近(jin)一個時期(qi)以來,中(zhong)國(guo)節能投資公(gong)司(si)(si)為提高(gao)企(qi)(qi)業(ye)(ye)核心競(jing)爭力,狠抓科(ke)(ke)技研(yan)發(fa)的投入(ru),即在公(gong)司(si)(si)總部成立專業(ye)(ye)的部門對各下屬企(qi)(qi)業(ye)(ye)的科(ke)(ke)技研(yan)發(fa)工作(zuo)進行咨詢指導(dao);積(ji)極強(qiang)化各下屬公(gong)司(si)(si)的科(ke)(ke)技自主(zhu)研(yan)發(fa)隊伍建設(she);并加強(qiang)與同行業(ye)(ye)的專業(ye)(ye)機(ji)構和各科(ke)(ke)研(yan)院所(suo)等專業(ye)(ye)權威機(ji)構合作(zuo),探索新的科(ke)(ke)技研(yan)發(fa)道路(lu)。日前,中(zhong)國(guo)節能投資公(gong)司(si)(si)系(xi)統一批高(gao)科(ke)(ke)技項(xiang)目(mu)喜(xi)獲國(guo)家自然科(ke)(ke)學基(ji)金委員會節能環保研(yan)究(jiu)基(ji)金資助和立項(xiang)支持:
中國(guo)節能下屬北(bei)京華明電光(guang)源(yuan)工業公(gong)司的(de)(de)“零(ling)(ling)場(chang)(chang)雙(shuang)穩定反(fan)(fan)射式(shi)(shi)液晶顯(xian)(xian)示(shi)技(ji)術”項目,該(gai)(gai)項目將研究開(kai)發無背光(guang)源(yuan)、功耗(hao)極(ji)低、便于攜(xie)帶的(de)(de)零(ling)(ling)場(chang)(chang)雙(shuang)穩態反(fan)(fan)射式(shi)(shi)液晶顯(xian)(xian)示(shi)技(ji)術,達到(dao)國(guo)內領先水平。該(gai)(gai)項目將掌(zhang)握零(ling)(ling)場(chang)(chang)穩態反(fan)(fan)射式(shi)(shi)液晶顯(xian)(xian)示(shi)最新核心技(ji)術,打破國(guo)外技(ji)術封鎖,提高國(guo)內自主開(kai)發能力,并可(ke)在短(duan)期(qi)內推向(xiang)市(shi)場(chang)(chang),為批量(liang)生(sheng)產(chan)該(gai)(gai)顯(xian)(xian)示(shi)器件及(ji)創造較大(da)的(de)(de)經濟效益奠定了(le)技(ji)術基礎及(ji)可(ke)行的(de)(de)解決方(fang)案。
中(zhong)國節能下屬海(hai)特光(guang)(guang)(guang)電有(you)限(xian)責任公司的“大功率光(guang)(guang)(guang)纖激(ji)(ji)光(guang)(guang)(guang)器(qi)(qi)的泵源技(ji)術研究(jiu)”項(xiang)目(mu),該(gai)項(xiang)目(mu)是(shi)繼激(ji)(ji)光(guang)(guang)(guang)二極管泵浦(pu)固(gu)體激(ji)(ji)光(guang)(guang)(guang)器(qi)(qi)之后的新一代激(ji)(ji)光(guang)(guang)(guang)器(qi)(qi),其(qi)融(rong)合(he)了(le)材料學、光(guang)(guang)(guang)電子學、光(guang)(guang)(guang)學等多學科的綜(zong)合(he)應(ying)用基礎研究(jiu)。該(gai)項(xiang)目(mu)的研究(jiu)將提升我(wo)國光(guang)(guang)(guang)纖激(ji)(ji)光(guang)(guang)(guang)器(qi)(qi)的研究(jiu)水平,促進激(ji)(ji)光(guang)(guang)(guang)行(xing)業的環保與節能,為推動激(ji)(ji)光(guang)(guang)(guang)器(qi)(qi)和激(ji)(ji)光(guang)(guang)(guang)應(ying)用系統的升級換代,具(ju)有(you)重(zhong)要的理論(lun)意義(yi)和經濟(ji)價值。
中國節能(neng)(neng)下屬深圳京能(neng)(neng)集(ji)團京能(neng)(neng)通信(xin)公司的(de)(de)“新型電(dian)(dian)(dian)子互感器(qi)的(de)(de)基礎理論及應用(yong)技(ji)術研究(jiu)”項目(mu),該項目(mu)是(shi)電(dian)(dian)(dian)磁學、光電(dian)(dian)(dian)子學、智能(neng)(neng)信(xin)息處理、通信(xin)、計算機等多學科(ke)綜(zong)合應用(yong)的(de)(de)基礎研究(jiu),是(shi)高電(dian)(dian)(dian)壓電(dian)(dian)(dian)磁是(shi)互感器(qi)的(de)(de)替代產(chan)品,市場潛(qian)力巨大(da)。隨著(zhu)光電(dian)(dian)(dian)子技(ji)術的(de)(de)發展和國際(ji)電(dian)(dian)(dian)工協(xie)會對電(dian)(dian)(dian)子式(shi)電(dian)(dian)(dian)壓互感器(qi)標準和電(dian)(dian)(dian)子式(shi)電(dian)(dian)(dian)流互感器(qi)標準的(de)(de)頒布(bu),電(dian)(dian)(dian)力系(xi)統使(shi)用(yong)電(dian)(dian)(dian)子是(shi)互感器(qi)的(de)(de)時代已經到來。該項目(mu)研發可大(da)幅度提升我國電(dian)(dian)(dian)子互感器(qi)研制水(shui)平,為(wei)將來實現產(chan)業(ye)化(hua)奠(dian)定基礎,具有重要的(de)(de)理論意義(yi)和實用(yong)價(jia)值(zhi)。
中國(guo)(guo)節能下屬(shu)煙(yan)臺萬利達實業發(fa)展總公司的(de)“生(sheng)(sheng)物催化(hua)不對(dui)稱(cheng)還原反應(ying)制備(bei)手(shou)性(xing)藥(yao)物技(ji)術(shu)(shu)(shu)及(ji)應(ying)用”項目,該項目是(shi)針對(dui)生(sheng)(sheng)物催化(hua)手(shou)性(xing)藥(yao)物合成/拆分,融合了體外定向進化(hua)技(ji)術(shu)(shu)(shu)、細胞高(gao)密度培(pei)養(yang)技(ji)術(shu)(shu)(shu)、靜息細胞手(shou)性(xing)催化(hua)技(ji)術(shu)(shu)(shu)及(ji)低分子糖類似物高(gao)效分離純(chun)化(hua)技(ji)術(shu)(shu)(shu),設(she)計建立(li)了具有自主知識產權的(de)催化(hua)體系和(he)生(sheng)(sheng)物反應(ying)器,在(zai)(zai)技(ji)術(shu)(shu)(shu)上(shang)具有先進性(xing)、獨創性(xing)。該項目用于(yu)生(sheng)(sheng)物催化(hua)不對(dui)稱(cheng)合成技(ji)術(shu)(shu)(shu),將大大推進生(sheng)(sheng)物催化(hua)技(ji)術(shu)(shu)(shu)在(zai)(zai)國(guo)(guo)內的(de)產業化(hua)進程(cheng),將填補(bu)生(sheng)(sheng)物催化(hua)合成托莫西汀空白,使民族醫藥(yao)工業有更強的(de)適應(ying)國(guo)(guo)際市場(chang)能力。
