為了探索新的生產工藝和生產程序,節約成本,中國水電集團向家壩砂石項目部通過對長距離膠帶機輸送線滿載高強度試運行試驗后,顯著降低了空載運行的用電成本,取得了良好效果。
向家壩砂石系統長距離膠帶機輸送線系統由5條膠帶機組成,長達31公里。出于設備安全的考慮,該系統在設計上要求實行空載啟動、停機,因此系統每次運行時,開機后空載運行時間和停機后空載運行時間均為2.5小時,即系統每運行一次,整個輸送線空載運行時間達5小時,每次耗電約27000度(不包括相關的A、C系列膠帶機耗電量),電價按0.45元/度計算,空載運行用電成本約為12000元。
長(chang)(chang)(chang)距離膠(jiao)帶機(ji)輸(shu)(shu)(shu)送(song)線是向家壩砂石系(xi)統(tong)的(de)生(sheng)(sheng)命線,在保證系(xi)統(tong)設(she)備(bei)使用(yong)壽命和(he)安全(quan)(quan)(quan)運(yun)(yun)(yun)行(xing)(xing)(xing)(xing)(xing)的(de)前(qian)提下(xia),只有延長(chang)(chang)(chang)重(zhong)載運(yun)(yun)(yun)行(xing)(xing)(xing)(xing)(xing)時(shi)(shi)間(jian)(jian),減少啟(qi)、停機(ji)次(ci)(ci)數,才能(neng)提高生(sheng)(sheng)產效率,降低(di)運(yun)(yun)(yun)行(xing)(xing)(xing)(xing)(xing)成本和(he)員(yuan)(yuan)(yuan)(yuan)工勞動強度,于是做(zuo)了(le)(le)一次(ci)(ci)滿(man)載高強度試(shi)運(yun)(yun)(yun)行(xing)(xing)(xing)(xing)(xing)試(shi)。首先,項目(mu)部相關人(ren)(ren)(ren)員(yuan)(yuan)(yuan)(yuan)以(yi)及工區全(quan)(quan)(quan)體運(yun)(yun)(yun)行(xing)(xing)(xing)(xing)(xing)人(ren)(ren)(ren)員(yuan)(yuan)(yuan)(yuan)在一天(tian)半時(shi)(shi)間(jian)(jian)內對長(chang)(chang)(chang)距離輸(shu)(shu)(shu)送(song)系(xi)統(tong)的(de)設(she)備(bei)進行(xing)(xing)(xing)(xing)(xing)了(le)(le)全(quan)(quan)(quan)面(mian)檢(jian)修(xiu),把設(she)備(bei)、人(ren)(ren)(ren)員(yuan)(yuan)(yuan)(yuan)調整到(dao)最佳狀態;其次(ci)(ci)是做(zuo)好運(yun)(yun)(yun)行(xing)(xing)(xing)(xing)(xing)、監(jian)控人(ren)(ren)(ren)員(yuan)(yuan)(yuan)(yuan)分工安排,做(zuo)好意外事(shi)故(gu)應急預案(an);最后是嚴密(mi)監(jian)控中控室(shi)匯總的(de)CST等關鍵設(she)備(bei)的(de)運(yun)(yun)(yun)行(xing)(xing)(xing)(xing)(xing)情(qing)況(kuang)。運(yun)(yun)(yun)行(xing)(xing)(xing)(xing)(xing)期間(jian)(jian),工區主任、安全(quan)(quan)(quan)員(yuan)(yuan)(yuan)(yuan)和(he)技(ji)術員(yuan)(yuan)(yuan)(yuan)對B1—B5膠(jiao)帶機(ji)沿線再次(ci)(ci)進行(xing)(xing)(xing)(xing)(xing)了(le)(le)一次(ci)(ci)全(quan)(quan)(quan)面(mian)的(de)巡檢(jian),詳細了(le)(le)解了(le)(le)設(she)備(bei)的(de)運(yun)(yun)(yun)行(xing)(xing)(xing)(xing)(xing)情(qing)況(kuang)、現場安全(quan)(quan)(quan)情(qing)況(kuang)、值班人(ren)(ren)(ren)員(yuan)(yuan)(yuan)(yuan)的(de)精神狀態、工作情(qing)況(kuang)等,直(zhi)至(zhi)輸(shu)(shu)(shu)送(song)線按(an)要求成功停機(ji),連續不間(jian)(jian)斷(duan)運(yun)(yun)(yun)行(xing)(xing)(xing)(xing)(xing)長(chang)(chang)(chang)達34小(xiao)時(shi)(shi)(含啟(qi)動、停機(ji)時(shi)(shi)間(jian)(jian)),平均輸(shu)(shu)(shu)送(song)量(liang)為2800噸/小(xiao)時(shi)(shi)左(zuo)右,共輸(shu)(shu)(shu)送(song)半成品82000噸。電(dian)能(neng)利用(yong)率較以(yi)前(qian)16小(xiao)時(shi)(shi)/次(ci)(ci)(含啟(qi)動、停機(ji)時(shi)(shi)間(jian)(jian))的(de)運(yun)(yun)(yun)行(xing)(xing)(xing)(xing)(xing)工況(kuang)大有提高,降低(di)了(le)(le)空載運(yun)(yun)(yun)行(xing)(xing)(xing)(xing)(xing)的(de)用(yong)電(dian)成本,也檢(jian)驗了(le)(le)長(chang)(chang)(chang)距離輸(shu)(shu)(shu)送(song)線系(xi)統(tong)在高峰(feng)期的(de)運(yun)(yun)(yun)行(xing)(xing)(xing)(xing)(xing)可靠性和(he)輸(shu)(shu)(shu)送(song)能(neng)力。
