學(xue)院是(shi)中儲棉總公(gong)司(si)改革發(fa)展(zhan)(zhan)的(de)(de)需(xu)(xu)要(yao),公(gong)司(si)又(you)好又(you)快發(fa)展(zhan)(zhan)必須依(yi)靠(kao)堅強的(de)(de)團隊(dui)。當前和“十(shi)二五”期間,公(gong)司(si)圍繞(rao)國家所賦予(yu)的(de)(de)宏觀調(diao)控(kong)任務(wu)提出(chu)了(le)“一(yi)個中心(xin)”、“三大(da)板塊”的(de)(de)目標(biao),完成這一(yi)目標(biao)將面臨很多新的(de)(de)問題,需(xu)(xu)要(yao)新的(de)(de)知識武裝全體(ti)干(gan)部職工的(de)(de)頭(tou)腦,才(cai)能(neng)正確有(you)力(li)地推動公(gong)司(si)各(ge)項工作的(de)(de)發(fa)展(zhan)(zhan)。同時,建(jian)立網絡培訓學(xue)院是(shi)建(jian)立學(xue)習型企(qi)業的(de)(de)需(xu)(xu)要(yao),也是(shi)干(gan)部職工自(zi)身(shen)發(fa)展(zhan)(zhan)的(de)(de)需(xu)(xu)要(yao)。
姚明燁進一步提(ti)出了(le)幾點要(yao)(yao)(yao)求:一是(shi)各(ge)級(ji)(ji)領(ling)(ling)導(dao)干(gan)(gan)部(bu)要(yao)(yao)(yao)高(gao)(gao)(gao)度重視網(wang)(wang)絡(luo)培(pei)訓(xun)工(gong)(gong)作(zuo)(zuo)。構建網(wang)(wang)絡(luo)培(pei)訓(xun)學(xue)(xue)(xue)(xue)(xue)院(yuan)開(kai)展(zhan)全員培(pei)訓(xun),是(shi)公(gong)(gong)(gong)(gong)司人力資源(yuan)規劃的(de)(de)(de)(de)重要(yao)(yao)(yao)部(bu)署(shu),也是(shi)實現公(gong)(gong)(gong)(gong)司“十二五”規劃的(de)(de)(de)(de)重要(yao)(yao)(yao)舉措,各(ge)級(ji)(ji)領(ling)(ling)導(dao)干(gan)(gan)部(bu)務(wu)(wu)必提(ti)高(gao)(gao)(gao)認識(shi),充(chong)分(fen)利(li)用網(wang)(wang)絡(luo)培(pei)訓(xun)學(xue)(xue)(xue)(xue)(xue)院(yuan)這個學(xue)(xue)(xue)(xue)(xue)習(xi)(xi)(xi)(xi)平臺,切實發揮網(wang)(wang)絡(luo)培(pei)訓(xun)學(xue)(xue)(xue)(xue)(xue)院(yuan)的(de)(de)(de)(de)人力資源(yuan)培(pei)養和(he)提(ti)升作(zuo)(zuo)用;二是(shi)領(ling)(ling)導(dao)干(gan)(gan)部(bu)不僅要(yao)(yao)(yao)帶頭學(xue)(xue)(xue)(xue)(xue),還要(yao)(yao)(yao)做好指導(dao)工(gong)(gong)作(zuo)(zuo)。網(wang)(wang)絡(luo)培(pei)訓(xun)學(xue)(xue)(xue)(xue)(xue)院(yuan)的(de)(de)(de)(de)構建是(shi)一項長期(qi)的(de)(de)(de)(de)系(xi)統性工(gong)(gong)作(zuo)(zuo),各(ge)級(ji)(ji)領(ling)(ling)導(dao)干(gan)(gan)部(bu)要(yao)(yao)(yao)帶頭學(xue)(xue)(xue)(xue)(xue)習(xi)(xi)(xi)(xi),發揮表率作(zuo)(zuo)用,同時(shi)要(yao)(yao)(yao)充(chong)分(fen)發揮管理(li)(li)和(he)監督(du)職(zhi)能(neng),把(ba)網(wang)(wang)絡(luo)培(pei)訓(xun)學(xue)(xue)(xue)(xue)(xue)院(yuan)作(zuo)(zuo)為(wei)團(tuan)隊(dui)建設的(de)(de)(de)(de)陣地,積(ji)極幫(bang)助和(he)指導(dao)下(xia)級(ji)(ji)職(zhi)工(gong)(gong)開(kai)展(zhan)學(xue)(xue)(xue)(xue)(xue)習(xi)(xi)(xi)(xi)。