10月10日,中(zhong)(zhong)(zhong)國鐵(tie)路工程總(zong)公(gong)司(si)所(suo)屬的中(zhong)(zhong)(zhong)鐵(tie)隧(sui)道承擔的國家(jia)863計(ji)劃項(xiang)目(mu)“盾(dun)構控(kong)(kong)制(zhi)(zhi)系(xi)統檢測試(shi)驗臺”順(shun)利通過(guo)河(he)(he)(he)南(nan)省科(ke)技廳(ting)(ting)鑒(jian)定(ding)。鑒(jian)定(ding)委(wei)員會由東南(nan)大學博(bo)導戴先中(zhong)(zhong)(zhong)、中(zhong)(zhong)(zhong)國中(zhong)(zhong)(zhong)鐵(tie)股(gu)份公(gong)司(si)教授級(ji)高工劉春、河(he)(he)(he)南(nan)省交通廳(ting)(ting)教授級(ji)高工田國華等8名國內控(kong)(kong)制(zhi)(zhi)系(xi)統、盾(dun)構科(ke)研、機械制(zhi)(zhi)造等領(ling)域的著名教授、專家(jia)組(zu)成。河(he)(he)(he)南(nan)省科(ke)技廳(ting)(ting)副廳(ting)(ting)長賈躍、中(zhong)(zhong)(zhong)鐵(tie)隧(sui)道副總(zong)經(jing)理唐忠參加(jia)了(le)(le)(le)成果鑒(jian)定(ding)會。鑒(jian)定(ding)委(wei)員會聽取了(le)(le)(le)中(zhong)(zhong)(zhong)鐵(tie)隧(sui)道國家(jia)863計(ji)劃項(xiang)目(mu)“盾(dun)構控(kong)(kong)制(zhi)(zhi)系(xi)統檢測試(shi)驗臺”課(ke)題組(zu)的專題匯報,實(shi)地觀看了(le)(le)(le)試(shi)驗臺的現(xian)場(chang)運(yun)行,客觀公(gong)正地審(shen)查了(le)(le)(le)相關(guan)鑒(jian)定(ding)資料,經(jing)過(guo)質(zhi)疑和(he)討論,對該課(ke)題的學術價(jia)值和(he)現(xian)實(shi)意義給予了(le)(le)(le)充分(fen)肯定(ding)。
鑒(jian)定委員(yuan)會認為(wei):該(gai)項目在吸收國外大(da)直徑泥(ni)水盾(dun)(dun)構(gou)控(kong)(kong)制(zhi)系(xi)(xi)統的基礎上,研制(zhi)出(chu)了(le)具有自(zi)主知識產權(quan)的盾(dun)(dun)構(gou)控(kong)(kong)制(zhi)系(xi)(xi)統檢(jian)測試驗臺,自(zi)主開發了(le)泥(ni)水盾(dun)(dun)構(gou)控(kong)(kong)制(zhi)系(xi)(xi)統,填補(bu)了(le)國內空白。開發的具有自(zi)主知識產權(quan)的盾(dun)(dun)構(gou)控(kong)(kong)制(zhi)系(xi)(xi)統,完(wan)整掌握了(le)該(gai)系(xi)(xi)統的邏(luo)輯(ji)關(guan)(guan)系(xi)(xi)和(he)核心控(kong)(kong)制(zhi)技(ji)(ji)術,滿足了(le)盾(dun)(dun)構(gou)整機(ji)控(kong)(kong)制(zhi)的要求,實現了(le)系(xi)(xi)統控(kong)(kong)制(zhi)和(he)狀態檢(jian)測的集成化(hua)(hua)、網(wang)絡(luo)化(hua)(hua)和(he)智能化(hua)(hua)。研發的試驗臺對于盾(dun)(dun)構(gou)的國產化(hua)(hua)具有積極的推動作用,經濟效(xiao)益和(he)社會效(xiao)益顯著。“盾(dun)(dun)構(gou)控(kong)(kong)制(zhi)系(xi)(xi)統檢(jian)測試驗臺”課題的關(guan)(guan)鍵技(ji)(ji)術研究(jiu)在國內屬首創,綜(zong)合技(ji)(ji)術水平達(da)到國際(ji)先進水平。
