近日,由華中科技(ji)大學聯合國內(nei)優勢單位(wei),歷時(shi)10年,成功研(yan)制的國內(nei)首套移動組件式(shi)直接冷卻高溫超導磁儲(chu)能系統在湖北秭歸縣(xian)老虎口水電(dian)站順利完成全部現(xian)場試(shi)驗(yan),各項試(shi)驗(yan)結果均達(da)到預期目(mu)標。
此(ci)次(ci)試驗是華中(zhong)科技大學(xue)和(he)國(guo)家電(dian)(dian)(dian)網(wang)(wang)(wang)(wang)湖北公(gong)司聯合(he)承(cheng)擔(dan)的(de)國(guo)家863計劃項目的(de)重要(yao)研究(jiu)內容之一,試驗歷時(shi)12天。移動組(zu)件(jian)(jian)式直接(jie)冷卻高溫超導磁(ci)儲(chu)能(neng)系(xi)(xi)統(tong)(tong)(tong)的(de)主(zhu)要(yao)部件(jian)(jian)都(dou)安(an)(an)放在一個(ge)特(te)制的(de)集裝(zhuang)(zhuang)箱中(zhong),集裝(zhuang)(zhuang)箱可(ke)用卡車運(yun)輸,可(ke)以(yi)根(gen)據需(xu)要(yao)運(yun)送安(an)(an)放到合(he)適的(de)位置,接(jie)入電(dian)(dian)(dian)網(wang)(wang)(wang)(wang)進行功率調控。該(gai)移動組(zu)件(jian)(jian)式高溫超導磁(ci)儲(chu)能(neng)系(xi)(xi)統(tong)(tong)(tong)從(cong)武漢運(yun)抵秭歸縣老虎(hu)口水電(dian)(dian)(dian)站,經過了(le)數百公(gong)里各種等級公(gong)路;整個(ge)試驗過程中(zhong)系(xi)(xi)統(tong)(tong)(tong)均露天放置,經歷了(le)雷雨、大風、酷熱等各種天氣的(de)考驗;接(jie)入電(dian)(dian)(dian)網(wang)(wang)(wang)(wang)后,又經過了(le)電(dian)(dian)(dian)網(wang)(wang)(wang)(wang)電(dian)(dian)(dian)壓波動和(he)電(dian)(dian)(dian)網(wang)(wang)(wang)(wang)因雷擊(ji)多(duo)次(ci)停電(dian)(dian)(dian)等考驗,在上述各種條件(jian)(jian)下,儲(chu)能(neng)系(xi)(xi)統(tong)(tong)(tong)均能(neng)正(zheng)常工(gong)作運(yun)行。
該(gai)系(xi)統(tong)由儲能(neng)磁體、變流器及監控(kong)裝(zhuang)置(zhi)組成的(de)(de)一種多(duo)功(gong)能(neng)能(neng)量管理裝(zhuang)置(zhi),具有(you)(you)提(ti)高電(dian)(dian)力(li)系(xi)統(tong)穩定(ding)性(xing)、改善(shan)供(gong)電(dian)(dian)質(zhi)量的(de)(de)特點,可作為不間(jian)斷(duan)電(dian)(dian)源(yuan)。該(gai)系(xi)統(tong)使用由國產(chan)高溫(wen)超(chao)導(dao)帶(dai)材繞制而成的(de)(de)儲能(neng)磁體,采用制冷機(ji)直接冷卻,無(wu)需(xu)使用液氮、液氦等冷卻方(fang)式,將(jiang)有(you)(you)助(zhu)于今(jin)后根據(ju)電(dian)(dian)力(li)系(xi)統(tong)和用戶(hu)的(de)(de)需(xu)求靈活(huo)選擇安裝(zhuang)地點。變流器采用四重模塊(kuai)結構及移相控(kong)制方(fang)式,以(yi)增大功(gong)率、減少諧波,實現儲能(neng)磁體和電(dian)(dian)力(li)系(xi)統(tong)間(jian)的(de)(de)四象限(xian)的(de)(de)有(you)(you)功(gong)功(gong)率與(yu)無(wu)功(gong)功(gong)率交換。隨著電(dian)(dian)力(li)需(xu)求的(de)(de)快速增長(chang),超(chao)導(dao)磁儲能(neng)系(xi)統(tong)有(you)(you)望在未來電(dian)(dian)力(li)系(xi)統(tong)中廣泛應用。
據悉,該項成果填補了國內在超導研究領(ling)域的空白,標(biao)志著我國在直接冷(leng)卻高(gao)溫超導磁(ci)儲能(neng)實(shi)用技術方(fang)面又向(xiang)前邁進了一步(bu)。
