機械研究總院輕合金緊密流動控制成形成套技術開發及應用示范項目通過成果鑒定

  近日,機(ji)(ji)械科學研究總(zong)院北京機(ji)(ji)電(dian)研究所(suo)承(cheng)擔的“輕合金(jin)精密流動控制成形成套(tao)技術開(kai)發(fa)及應用示(shi)范項目”順利(li)通過(guo)成果鑒定。

  該(gai)項目在(zai)國(guo)(guo)(guo)內(nei)(nei)(nei)率先通過數(shu)值模擬和(he)工(gong)藝(yi)實驗,研(yan)究(jiu)了輕合(he)(he)金(jin)流動控制(zhi)(zhi)成(cheng)(cheng)(cheng)(cheng)(cheng)形(xing)(xing)(xing)(xing)的機理,總結出背壓(ya)力對成(cheng)(cheng)(cheng)(cheng)(cheng)形(xing)(xing)(xing)(xing)載荷及成(cheng)(cheng)(cheng)(cheng)(cheng)形(xing)(xing)(xing)(xing)件質量(liang)的影響(xiang)規律,掌握了流動控制(zhi)(zhi)成(cheng)(cheng)(cheng)(cheng)(cheng)形(xing)(xing)(xing)(xing)關鍵工(gong)藝(yi)參數(shu),填補了國(guo)(guo)(guo)內(nei)(nei)(nei)該(gai)項技術研(yan)究(jiu)的空白;開發了具(ju)有自主知識產(chan)(chan)權的國(guo)(guo)(guo)內(nei)(nei)(nei)首(shou)套(tao)(tao)渦(wo)旋盤流動控制(zhi)(zhi)成(cheng)(cheng)(cheng)(cheng)(cheng)形(xing)(xing)(xing)(xing)模具(ju);制(zhi)(zhi)定了國(guo)(guo)(guo)內(nei)(nei)(nei)首(shou)套(tao)(tao)渦(wo)旋盤流動控制(zhi)(zhi)成(cheng)(cheng)(cheng)(cheng)(cheng)形(xing)(xing)(xing)(xing)工(gong)藝(yi)規程,設計制(zhi)(zhi)造了國(guo)(guo)(guo)內(nei)(nei)(nei)首(shou)臺輕合(he)(he)金(jin)流動控制(zhi)(zhi)成(cheng)(cheng)(cheng)(cheng)(cheng)形(xing)(xing)(xing)(xing)壓(ya)力機;建成(cheng)(cheng)(cheng)(cheng)(cheng)國(guo)(guo)(guo)內(nei)(nei)(nei)目前唯一(yi)的輕合(he)(he)金(jin)流動控制(zhi)(zhi)成(cheng)(cheng)(cheng)(cheng)(cheng)形(xing)(xing)(xing)(xing)生產(chan)(chan)線,形(xing)(xing)(xing)(xing)成(cheng)(cheng)(cheng)(cheng)(cheng)了年產(chan)(chan)100萬套(tao)(tao)渦(wo)旋盤等復雜(za)輕合(he)(he)金(jin)成(cheng)(cheng)(cheng)(cheng)(cheng)形(xing)(xing)(xing)(xing)件的生產(chan)(chan)能(neng)(neng)力,加(jia)快了我(wo)國(guo)(guo)(guo)汽(qi)車(che)節(jie)能(neng)(neng)型(xing)空調的國(guo)(guo)(guo)產(chan)(chan)化進程。

  鑒定委員會專(zhuan)家認為(wei)此項(xiang)技術為(wei)國內首(shou)創,整體技術達到國際(ji)先進水平,建議成果推(tui)廣。
