中(zhong)冶(ye)集(ji)團寶冶(ye)建(jian)設(she)立項開(kai)發的《電(dian)(dian)力(li)線(xian)組網輔助(zhu)電(dian)(dian)纜敷設(she)及安全監控系(xi)統技(ji)術研究》于(yu)11月29日通過中(zhong)冶(ye)寶冶(ye)建(jian)設(she)結題(ti)驗(yan)收(shou)。這個(ge)項目成功(gong)地利(li)用新興的電(dian)(dian)力(li)線(xian)通信(xin)(xin)PLC技(ji)術,實現了(le)音頻(pin)(pin)、視頻(pin)(pin)信(xin)(xin)號在電(dian)(dian)力(li)線(xian)上的載波傳輸,為(wei)在隧道涵洞(dong)等(deng)復雜環境中(zhong)安全敷設(she)電(dian)(dian)纜提供信(xin)(xin)息傳遞支撐(cheng),該項技(ji)術成果達到了(le)國內(nei)同行(xing)業領先水平。
在(zai)環境復雜的(de)隧道里敷設電(dian)(dian)(dian)(dian)(dian)纜(lan)(lan),整體(ti)協(xie)調(diao)(diao)(diao)配合(he)尤(you)為重(zhong)要,沒有(you)一個(ge)良(liang)好的(de)信(xin)(xin)息(xi)溝通(tong)平臺,很難確保步調(diao)(diao)(diao)一致(zhi)、安全挺進(jin)。針對電(dian)(dian)(dian)(dian)(dian)纜(lan)(lan)隧道封閉性強、無(wu)線(xian)(xian)信(xin)(xin)號屏蔽嚴重(zhong)的(de)環境,電(dian)(dian)(dian)(dian)(dian)裝專業(ye)技術(shu)人員開展“電(dian)(dian)(dian)(dian)(dian)力(li)線(xian)(xian)通(tong)信(xin)(xin)技術(shu)PLC”的(de)創(chuang)新(xin)應用(yong)(yong)研究(jiu),以解(jie)決電(dian)(dian)(dian)(dian)(dian)纜(lan)(lan)敷設的(de)指(zhi)揮協(xie)調(diao)(diao)(diao)信(xin)(xin)息(xi)傳(chuan)輸(shu)問(wen)題。電(dian)(dian)(dian)(dian)(dian)力(li)線(xian)(xian)通(tong)信(xin)(xin)技術(shu),簡稱(cheng)PLC,它是應用(yong)(yong)電(dian)(dian)(dian)(dian)(dian)力(li)線(xian)(xian)傳(chuan)輸(shu)數據(ju)和話音(yin)信(xin)(xin)號的(de)一種通(tong)信(xin)(xin)方式。該技術(shu)把載有(you)信(xin)(xin)息(xi)的(de)高頻(pin)加載于電(dian)(dian)(dian)(dian)(dian)流,然后(hou)用(yong)(yong)電(dian)(dian)(dian)(dian)(dian)線(xian)(xian)傳(chuan)輸(shu),接受(shou)信(xin)(xin)息(xi)的(de)調(diao)(diao)(diao)制解(jie)調(diao)(diao)(diao)器(qi)再(zai)把高頻(pin)從電(dian)(dian)(dian)(dian)(dian)流中分離(li)出來,并傳(chuan)送到計算機(ji)或電(dian)(dian)(dian)(dian)(dian)話,以實(shi)現信(xin)(xin)息(xi)傳(chuan)遞。這項技術(shu)的(de)應用(yong)(yong),不需要重(zhong)新(xin)布(bu)線(xian)(xian),而在(zai)現有(you)電(dian)(dian)(dian)(dian)(dian)線(xian)(xian)上實(shi)現電(dian)(dian)(dian)(dian)(dian)力(li)、數據(ju)、語音(yin)和視頻(pin)等多業(ye)務的(de)承載,也(ye)就是實(shi)現“四網合(he)一”。
其技(ji)術特(te)征是,結構(gou)靈活,不受環境(jing)的(de)(de)限制,有(you)電即可組(zu)建網(wang)絡(luo),電力線(xian)(xian)是其最基(ji)礎的(de)(de)網(wang)絡(luo),應用(yong)范(fan)圍之廣,規(gui)模之大其他網(wang)絡(luo)無法比(bi)擬。同時可以靈活接入端口(kou),使資(zi)源(yuan)得到充(chong)(chong)分(fen)利用(yong),其移(yi)動(dong)性(xing)可與(yu)無線(xian)(xian)局域(yu)網(wang)WLAN媲美。傳(chuan)(chuan)輸(shu)的(de)(de)質(zhi)量高、速度快(kuai)、帶(dai)寬(kuan)穩定。可以充(chong)(chong)分(fen)利用(yong)現(xian)有(you)的(de)(de)低(di)壓配電網(wang)絡(luo)基(ji)礎設施,無需進行通訊電纜施工,較傳(chuan)(chuan)統的(de)(de)有(you)線(xian)(xian)傳(chuan)(chuan)輸(shu)和無線(xian)(xian)傳(chuan)(chuan)輸(shu)技(ji)術,PLC成本更低(di),資(zi)源(yuan)更節省,而且可擴展性(xing)和可管理性(xing)更強。
這項技術在現場應用中,視頻監控圖像清晰,指揮協調中心通過視頻實現對隧道內電纜敷設施工現場的監控;音頻控制實現語音廣播和點對點語音對話,及時協調發出指令,反饋現場信息,使電纜敷設安全優質高效推進。電裝將PLC技術,在國內工業復雜環境中率先進行嘗試,為我國冶金建設行業普遍存在的隧道電纜敷設控制難問題提供了有力的解決方案,使中冶集團寶冶建設在供配電施工技術方面處于冶金建設行業領先水平,增強中冶寶冶建設核心競爭力和市場影響力。
