近日,由國家電網公司所屬中國電力科學研究院建設的電力系統仿真國家工程實驗室通過國家發改委組織的驗收,標志著我國在大規模電力系統仿真領域實現重大關鍵技術突破。該實驗室針對我國特高壓電網和大型交直流混合電網建設運行的安全需要,開展了一系列基礎、應用研究及重大關鍵技術研發,實現了對大型復雜電力系統進行全方位仿真,在仿真規模、仿真能力和綜合研究水平等方面居于國際領先地位,全面促進了我國具有自主知識產權及世界領先水平的電網規劃、運行仿真核心技術體系的形成,將為全面掌握大型復雜電網運行和控制機理,實現電網事故預演和大電網動態安全預警,保障我國電力系統安全經濟運行發揮關鍵作用。
電(dian)(dian)(dian)(dian)力(li)(li)系(xi)(xi)(xi)(xi)統(tong)仿(fang)(fang)真(zhen)是(shi)指通(tong)過(guo)建(jian)(jian)立數學模(mo)型(xing)(xing)(xing)和(he)參(can)數,分析(xi)電(dian)(dian)(dian)(dian)力(li)(li)系(xi)(xi)(xi)(xi)統(tong)中(zhong)(zhong)各(ge)元(yuan)素性質及(ji)相互關系(xi)(xi)(xi)(xi),并據(ju)此進行(xing)試驗和(he)定量(liang)分析(xi),獲得(de)電(dian)(dian)(dian)(dian)力(li)(li)規(gui)劃(hua)、設(she)計、運行(xing)所需的(de)(de)各(ge)種參(can)考(kao)數據(ju)。近年來(lai),隨著(zhu)我國(guo)電(dian)(dian)(dian)(dian)網的(de)(de)快速(su)發展,保(bao)障大電(dian)(dian)(dian)(dian)網安(an)全穩定運行(xing)的(de)(de)任務十(shi)分艱巨。該(gai)實(shi)驗室建(jian)(jian)成了電(dian)(dian)(dian)(dian)力(li)(li)系(xi)(xi)(xi)(xi)統(tong)全數字仿(fang)(fang)真(zhen)、動態物理模(mo)擬、數模(mo)混合仿(fang)(fang)真(zhen)、運行(xing)和(he)安(an)全監控等(deng)(deng)試驗研究(jiu)(jiu)平臺,擁有(you)4套(tao)(tao)(tao)±500千伏(fu)雙極長距離(li)直(zhi)流(liu)(liu)輸(shu)電(dian)(dian)(dian)(dian)系(xi)(xi)(xi)(xi)統(tong)、2套(tao)(tao)(tao)±800千伏(fu)雙極長距離(li)直(zhi)流(liu)(liu)輸(shu)電(dian)(dian)(dian)(dian)系(xi)(xi)(xi)(xi)統(tong)、1套(tao)(tao)(tao)柔性直(zhi)流(liu)(liu)輸(shu)電(dian)(dian)(dian)(dian)系(xi)(xi)(xi)(xi)統(tong)、1套(tao)(tao)(tao)涵蓋特高壓(ya)等(deng)(deng)多種電(dian)(dian)(dian)(dian)壓(ya)等(deng)(deng)級交流(liu)(liu)系(xi)(xi)(xi)(xi)統(tong)的(de)(de)物理仿(fang)(fang)真(zhen)裝置(zhi)及(ji)全數字仿(fang)(fang)真(zhen)裝置(zhi),配有(you)14臺發電(dian)(dian)(dian)(dian)機組、特高壓(ya)交/直(zhi)流(liu)(liu)輸(shu)電(dian)(dian)(dian)(dian)模(mo)擬系(xi)(xi)(xi)(xi)統(tong)、各(ge)種負荷(he)模(mo)型(xing)(xing)(xing)和(he)可控串補、可控高抗(kang)、電(dian)(dian)(dian)(dian)子式(shi)互感器等(deng)(deng)新(xin)型(xing)(xing)(xing)電(dian)(dian)(dian)(dian)力(li)(li)設(she)備和(he)元(yuan)件以及(ji)全數字實(shi)時仿(fang)(fang)真(zhen)系(xi)(xi)(xi)(xi)統(tong)、能量(liang)管(guan)理系(xi)(xi)(xi)(xi)統(tong)、廣域量(liang)測系(xi)(xi)(xi)(xi)統(tong)和(he)電(dian)(dian)(dian)(dian)力(li)(li)市場仿(fang)(fang)真(zhen)系(xi)(xi)(xi)(xi)統(tong)等(deng)(deng)應(ying)用系(xi)(xi)(xi)(xi)統(tong)。實(shi)驗室建(jian)(jian)設(she)過(guo)程中(zhong)(zhong)承擔(dan)了國(guo)家(jia)973計劃(hua)、科技(ji)支撐計劃(hua)、國(guo)家(jia)發改委、國(guo)家(jia)自然科學基金和(he)國(guo)家(jia)電(dian)(dian)(dian)(dian)網公(gong)司重大科研項目(mu)75項,已取得(de)專(zhuan)利、著(zhu)作(zuo)權及(ji)申(shen)請發明專(zhuan)利共(gong)36項,培養(yang)博士(shi)7名、碩(shuo)士(shi)17名。研究(jiu)(jiu)成果在行(xing)業關鍵技(ji)術創(chuang)新(xin)和(he)推廣應(ying)用方(fang)面發揮(hui)了輻射和(he)帶動作(zuo)用,為電(dian)(dian)(dian)(dian)網規(gui)劃(hua)、建(jian)(jian)設(she)和(he)運行(xing)提供了強有(you)力(li)(li)的(de)(de)技(ji)術保(bao)障,在抗(kang)災保(bao)電(dian)(dian)(dian)(dian)、奧運保(bao)電(dian)(dian)(dian)(dian)等(deng)(deng)工(gong)作(zuo)中(zhong)(zhong)發揮(hui)了重要作(zuo)用。
