11月(yue)2日,由(you)湖南省電力公(gong)司(si)試(shi)驗(yan)研(yan)究院(yuan)研(yan)制的世界上首臺可調電容串(chuan)聯補償式交(jiao)流融(rong)冰(bing)(bing)裝置(zhi)(zhi),在220千(qian)伏集(ji)里變電站一次試(shi)驗(yan)成(cheng)功(gong)。這(zhe)種裝置(zhi)(zhi)是該院(yuan)繼9月(yue)份自行研(yan)制成(cheng)功(gong)國(guo)內(nei)首臺移動(dong)式短線(xian)路直流融(rong)冰(bing)(bing)裝置(zhi)(zhi)、移動(dong)式長線(xian)路直流融(rong)冰(bing)(bing)裝置(zhi)(zhi)后取得的又(you)一重大突破。
本(ben)次試驗以集(ji)里變電站220千(qian)伏叢(cong)集(ji)線作(zuo)為試驗對象,該(gai)裝(zhuang)置成功地將融冰電流(liu)升至810安。15分鐘后,導線溫度(du)由17攝(she)氏度(du)上升至35攝(she)氏度(du),融冰裝(zhuang)置運(yun)行(xing)正常。
據了(le)解(jie),湖南(nan)(nan)公(gong)(gong)司(si)原有(you)(you)的(de)(de)交流短路融冰(bing)(bing)技術有(you)(you)較大的(de)(de)局限性,操作(zuo)復雜,且必須保證(zheng)線路阻抗匹配。在今年年初的(de)(de)冰(bing)(bing)雪災害中,湖南(nan)(nan)公(gong)(gong)司(si)共安排交流融冰(bing)(bing)20條(tiao)次,平(ping)均每天只能安排1~2條(tiao)線路融冰(bing)(bing)。而在覆冰(bing)(bing)情況(kuang)較為(wei)嚴重的(de)(de)1月(yue)28日,湖南(nan)(nan)覆冰(bing)(bing)超過3毫米的(de)(de)220千伏線路有(you)(you)64條(tiao),覆冰(bing)(bing)超過20毫米的(de)(de)有(you)(you)40條(tiao)。
可調電(dian)容串聯(lian)補償(chang)(chang)式交流(liu)融(rong)(rong)(rong)冰(bing)(bing)(bing)裝置的(de)成(cheng)功問(wen)世,標志著利(li)用(yong)10千伏(fu)電(dian)源(yuan)即可實現單條不同(tong)長(chang)度(du)輸(shu)電(dian)線(xian)(xian)(xian)路(lu)的(de)交流(liu)融(rong)(rong)(rong)冰(bing)(bing)(bing),大(da)大(da)延(yan)長(chang)了(le)融(rong)(rong)(rong)冰(bing)(bing)(bing)線(xian)(xian)(xian)路(lu),減少了(le)線(xian)(xian)(xian)路(lu)融(rong)(rong)(rong)冰(bing)(bing)(bing)所需的(de)系(xi)統(tong)(tong)容量,同(tong)時避(bi)免了(le)傳(chuan)統(tong)(tong)方式融(rong)(rong)(rong)冰(bing)(bing)(bing)所需的(de)線(xian)(xian)(xian)路(lu)阻抗匹配和繁雜(za)的(de)系(xi)統(tong)(tong)倒閘操作(zuo),縮(suo)短了(le)融(rong)(rong)(rong)冰(bing)(bing)(bing)操作(zuo)時間,提(ti)高了(le)融(rong)(rong)(rong)冰(bing)(bing)(bing)工(gong)作(zuo)效率。據湖南公司(si)試研院相關人士介紹(shao),在設備(bei)臺數可以保證的(de)情況下,利(li)用(yong)可調電(dian)容串聯(lian)補償(chang)(chang)式交流(liu)融(rong)(rong)(rong)冰(bing)(bing)(bing)技(ji)術(shu),一天可為上百條線(xian)(xian)(xian)路(lu)進行融(rong)(rong)(rong)冰(bing)(bing)(bing)作(zuo)業。新技(ji)術(shu)對今年電(dian)網(wang)抗冰(bing)(bing)(bing)防(fang)災極其有用(yong),為電(dian)網(wang)提(ti)供了(le)一種(zhong)更加安(an)全(quan)、經濟、便捷的(de)融(rong)(rong)(rong)冰(bing)(bing)(bing)裝置。

