1月25日(ri)(ri)~26日(ri)(ri),國家電網公(gong)司2010年營銷工作會議在京召(zhao)開。國家電網公(gong)司副總經理(li)、黨組成員(yuan)陳進行在講話中(zhong)表示,按照(zhao)國家電網全面推進“三(san)集五大”工作的要求(qiu),將(jiang)進一步加強(qiang)營銷集約化管(guan)理(li),積(ji)極推進“一深化、三(san)集中(zhong)、四統一”,努力構建“大營銷”體系(xi)。
“一深(shen)(shen)化(hua)(hua)(hua)(hua)、三集中(zhong)(zhong)(zhong)(zhong)、四統(tong)(tong)一”,即深(shen)(shen)化(hua)(hua)(hua)(hua)營(ying)銷(xiao)“一部(bu)三中(zhong)(zhong)(zhong)(zhong)心(xin)”建設(she),集中(zhong)(zhong)(zhong)(zhong)計量檢定配送(song)、集中(zhong)(zhong)(zhong)(zhong)95598呼叫(jiao)服務(wu)(wu)(wu)、集中(zhong)(zhong)(zhong)(zhong)營(ying)銷(xiao)在線稽查(cha)監(jian)控,統(tong)(tong)一業(ye)務(wu)(wu)(wu)模式、統(tong)(tong)一業(ye)務(wu)(wu)(wu)流程(cheng)、統(tong)(tong)一標準化(hua)(hua)(hua)(hua)體(ti)系(xi)、統(tong)(tong)一自動化(hua)(hua)(hua)(hua)系(xi)統(tong)(tong)。陳進行(xing)說,要深(shen)(shen)化(hua)(hua)(hua)(hua)營(ying)銷(xiao)集約(yue)(yue)化(hua)(hua)(hua)(hua)管(guan)理及標準化(hua)(hua)(hua)(hua)建設(she),鞏(gong)固(gu)營(ying)銷(xiao)“一部(bu)三中(zhong)(zhong)(zhong)(zhong)心(xin)”建設(she)成果(guo),推進計量檢定業(ye)務(wu)(wu)(wu)和95598呼叫(jiao)業(ye)務(wu)(wu)(wu)向省級集中(zhong)(zhong)(zhong)(zhong),強化(hua)(hua)(hua)(hua)營(ying)銷(xiao)集中(zhong)(zhong)(zhong)(zhong)稽查(cha)監(jian)控,積極研(yan)究構建“大(da)營(ying)銷(xiao)”體(ti)系(xi),實(shi)現營(ying)銷(xiao)管(guan)理集約(yue)(yue)化(hua)(hua)(hua)(hua)、組織扁平化(hua)(hua)(hua)(hua)、服務(wu)(wu)(wu)便(bian)捷(jie)化(hua)(hua)(hua)(hua)、資(zi)源(yuan)最優化(hua)(hua)(hua)(hua)、信息共享(xiang)化(hua)(hua)(hua)(hua),進一步提高營(ying)銷(xiao)業(ye)務(wu)(wu)(wu)的(de)(de)管(guan)控力(li)、營(ying)銷(xiao)工作的(de)(de)執行(xing)力(li)、客(ke)戶(hu)服務(wu)(wu)(wu)的(de)(de)監(jian)督力(li),提升國(guo)家電網經營(ying)管(guan)理績(ji)效(xiao)和客(ke)戶(hu)服務(wu)(wu)(wu)水(shui)平。
2009年(nian),國家(jia)電(dian)網營銷工作(zuo)經受了(le)巨大(da)挑(tiao)戰和(he)嚴峻考(kao)驗,營銷戰線干部員(yuan)工積極應對,不斷開(kai)拓進取,全面(mian)完成(cheng)了(le)全年(nian)工作(zuo)任務,為(wei)公司發(fa)(fa)展(zhan)作(zuo)出了(le)積極貢獻。2010年(nian),國家(jia)電(dian)網營銷系(xi)(xi)統(tong)(tong)將以(yi)抓(zhua)好(hao)市場(chang)開(kai)拓和(he)電(dian)費回收為(wei)根(gen)本(ben),確保國家(jia)電(dian)網經營效益;以(yi)推進“大(da)營銷”體(ti)系(xi)(xi)建設和(he)用(yong)電(dian)信息采集系(xi)(xi)統(tong)(tong)建設為(wei)重(zhong)點,進一步深(shen)化營銷發(fa)(fa)展(zhan)方式轉變;以(yi)實(shi)施“塑文化、強隊伍、鑄品質”供電(dian)服(fu)務提升(sheng)工程為(wei)抓(zhua)手,持續(xu)提升(sheng)優質服(fu)務水(shui)平,積極進取,開(kai)拓創新,防范風險,確保完成(cheng)全年(nian)各(ge)項目(mu)標任務。
會議確定了(le)2010年(nian)(nian)營銷工(gong)作的(de)主要目(mu)標:全年(nian)(nian)售電(dian)(dian)(dian)量24800億(yi)千瓦時;市場占(zhan)有率達到(dao)(dao)90.5%;當年(nian)(nian)電(dian)(dian)(dian)費(fei)(fei)(fei)回收(shou)(shou)率99.9%以上(shang),陳欠電(dian)(dian)(dian)費(fei)(fei)(fei)下降30%以上(shang),應(ying)收(shou)(shou)電(dian)(dian)(dian)費(fei)(fei)(fei)余額(e)占(zhan)月均應(ying)收(shou)(shou)電(dian)(dian)(dian)費(fei)(fei)(fei)的(de)比(bi)重控制在4.5%以內(nei);供電(dian)(dian)(dian)服務承諾兌現率達到(dao)(dao)99.99%,不發生造成重大社會影響(xiang)的(de)供電(dian)(dian)(dian)服務事件;用電(dian)(dian)(dian)信(xin)息(xi)采(cai)集(ji)系(xi)統建設覆蓋(gai)率達到(dao)(dao)15%,推廣應(ying)用智能電(dian)(dian)(dian)能表3300萬只;建成75個電(dian)(dian)(dian)動(dong)汽車充電(dian)(dian)(dian)站和(he)6209個充電(dian)(dian)(dian)樁;試點建設省級(ji)計量中心、省級(ji)95598供電(dian)(dian)(dian)服務中心、三級(ji)營銷在線稽查監控體系(xi)。
據(ju)了解,2010年(nian),國家電網公司營(ying)銷(xiao)系(xi)統將重點(dian)做好(hao)以下八個(ge)方(fang)面的工作:突出(chu)市(shi)場導向,大(da)力開(kai)拓(tuo)售電市(shi)場;突出(chu)風(feng)險(xian)防(fang)范,切實(shi)抓好(hao)費價管理;夯實(shi)基礎管理,不斷優化發展環境(jing);突出(chu)服務(wu)宗旨(zhi),進(jin)一步提升優質服務(wu)水(shui)平(ping);突出(chu)專(zhuan)業管理,提高計量(liang)工作規范化、法制(zhi)化水(shui)平(ping);突出(chu)技術創新,推(tui)進(jin)智能用電服務(wu)體系(xi)建設;轉變(bian)發展方(fang)式,試(shi)點(dian)推(tui)進(jin)“大(da)營(ying)銷(xiao)”體系(xi)建設;突出(chu)前(qian)瞻性和可行性,制(zhi)定《“十二五”營(ying)銷(xiao)發展規劃》。
