2月28日,國內首座柔性(xing)直流(liu)(liu)換(huan)(huan)流(liu)(liu)站——35千伏(fu)南風換(huan)(huan)流(liu)(liu)站首次充電。該換(huan)(huan)流(liu)(liu)站的啟(qi)動,意(yi)味著我國柔性(xing)直流(liu)(liu)輸電技術(shu)的研究、開發和(he)應用進入(ru)了一個新(xin)的時代,標志著我國清(qing)潔能(neng)源的接入(ru)技術(shu)達到了國際(ji)領先水(shui)平。
上海(hai)超高(gao)壓公司相(xiang)關負責人(ren)介紹:“柔(rou)性直流輸(shu)電(dian)(dian)技術能(neng)有效提(ti)高(gao)電(dian)(dian)網接納清潔能(neng)源的能(neng)力,使換流站(zhan)更加(jia)綠(lv)色、低碳、環(huan)保(bao)。與傳(chuan)統換流站(zhan)相(xiang)比(bi)(bi),柔(rou)性換流站(zhan)變電(dian)(dian)損(sun)耗比(bi)(bi)傳(chuan)統站(zhan)更低,輸(shu)電(dian)(dian)效率(lv)更高(gao),而且造價較(jiao)低,可以(yi)提(ti)升電(dian)(dian)網基礎設(she)施資(zi)源利用(yong)率(lv)和供電(dian)(dian)可靠性,達到(dao)節能(neng)減(jian)排(pai)的目的。
據悉,上(shang)海南匯風電(dian)(dian)(dian)場柔(rou)性直(zhi)流(liu)(liu)輸電(dian)(dian)(dian)工(gong)(gong)(gong)程(cheng)(cheng)是國家電(dian)(dian)(dian)網(wang)公司智(zhi)能(neng)變電(dian)(dian)(dian)站(zhan)(zhan)建設(she)的示范(fan)工(gong)(gong)(gong)程(cheng)(cheng)。該(gai)工(gong)(gong)(gong)程(cheng)(cheng)是國家電(dian)(dian)(dian)網(wang)公司2010年智(zhi)能(neng)電(dian)(dian)(dian)網(wang)建設(she)體系的重大(da)科技示范(fan)項目(mu)和(he)堅強智(zhi)能(neng)電(dian)(dian)(dian)網(wang)建設(she)的第二批試(shi)點(dian)項目(mu)。工(gong)(gong)(gong)程(cheng)(cheng)包括兩(liang)個直(zhi)流(liu)(liu)換(huan)流(liu)(liu)站(zhan)(zhan)和(he)8千米直(zhi)流(liu)(liu)輸電(dian)(dian)(dian)線路。本次啟動的為風電(dian)(dian)(dian)側——35千伏(fu)南風換(huan)流(liu)(liu)站(zhan)(zhan),其額(e)(e)定運行(xing)容量為1.8萬千瓦,直(zhi)流(liu)(liu)額(e)(e)定電(dian)(dian)(dian)壓為±30千伏(fu),直(zhi)流(liu)(liu)額(e)(e)定電(dian)(dian)(dian)流(liu)(liu)為300安。該(gai)換(huan)流(liu)(liu)站(zhan)(zhan)對于(yu)風電(dian)(dian)(dian)穩定并入上(shang)海電(dian)(dian)(dian)網(wang)提供(gong)了技術支撐。
本次(ci)(ci)35千伏(fu)南風換流(liu)(liu)站(zhan)工(gong)(gong)程建設(she)由上(shang)海超(chao)高壓(ya)公(gong)司負責。中國電科院等(deng)參與設(she)備的研(yan)(yan)制和調試。上(shang)海市電力公(gong)司高度重視此次(ci)(ci)柔(rou)性(xing)(xing)直(zhi)流(liu)(liu)示范(fan)工(gong)(gong)程,專(zhuan)門整(zheng)(zheng)合多方資源,就柔(rou)性(xing)(xing)直(zhi)流(liu)(liu)換流(liu)(liu)站(zhan)技術進行研(yan)(yan)究,制定了從建設(she)到運行管理的一整(zheng)(zheng)套方案。本次(ci)(ci)柔(rou)性(xing)(xing)直(zhi)流(liu)(liu)示范(fan)工(gong)(gong)程是智能電網系統理論(lun)研(yan)(yan)究成果轉化(hua)為(wei)工(gong)(gong)程實踐的應用(yong)典范(fan)。

柔(rou)性直(zhi)流(liu)(liu)輸電技術(shu)是(shi)迄今為止(zhi)工程(cheng)應用中最先進(jin)的(de)電力(li)電子技術(shu),也是(shi)智能(neng)電網關(guan)鍵技術(shu)之一(yi)。在風電領域,風電場發電能(neng)力(li)受制于風力(li)的(de)大(da)小,傳統的(de)直(zhi)流(liu)(liu)站對換流(liu)(liu)后的(de)輸出功率(lv)基(ji)本不(bu)可調。柔(rou)性直(zhi)流(liu)(liu)輸電技術(shu)通(tong)過“絕緣柵極(ji)雙極(ji)型晶(jing)體管”,能(neng)實(shi)時、精確地控制發電功率(lv)。這就好比給變電站裝上了一(yi)個“蓄電池”,使人們能(neng)更自(zi)如地控制輸電線(xian)路的(de)電流(liu)(liu)大(da)小和輸送狀態(tai)。
柔(rou)性直(zhi)流(liu)輸電(dian)技術還是解決大(da)(da)面積區域停(ting)電(dian)、實(shi)現遠距離孤(gu)立送電(dian)的有效途徑(jing)。在(zai)相聯的交(jiao)流(liu)系(xi)統因故(gu)障全(quan)部停(ting)電(dian)后(hou),網內柔(rou)性直(zhi)流(liu)部分(fen)因不受交(jiao)流(liu)電(dian)網故(gu)障影(ying)響,成為孤(gu)立小(xiao)電(dian)網仍(reng)維持運行,此時即可帶動(dong)(dong)無(wu)自啟(qi)動(dong)(dong)能力的發電(dian)機組,逐(zhu)漸擴大(da)(da)恢復范圍,完成整個系(xi)統“黑啟(qi)動(dong)(dong)”過(guo)程。在(zai)新能源日益加快發展的背景(jing)下,柔(rou)性直(zhi)流(liu)輸電(dian)技術具(ju)有重要應用價(jia)值。
