近日,由國家(jia)電(dian)(dian)網(wang)(wang)公司(si)組織(zhi)開展的(de)1000平方(fang)毫米大(da)截(jie)面導線首次(ci)展放試驗取得成功,標志著我(wo)國在大(da)截(jie)面導線的(de)研(yan)制生產及施(shi)(shi)工方(fang)面躋身世界先進行列,對(dui)提高我(wo)國輸電(dian)(dian)線路施(shi)(shi)工技術水平、推動(dong)電(dian)(dian)網(wang)(wang)升(sheng)級,促(cu)進電(dian)(dian)網(wang)(wang)節能降耗和促(cu)進環境保護具(ju)有重要意(yi)義。
本次試驗在甘肅750千(qian)伏永白線(xian)(xian)(xian)199#~212#區段進行(xing),驗證(zheng)了施工(gong)工(gong)藝(yi)(yi)的(de)合理(li)性(xing),檢驗了1000平方(fang)毫米導(dao)線(xian)(xian)(xian)對張力放線(xian)(xian)(xian)機(ji)具配(pei)置(zhi)的(de)適應性(xing),實踐施工(gong)方(fang)案(an)的(de)可操作性(xing),探討(tao)了35倍(bei)線(xian)(xian)(xian)徑張力輪和(he)15倍(bei)線(xian)(xian)(xian)徑滑(hua)輪在工(gong)程中(zhong)使用的(de)可行(xing)性(xing)等內容(rong),為(wei)最終(zhong)形成(cheng)(cheng)1000平方(fang)毫米導(dao)線(xian)(xian)(xian)張力放線(xian)(xian)(xian)施工(gong)工(gong)藝(yi)(yi)導(dao)則(ze)、配(pei)套機(ji)具設備配(pei)置(zhi)方(fang)案(an)、架線(xian)(xian)(xian)施工(gong)預算(suan)定(ding)額等成(cheng)(cheng)果(guo),推動工(gong)程實際應用奠(dian)定(ding)了重(zhong)要(yao)基礎(chu)。
導(dao)線(xian)(xian)(xian)(xian)是(shi)輸電線(xian)(xian)(xian)(xian)路的主要元件之一(yi)(yi)。大截(jie)面(mian)導(dao)線(xian)(xian)(xian)(xian)技(ji)術(shu)(shu)通過增(zeng)大導(dao)線(xian)(xian)(xian)(xian)截(jie)面(mian)面(mian)積、增(zeng)加(jia)導(dao)線(xian)(xian)(xian)(xian)分(fen)裂根數等(deng)措施,可(ke)(ke)提高主干輸電線(xian)(xian)(xian)(xian)路單(dan)位(wei)走廊輸送功率(lv),有效(xiao)(xiao)降(jiang)低線(xian)(xian)(xian)(xian)路損耗和(he)(he)(he)(he)無線(xian)(xian)(xian)(xian)電干擾、可(ke)(ke)聽噪聲等(deng),顯著降(jiang)低工(gong)(gong)程(cheng)(cheng)(cheng)投資(zi)成本和(he)(he)(he)(he)運行(xing)成本,是(shi)實現電網節能(neng)降(jiang)耗和(he)(he)(he)(he)促進(jin)環境(jing)保(bao)護的重(zhong)要技(ji)術(shu)(shu)舉措,具有顯著的技(ji)術(shu)(shu)經濟效(xiao)(xiao)益和(he)(he)(he)(he)廣(guang)(guang)闊(kuo)的應用前景(jing)。近年(nian)來(lai),國家電網公(gong)(gong)司積極(ji)(ji)推(tui)(tui)行(xing)“資(zi)源節約(yue)型、環境(jing)友好型,新技(ji)術(shu)(shu)、新材料、新工(gong)(gong)藝(yi)”(“兩型三新”)輸電線(xian)(xian)(xian)(xian)路建(jian)設(she)(she),在(zai)多項輸變電工(gong)(gong)程(cheng)(cheng)(cheng)中(zhong)開(kai)展大截(jie)面(mian)導(dao)線(xian)(xian)(xian)(xian)技(ji)術(shu)(shu)研究和(he)(he)(he)(he)應用推(tui)(tui)廣(guang)(guang),取得顯著效(xiao)(xiao)果。公(gong)(gong)司正在(zai)建(jian)設(she)(she)中(zhong)的我(wo)國第一(yi)(yi)條±660千伏直(zhi)流輸電示范工(gong)(gong)程(cheng)(cheng)(cheng)將全線(xian)(xian)(xian)(xian)采(cai)用1000平(ping)方毫米大截(jie)面(mian)導(dao)線(xian)(xian)(xian)(xian)。按該(gai)工(gong)(gong)程(cheng)(cheng)(cheng)測(ce)算,采(cai)用4×1000mm2導(dao)線(xian)(xian)(xian)(xian)比6×630mm2導(dao)線(xian)(xian)(xian)(xian)節約(yue)線(xian)(xian)(xian)(xian)路本體(ti)投資(zi)約(yue)4000萬元,工(gong)(gong)程(cheng)(cheng)(cheng)投運后每年(nian)可(ke)(ke)減(jian)少線(xian)(xian)(xian)(xian)路損耗約(yue)2700萬千瓦(wa)時(shi)。同(tong)時(shi),積極(ji)(ji)推(tui)(tui)廣(guang)(guang)應用大截(jie)面(mian)導(dao)線(xian)(xian)(xian)(xian)技(ji)術(shu)(shu),對于(yu)進(jin)一(yi)(yi)步提升國內(nei)電力設(she)(she)備(bei)企(qi)業產(chan)品(pin)研發和(he)(he)(he)(he)制造能(neng)力,以及提升建(jian)設(she)(she)單(dan)位(wei)施工(gong)(gong)水平(ping)等(deng)都具有重(zhong)要帶動作用。