在(zai)課程挑(tiao)選的(de)(de)(de)(de)過(guo)程中,各(ge)級(ji)(ji)領(ling)(ling)導(dao)要(yao)(yao)(yao)做好具體的(de)(de)(de)(de)指導(dao)工(gong)(gong)作(zuo)(zuo),從黨中央(yang)國(guo)務(wu)(wu)院(yuan)的(de)(de)(de)(de)方(fang)針政(zheng)策(ce)、與(yu)業務(wu)(wu)知(zhi)識(shi)相(xiang)(xiang)關(guan)的(de)(de)(de)(de)經濟理(li)(li)論的(de)(de)(de)(de)學(xue)(xue)(xue)(xue)(xue)習(xi)(xi)(xi)(xi)、提(ti)高(gao)(gao)(gao)自(zi)身(shen)素養的(de)(de)(de)(de)學(xue)(xue)(xue)(xue)(xue)習(xi)(xi)(xi)(xi)三(san)個方(fang)面(mian)入(ru)手,有所側重、互為(wei)補充(chong);三(san)是(shi)要(yao)(yao)(yao)保(bao)證學(xue)(xue)(xue)(xue)(xue)習(xi)(xi)(xi)(xi)時(shi)間(jian)。各(ge)級(ji)(ji)干(gan)(gan)部(bu)職(zhi)工(gong)(gong)要(yao)(yao)(yao)合(he)理(li)(li)安排學(xue)(xue)(xue)(xue)(xue)習(xi)(xi)(xi)(xi)時(shi)間(jian),保(bao)證學(xue)(xue)(xue)(xue)(xue)習(xi)(xi)(xi)(xi)進度。一方(fang)面(mian)要(yao)(yao)(yao)組(zu)織好集(ji)中學(xue)(xue)(xue)(xue)(xue)習(xi)(xi)(xi)(xi)和(he)討論,通(tong)過(guo)面(mian)對面(mian)的(de)(de)(de)(de)學(xue)(xue)(xue)(xue)(xue)習(xi)(xi)(xi)(xi)交(jiao)流鞏固學(xue)(xue)(xue)(xue)(xue)習(xi)(xi)(xi)(xi)成果(guo);另一方(fang)面(mian),要(yao)(yao)(yao)利(li)用好網(wang)(wang)絡(luo)在(zai)線交(jiao)流平臺,加強學(xue)(xue)(xue)(xue)(xue)習(xi)(xi)(xi)(xi)交(jiao)流和(he)溝通(tong),形成網(wang)(wang)上與(yu)網(wang)(wang)下(xia)、個人學(xue)(xue)(xue)(xue)(xue)習(xi)(xi)(xi)(xi)與(yu)團(tuan)隊(dui)學(xue)(xue)(xue)(xue)(xue)習(xi)(xi)(xi)(xi)的(de)(de)(de)(de)立體化學(xue)(xue)(xue)(xue)(xue)習(xi)(xi)(xi)(xi)體系(xi);四是(shi)要(yao)(yao)(yao)跟(gen)蹤(zong)考(kao)核,保(bao)證學(xue)(xue)(xue)(xue)(xue)習(xi)(xi)(xi)(xi)質量。公(gong)(gong)(gong)(gong)司已(yi)經發布(bu)了(le)培(pei)訓(xun)通(tong)知(zhi)和(he)考(kao)核相(xiang)(xiang)關(guan)規定,培(pei)訓(xun)結(jie)束后,公(gong)(gong)(gong)(gong)司將按(an)層級(ji)(ji)進行相(xiang)(xiang)應考(kao)核,對優秀學(xue)(xue)(xue)(xue)(xue)員進行表彰獎勵;五是(shi)要(yao)(yao)(yao)學(xue)(xue)(xue)(xue)(xue)以(yi)致用。把(ba)學(xue)(xue)(xue)(xue)(xue)習(xi)(xi)(xi)(xi)成果(guo)運用到實踐中是(shi)學(xue)(xue)(xue)(xue)(xue)習(xi)(xi)(xi)(xi)的(de)(de)(de)(de)最終(zhong)目的(de)(de)(de)(de),要(yao)(yao)(yao)多思考(kao)、勤動腦,將所學(xue)(xue)(xue)(xue)(xue)知(zhi)識(shi)運用到推動中儲棉總公(gong)(gong)(gong)(gong)司改(gai)革發展(zhan)中去,改(gai)進工(gong)(gong)作(zuo)(zuo)方(fang)法,提(ti)高(gao)(gao)(gao)管理(li)(li)水平。
啟動儀式上,網絡培(pei)訓(xun)(xun)(xun)學院(yuan)承建(jian)方時代光華教育發(fa)展有限公司(si)為(wei)中(zhong)(zhong)儲(chu)棉總(zong)公司(si)授予了“中(zhong)(zhong)國儲(chu)備棉管理總(zong)公司(si)網絡培(pei)訓(xun)(xun)(xun)學院(yuan)”銅牌,就(jiu)網絡培(pei)訓(xun)(xun)(xun)及其(qi)發(fa)展情況進(jin)行了相關介紹,并對全體(ti)參會人員進(jin)行了網絡培(pei)訓(xun)(xun)(xun)學院(yuan)平(ping)臺使用(yong)操作培(pei)訓(xun)(xun)(xun)。
