近日,神華神寧煤業集團麥垛山礦實施的兩條立井凍結工程獲得成功,所采用的凍結法施工技術獲得了國家專利,填補了國內局部凍結技術的空白,對神華集團乃至全國礦井建設具有重要的借鑒意義。
該籌建處副立井(jing)(jing)、回風立井(jing)(jing)井(jing)(jing)筒采用(yong)(yong)普通法(fa)(fa)掘砌250米左(zuo)右時(shi)遇(yu)強含(han)水(shui)層,在(zai)采用(yong)(yong)注漿、降水(shui)等方案均未達到安(an)全(quan)施(shi)(shi)工(gong)要求(qiu)的(de)情況下,改(gai)為凍(dong)(dong)(dong)結法(fa)(fa)施(shi)(shi)工(gong)。在(zai)凍(dong)(dong)(dong)結施(shi)(shi)工(gong)過程中充分(fen)(fen)吸取了局部凍(dong)(dong)(dong)結的(de)經驗教訓,將上段已成井(jing)(jing)壁(bi)保(bao)護作為技術攻(gong)關的(de)重(zhong)點,研(yan)發(fa)出凍(dong)(dong)(dong)脹(zhang)模(mo)擬試驗模(mo)型,利用(yong)(yong)模(mo)擬試驗和(he)數值模(mo)擬的(de)方法(fa)(fa),研(yan)究(jiu)了凍(dong)(dong)(dong)結和(he)強制解凍(dong)(dong)(dong)溫度(du)場(chang)的(de)分(fen)(fen)布(bu)規律(lv),分(fen)(fen)析了凍(dong)(dong)(dong)結施(shi)(shi)工(gong)產生凍(dong)(dong)(dong)脹(zhang)的(de)機(ji)理,獲得軟(ruan)弱(ruo)、富(fu)含(han)水(shui)地(di)層非全(quan)井(jing)(jing)凍(dong)(dong)(dong)結溫度(du)場(chang)分(fen)(fen)布(bu)規律(lv)及凍(dong)(dong)(dong)結相關的(de)基本參數,提出了適合寧東地(di)區地(di)層特點的(de)非全(quan)井(jing)(jing)凍(dong)(dong)(dong)結法(fa)(fa)施(shi)(shi)工(gong)的(de)設(she)計方法(fa)(fa)、監測和(he)施(shi)(shi)工(gong)方法(fa)(fa)、既有井(jing)(jing)筒的(de)各(ge)種保(bao)護措施(shi)(shi)及保(bao)護井(jing)(jing)筒的(de)施(shi)(shi)工(gong)要求(qiu)。
