1月11日上午,中(zhong)(zhong)(zhong)共中(zhong)(zhong)(zhong)央、國務院(yuan)在北京召開國家科(ke)學技術獎(jiang)勵大會。中(zhong)(zhong)(zhong)國石化11項(xiang)科(ke)技成果榮獲2009年度國家科(ke)學技術進步獎(jiang),其中(zhong)(zhong)(zhong)一等獎(jiang)1項(xiang),二等獎(jiang)10項(xiang)。
中(zhong)國石(shi)化(hua)(hua)(hua)的“石(shi)腦油(you)(you)催(cui)化(hua)(hua)(hua)重整成套技術(shu)的開發與應用”技術(shu)榮獲2009年(nian)度國家科(ke)學技術(shu)進步(bu)一(yi)等獎,該技術(shu)是由中(zhong)國石(shi)化(hua)(hua)(hua)洛陽石(shi)油(you)(you)化(hua)(hua)(hua)工工程公(gong)(gong)司(si)、石(shi)油(you)(you)化(hua)(hua)(hua)工科(ke)學研(yan)究院、洛陽分(fen)公(gong)(gong)司(si)、揚子石(shi)油(you)(you)化(hua)(hua)(hua)工有(you)限(xian)公(gong)(gong)司(si)、湖(hu)南建長石(shi)化(hua)(hua)(hua)股份有(you)限(xian)公(gong)(gong)司(si)、鎮海煉化(hua)(hua)(hua)分(fen)公(gong)(gong)司(si)共(gong)同研(yan)發的。
有10項技(ji)術(shu)(shu)榮獲(huo)國家(jia)科學技(ji)術(shu)(shu)進步(bu)二等獎,分別(bie)為:二元復(fu)合高(gao)效驅油提高(gao)采收率技(ji)術(shu)(shu),勝利油區(qu)復(fu)雜結構井鉆(zhan)(zhan)井技(ji)術(shu)(shu)開(kai)發與(yu)應(ying)(ying)用(yong)(yong),基于深井鉆(zhan)(zhan)柱動力學的(de)(de)高(gao)速牙輪鉆(zhan)(zhan)頭與(yu)振動篩(shai)研制(zhi)(zhi)及應(ying)(ying)用(yong)(yong),大(da)幅度(du)提高(gao)油氣產量的(de)(de)非平面壓裂技(ji)術(shu)(shu)與(yu)工(gong)(gong)業化(hua)應(ying)(ying)用(yong)(yong),環己酮(tong)氨肟化(hua)路線己內酰胺(an)生產工(gong)(gong)藝(yi)成(cheng)套(tao)技(ji)術(shu)(shu),乙(yi)苯(ben)脫氫制(zhi)(zhi)苯(ben)乙(yi)烯關(guan)鍵技(ji)術(shu)(shu)軸徑向反應(ying)(ying)器和新(xin)型催化(hua)劑的(de)(de)研發及應(ying)(ying)用(yong)(yong),大(da)型乙(yi)烯裝置優化(hua)運行技(ji)術(shu)(shu)與(yu)工(gong)(gong)業應(ying)(ying)用(yong)(yong),含硫含堿廢液過程減排新(xin)技(ji)術(shu)(shu)及在化(hua)工(gong)(gong)行業中(zhong)應(ying)(ying)用(yong)(yong),重(zhong)交通(tong)瀝青(qing)路面設計的(de)(de)理論體系(xi),關(guan)鍵技(ji)術(shu)(shu)與(yu)工(gong)(gong)程應(ying)(ying)用(yong)(yong)、非牛頓流體流變(bian)學特性測試技(ji)術(shu)(shu)研究及應(ying)(ying)用(yong)(yong)。
據悉,目(mu)前我國(guo)(guo)設(she)立(li)了國(guo)(guo)家最高科(ke)學(xue)技(ji)(ji)術(shu)(shu)(shu)獎(jiang)(jiang)(jiang)(jiang)、國(guo)(guo)家自然科(ke)學(xue)獎(jiang)(jiang)(jiang)(jiang)、國(guo)(guo)家技(ji)(ji)術(shu)(shu)(shu)發(fa)明(ming)獎(jiang)(jiang)(jiang)(jiang)、國(guo)(guo)家科(ke)學(xue)技(ji)(ji)術(shu)(shu)(shu)進(jin)步獎(jiang)(jiang)(jiang)(jiang)、中(zhong)華(hua)人(ren)民共(gong)和國(guo)(guo)國(guo)(guo)際科(ke)學(xue)技(ji)(ji)術(shu)(shu)(shu)合作(zuo)獎(jiang)(jiang)(jiang)(jiang)等5項(xiang)(xiang)(xiang)國(guo)(guo)家科(ke)學(xue)技(ji)(ji)術(shu)(shu)(shu)獎(jiang)(jiang)(jiang)(jiang)。這些獎(jiang)(jiang)(jiang)(jiang)項(xiang)(xiang)(xiang)每年(nian)評審一(yi)次。2009年(nian)度國(guo)(guo)家科(ke)學(xue)技(ji)(ji)術(shu)(shu)(shu)獎(jiang)(jiang)(jiang)(jiang)勵(li)共(gong)授獎(jiang)(jiang)(jiang)(jiang)374項(xiang)(xiang)(xiang)(人(ren))。其(qi)中(zhong),國(guo)(guo)家最高科(ke)學(xue)技(ji)(ji)術(shu)(shu)(shu)獎(jiang)(jiang)(jiang)(jiang)獲得者2人(ren);國(guo)(guo)家科(ke)學(xue)技(ji)(ji)術(shu)(shu)(shu)進(jin)步獎(jiang)(jiang)(jiang)(jiang)授獎(jiang)(jiang)(jiang)(jiang)項(xiang)(xiang)(xiang)目(mu)282項(xiang)(xiang)(xiang),其(qi)中(zhong)特等獎(jiang)(jiang)(jiang)(jiang)3項(xiang)(xiang)(xiang)、一(yi)等獎(jiang)(jiang)(jiang)(jiang)17項(xiang)(xiang)(xiang)、二等獎(jiang)(jiang)(jiang)(jiang)262項(xiang)(xiang)(xiang)。