融冰裝置研發背景
今年(nian)年(nian)初的(de)冰(bing)雪災害是我國電(dian)網(wang)(wang)(wang)有史以(yi)來受災最(zui)嚴重(zhong)(zhong)的(de)一次。由(you)于(yu)大范圍凍雨滴水成冰(bing),電(dian)網(wang)(wang)(wang)覆(fu)冰(bing)厚度(du)嚴重(zhong)(zhong)超過我國現(xian)行(xing)的(de)設計標準,導致大面積倒塔(桿)斷(duan)線。國家電(dian)網(wang)(wang)(wang)累計停(ting)運35千(qian)伏(fu)及(ji)以(yi)上變電(dian)站(zhan)884座,停(ting)運10千(qian)伏(fu)及(ji)以(yi)上輸電(dian)線路(lu)1.53萬條,損毀高壓桿塔18.4萬基,倒斷(duan)低壓線桿51.9萬基。湖(hu)南電(dian)網(wang)(wang)(wang)一度(du)瀕臨崩潰,郴州、衡陽等地(di)區供(gong)電(dian)中斷(duan)。江西電(dian)網(wang)(wang)(wang)先后5次與華中主網(wang)(wang)(wang)解列,省(sheng)網(wang)(wang)(wang)一度(du)解列成三片(pian)運行(xing)。浙江多條500千(qian)伏(fu)線路(lu)停(ting)運。福建電(dian)網(wang)(wang)(wang)持續31天孤網(wang)(wang)(wang)運行(xing)。災后國家電(dian)網(wang)(wang)(wang)恢(hui)復重(zhong)(zhong)建和改(gai)造投入資金達390億元(yuan)。
交流短路融冰
減(jian)少輸電(dian)(dian)(dian)線路(lu)(lu)冰(bing)害損(sun)失的(de)(de)主要途徑有(you)(you)兩種。一(yi)是(shi)加強(qiang)輸電(dian)(dian)(dian)線路(lu)(lu)的(de)(de)抗(kang)冰(bing)能力。但(dan)每改(gai)造(zao)一(yi)基220千伏(fu)桿塔(ta)(ta)及導線需30萬(wan)(wan)~40萬(wan)(wan)元(yuan),一(yi)條中等(deng)長度的(de)(de)220千伏(fu)輸電(dian)(dian)(dian)線路(lu)(lu)(桿塔(ta)(ta)120基),改(gai)造(zao)總費(fei)用3000萬(wan)(wan)~5000萬(wan)(wan)元(yuan)。二(er)是(shi)進行短路(lu)(lu)融冰(bing)。為有(you)(you)效抗(kang)擊冰(bing)災(zai),從上世(shi)紀70年(nian)代起,湖南電(dian)(dian)(dian)網即研發出(chu)一(yi)套交流短路(lu)(lu)融冰(bing)技(ji)術,并(bing)成功(gong)應(ying)用30多(duo)年(nian)。但(dan)這種融冰(bing)技(ji)術有(you)(you)諸多(duo)局限(xian)性(xing),在電(dian)(dian)(dian)網遭受大范(fan)圍雨雪冰(bing)凍災(zai)害時往往束手(shou)無(wu)策,所以(yi)有(you)(you)進一(yi)步改(gai)造(zao)的(de)(de)需要。
阻抗匹配是關鍵
阻抗(kang)匹(pi)配是指給(gei)輸(shu)電線(xian)路(lu)融冰時的(de)電流不能過(guo)大(da)或過(guo)小(xiao),因(yin)此線(xian)路(lu)長度必須在一個相對固定的(de)范圍(wei)內(nei)。過(guo)大(da),導線(xian)就會燒毀,過(guo)小(xiao),發(fa)熱不夠,無(wu)法將線(xian)路(lu)上的(de)冰融化。
