日前,寶鋼股份銷售系統黨委圍繞“晉級創先”主題,發布了一批黨總支(黨支部)黨建管理成果。
去年以來,寶鋼股份銷售系統黨委緊緊圍繞中心工作,居危思進,各黨總支及下屬黨支部結合自身工作特點,在形勢任務教育、黨組織建設、隊伍建設、文化建設等方面,進行了積極的探索,扎實有效地開展思想政治工作,激發和調動員工的工作熱情,營造了良好的工作氛圍,并形成了一批各具特色的黨總支(黨支部)黨建管理成果。
薄(bo)板銷售(shou)(shou)部(bu)黨(dang)(dang)(dang)總(zong)支(zhi)(zhi)(zhi)(zhi)(zhi)探索(suo)兼職(zhi)支(zhi)(zhi)(zhi)(zhi)(zhi)部(bu)工(gong)(gong)作(zuo)(zuo)(zuo)模式,建立了(le)黨(dang)(dang)(dang)群工(gong)(gong)作(zuo)(zuo)(zuo)評價(jia)機制,并以(yi)市場(chang)為導(dao)向(xiang),通過總(zong)支(zhi)(zhi)(zhi)(zhi)(zhi)、支(zhi)(zhi)(zhi)(zhi)(zhi)部(bu)層(ceng)(ceng)層(ceng)(ceng)推(tui)進(jin)(jin)系列(lie)形(xing)勢(shi)任務(wu)教(jiao)育。產品發展(zhan)部(bu)黨(dang)(dang)(dang)總(zong)支(zhi)(zhi)(zhi)(zhi)(zhi)通過讀(du)書(shu)活動、員(yuan)工(gong)(gong)工(gong)(gong)作(zuo)(zuo)(zuo)成果發布(bu)制、凝(ning)聚力(li)工(gong)(gong)程(cheng)建設(she)等工(gong)(gong)作(zuo)(zuo)(zuo),既豐(feng)富了(le)員(yuan)工(gong)(gong)的(de)精(jing)神生活,也調動了(le)員(yuan)工(gong)(gong)工(gong)(gong)作(zuo)(zuo)(zuo)積極性(xing),提(ti)升了(le)員(yuan)工(gong)(gong)的(de)凝(ning)聚力(li),而且(qie)該黨(dang)(dang)(dang)總(zong)支(zhi)(zhi)(zhi)(zhi)(zhi)積極推(tui)行通過日常工(gong)(gong)作(zuo)(zuo)(zuo)制度化、可視化,使各(ge)黨(dang)(dang)(dang)支(zhi)(zhi)(zhi)(zhi)(zhi)部(bu)工(gong)(gong)作(zuo)(zuo)(zuo)目標明確、職(zhi)責清晰、便于檢查(cha)、納(na)入績效。厚板銷售(shou)(shou)部(bu)黨(dang)(dang)(dang)總(zong)支(zhi)(zhi)(zhi)(zhi)(zhi)通過“黨(dang)(dang)(dang)員(yuan)讀(du)書(shu)沙龍”活動,全力(li)打造“學習型黨(dang)(dang)(dang)總(zong)支(zhi)(zhi)(zhi)(zhi)(zhi)”,進(jin)(jin)一步提(ti)高(gao)黨(dang)(dang)(dang)員(yuan)的(de)工(gong)(gong)作(zuo)(zuo)(zuo)積極性(xing),同(tong)時組(zu)織(zhi)(zhi)(zhi)(zhi)普通員(yuan)工(gong)(gong)開展(zhan)讀(du)書(shu)活動,不斷(duan)提(ti)高(gao)員(yuan)工(gong)(gong)的(de)修養、豐(feng)富自我,形(xing)成了(le)學習上(shang)進(jin)(jin)、工(gong)(gong)作(zuo)(zuo)(zuo)勤奮、和(he)諧健康的(de)氛圍。營銷管理(li)部(bu)黨(dang)(dang)(dang)總(zong)支(zhi)(zhi)(zhi)(zhi)(zhi)圍繞公司經(jing)營總(zong)目標,組(zu)織(zhi)(zhi)(zhi)(zhi)各(ge)基(ji)層(ceng)(ceng)黨(dang)(dang)(dang)組(zu)織(zhi)(zhi)(zhi)(zhi)對標找差,深(shen)挖細(xi)究,聚焦業(ye)(ye)務(wu)重點和(he)難點,以(yi)各(ge)基(ji)層(ceng)(ceng)黨(dang)(dang)(dang)支(zhi)(zhi)(zhi)(zhi)(zhi)部(bu)為單位,通過企(qi)業(ye)(ye)共(gong)建、上(shang)下游共(gong)建及協(xie)同(tong)共(gong)建三種黨(dang)(dang)(dang)組(zu)織(zhi)(zhi)(zhi)(zhi)共(gong)建形(xing)式,成立了(le)六個共(gong)建團隊,發揮黨(dang)(dang)(dang)組(zu)織(zhi)(zhi)(zhi)(zhi)共(gong)建優勢(shi),加強(qiang)部(bu)門協(xie)同(tong),促(cu)進(jin)(jin)業(ye)(ye)務(wu)發展(zhan)。
