近日(ri),由中(zhong)國(guo)兵器裝備集團公司自主(zhu)(zhu)研制的二次(ci)熔煉(lian)生(sheng)(sheng)產(chan)(chan)(chan)(chan)(chan)(chan)方(fang)式(shi)成功運用(yong)(yong)(yong)于高折射磷酸(suan)鹽光學玻(bo)璃生(sheng)(sheng)產(chan)(chan)(chan)(chan)(chan)(chan),并實(shi)現(xian)產(chan)(chan)(chan)(chan)(chan)(chan)業(ye)化,填補了(le)國(guo)內空白。該技術(shu)徹底(di)改變了(le)原有生(sheng)(sheng)產(chan)(chan)(chan)(chan)(chan)(chan)方(fang)式(shi),在國(guo)內首次(ci)采用(yong)(yong)(yong)“先生(sheng)(sheng)產(chan)(chan)(chan)(chan)(chan)(chan)玻(bo)渣(熟料(liao)(liao)),再(zai)進(jin)(jin)行二次(ci)化料(liao)(liao)”的生(sheng)(sheng)產(chan)(chan)(chan)(chan)(chan)(chan)方(fang)式(shi),其(qi)質量與生(sheng)(sheng)產(chan)(chan)(chan)(chan)(chan)(chan)能力(li)均達到國(guo)際先進(jin)(jin)水平(ping),并成功將(jiang)產(chan)(chan)(chan)(chan)(chan)(chan)量擴(kuo)大(da)(da)7倍,在國(guo)內首次(ci)達到日(ri)產(chan)(chan)(chan)(chan)(chan)(chan)量700kg。同時(shi),使用(yong)(yong)(yong)該技術(shu)還具(ju)有以下三點突(tu)出優勢,一(yi)是(shi)從根本上(shang)(shang)解(jie)決(jue)(jue)了(le)磷酸(suan)鹽光學玻(bo)璃產(chan)(chan)(chan)(chan)(chan)(chan)品(pin)條紋波動、數據一(yi)致(zhi)性差等主(zhu)(zhu)要性能指(zhi)標(biao)不穩定(ding)的問題;二是(shi)成功實(shi)現(xian)了(le)在線檢驗,能在第一(yi)時(shi)間將(jiang)檢驗結果反饋(kui),指(zhi)導(dao)生(sheng)(sheng)產(chan)(chan)(chan)(chan)(chan)(chan),減少(shao)了(le)產(chan)(chan)(chan)(chan)(chan)(chan)品(pin)浪費(fei);三是(shi)成功解(jie)決(jue)(jue)了(le)“主(zhu)(zhu)要原料(liao)(liao)依賴(lai)進(jin)(jin)口”的資源(yuan)難題,新技術(shu)在生(sheng)(sheng)產(chan)(chan)(chan)(chan)(chan)(chan)過程中(zhong)大(da)(da)量采用(yong)(yong)(yong)國(guo)產(chan)(chan)(chan)(chan)(chan)(chan)原料(liao)(liao)代替進(jin)(jin)口原料(liao)(liao),大(da)(da)幅度降低了(le)制造成本,加快了(le)國(guo)產(chan)(chan)(chan)(chan)(chan)(chan)化原料(liao)(liao)切換進(jin)(jin)程。高折射磷酸(suan)鹽玻(bo)璃具(ju)有特殊的光學性能,能大(da)(da)幅度縮(suo)短焦距(ju),提高成像(xiang)質量,有利于產(chan)(chan)(chan)(chan)(chan)(chan)品(pin)小型化、輕量化,可廣泛應用(yong)(yong)(yong)于各(ge)種高端數碼相機、投影儀等終端產(chan)(chan)(chan)(chan)(chan)(chan)品(pin),由于產(chan)(chan)(chan)(chan)(chan)(chan)品(pin)本身具(ju)有極大(da)(da)的生(sheng)(sheng)產(chan)(chan)(chan)(chan)(chan)(chan)難度,國(guo)內外生(sheng)(sheng)產(chan)(chan)(chan)(chan)(chan)(chan)能力(li)均受限,目前在國(guo)際上(shang)(shang)依然是(shi)呈現(xian)供不應求的局面。
