2010年春節期間(jian),受較強冷(leng)空氣影(ying)響,四川盆地氣溫明(ming)顯下降。四川省電力公司提前做好各項保(bao)電預(yu)案和(he)應急措施,保(bao)證了地震災區群眾度過一(yi)個(ge)溫暖、明(ming)亮、祥(xiang)和(he)的春節,春節期間(jian)沒有出現(xian)拉閘限電。
2月13日至(zhi)19日,四川(chuan)電(dian)網(wang)(wang)日均(jun)供(gong)電(dian)量26128萬(wan)(wan)千(qian)(qian)瓦(wa)時(shi),主網(wang)(wang)用電(dian)量累計達182899萬(wan)(wan)千(qian)(qian)瓦(wa)時(shi),同比(bi)(bi)增(zeng)長5.02%;日最(zui)(zui)大供(gong)電(dian)量27702萬(wan)(wan)千(qian)(qian)瓦(wa)時(shi),同比(bi)(bi)增(zeng)長6.26%,日最(zui)(zui)大供(gong)電(dian)負荷(he)1490萬(wan)(wan)千(qian)(qian)瓦(wa),同比(bi)(bi)增(zeng)長7.35%;電(dian)網(wang)(wang)保(bao)持全接(jie)線、全保(bao)護方(fang)式(shi)運行。
四(si)川(chuan)公司為(wei)保證災區(qu)(qu)群眾(zhong)亮(liang)亮(liang)堂堂過春(chun)節(jie),提前制定(ding)保電(dian)預案和(he)應急措施;組織相關(guan)單(dan)位檢查涉及災區(qu)(qu)群眾(zhong)生(sheng)活用(yong)電(dian)尤其(qi)是安置點的(de)供電(dian)線(xian)路、變壓器(qi),及時消除設備隱患,解決配網“卡脖子”問(wen)題(ti),為(wei)居民(min)做好技術指導(dao),防(fang)止發生(sheng)電(dian)氣火災等次生(sheng)事故。
春節前(qian),綿(mian)陽(yang)電(dian)(dian)網用(yong)電(dian)(dian)負荷屢(lv)創新(xin)高。綿(mian)陽(yang)電(dian)(dian)業局(ju)合理安排(pai)電(dian)(dian)網運行方式,提(ti)前(qian)建立應急救援體系、運行機(ji)制(zhi)和保障系統,確保電(dian)(dian)網安全穩(wen)定運行。在極(ji)重災(zai)區北川(chuan)縣,2月6日前(qian),81處共涉及5282戶16549人的災(zai)后返鄉群眾集中安置(zhi)點配電(dian)(dian)工(gong)程全部完工(gong),當地村民亮亮堂(tang)堂(tang)地過了春節。自(zi)2009年10月接到施工(gong)任(ren)務后,綿(mian)陽(yang)電(dian)(dian)業局(ju)投資近(jin)4900萬元,組織員工(gong)奮戰三(san)個多月,讓北川(chuan)居民過了一(yi)個暖(nuan)冬。
春節期間,廣元市持續(xu)出現陰雨天氣,北部高山地區(qu)出現6級以(yi)上大風(feng)和小到中雪。廣元電(dian)(dian)業局針對冬季(ji)負(fu)荷預測(ce)情(qing)況及(ji)板(ban)房(fang)特點(dian),要(yao)求安(an)置(zhi)(zhi)點(dian)安(an)全用(yong)電(dian)(dian)工作實行(xing)屬(shu)地管理一(yi)(yi)把(ba)手負(fu)責制,按照“誰主管、誰負(fu)責”的原則落實責任人;安(an)置(zhi)(zhi)點(dian)和市民生活用(yong)電(dian)(dian)所(suo)涉線(xian)路一(yi)(yi)律不納入拉閘限電(dian)(dian)序位表,保(bao)證了全市145處安(an)置(zhi)(zhi)點(dian)1萬余戶居民用(yong)電(dian)(dian)安(an)全、可靠。
德陽電業(ye)(ye)局針(zhen)對板房用電安(an)(an)全工(gong)作的(de)特殊性,專門(men)制定(ding)了安(an)(an)置點(dian)安(an)(an)全事故預案(an),增加(jia)了對板房用電檢(jian)查(cha)的(de)頻次(ci)。據了解,春節(jie)期間(jian),德陽電業(ye)(ye)局共安(an)(an)排值(zhi)班1500余人(ren)次(ci),95598供電服務(wu)熱線提供信息查(cha)詢、故障報修(xiu)、業(ye)(ye)務(wu)咨詢等服務(wu)1726次(ci)。為(wei)了避免供電設備遭受外力破壞,德陽電業(ye)(ye)局輸(shu)電運檢(jian)中心7組工(gong)作人(ren)員在春節(jie)期間(jian)輪流進行線路特巡。
