1月(yue)9日(ri),中共中央、國(guo)務(wu)院在人民大(da)會(hui)堂舉(ju)行2016年度國(guo)家科(ke)學技(ji)(ji)術(shu)(shu)獎勵大(da)會(hui)。國(guo)家電(dian)(dian)(dian)網公(gong)(gong)司(si)(si)組織(zhi)申報的“互(hu)聯電(dian)(dian)(dian)網動態(tai)過程安全(quan)防御關(guan)鍵(jian)(jian)(jian)技(ji)(ji)術(shu)(shu)及(ji)(ji)應(ying)(ying)用”獲(huo)國(guo)家科(ke)學技(ji)(ji)術(shu)(shu)進(jin)步一等獎,“±800千伏(fu)特高壓直流輸(shu)電(dian)(dian)(dian)換(huan)流閥關(guan)鍵(jian)(jian)(jian)技(ji)(ji)術(shu)(shu)及(ji)(ji)應(ying)(ying)用”獲(huo)國(guo)家技(ji)(ji)術(shu)(shu)發明二等獎,“電(dian)(dian)(dian)網大(da)面積(ji)污閃事故防治關(guan)鍵(jian)(jian)(jian)技(ji)(ji)術(shu)(shu)及(ji)(ji)工(gong)程應(ying)(ying)用”“新能源發電(dian)(dian)(dian)調度運行關(guan)鍵(jian)(jian)(jian)技(ji)(ji)術(shu)(shu)及(ji)(ji)應(ying)(ying)用”“配電(dian)(dian)(dian)網高可靠性供電(dian)(dian)(dian)關(guan)鍵(jian)(jian)(jian)技(ji)(ji)術(shu)(shu)及(ji)(ji)工(gong)程應(ying)(ying)用”“變壓器潛伏(fu)性缺陷的油中氣體檢(jian)測技(ji)(ji)術(shu)(shu)及(ji)(ji)應(ying)(ying)用”等7項成果獲(huo)國(guo)家科(ke)學技(ji)(ji)術(shu)(shu)進(jin)步二等獎。公(gong)(gong)司(si)(si)國(guo)家科(ke)學技(ji)(ji)術(shu)(shu)獎勵獲(huo)獎數量創歷史最高水平。
國(guo)家(jia)科學技(ji)術獎(jiang)動(dong)力電(dian)(dian)氣與(yu)民核(he)評審組一等獎(jiang)已連續兩年空(kong)缺,今年公司申(shen)報的(de)(de)“互(hu)(hu)聯(lian)電(dian)(dian)網(wang)(wang)動(dong)態(tai)(tai)過程安全(quan)防(fang)(fang)御(yu)關鍵(jian)技(ji)術及應用(yong)”項目脫(tuo)穎而出,獲得該獎(jiang)項一等獎(jiang)。該項目攻克了輸電(dian)(dian)斷面動(dong)態(tai)(tai)功率分析與(yu)控制(zhi)、受端電(dian)(dian)網(wang)(wang)電(dian)(dian)壓(ya)穩定評估與(yu)控制(zhi)、多時(shi)間尺度(du)全(quan)過程動(dong)態(tai)(tai)仿真(zhen)三大難題,形(xing)成了集3項關鍵(jian)技(ji)術、兩大防(fang)(fang)控系統(tong)、1套(tao)仿真(zhen)軟件為(wei)一體的(de)(de)互(hu)(hu)聯(lian)電(dian)(dian)網(wang)(wang)動(dong)態(tai)(tai)過程安全(quan)防(fang)(fang)御(yu)技(ji)術體系,總(zong)體達到(dao)國(guo)際領(ling)先水平。成果(guo)已在我國(guo)廣泛(fan)應用(yong),有力保(bao)障了互(hu)(hu)聯(lian)電(dian)(dian)網(wang)(wang)的(de)(de)安全(quan)運行(xing),還應用(yong)于(yu)巴西等國(guo)家(jia)的(de)(de)電(dian)(dian)網(wang)(wang)安全(quan)分析中,提升了我國(guo)在相關領(ling)域(yu)的(de)(de)國(guo)際影(ying)響力,經濟和社會效(xiao)益顯著。
“±800千(qian)伏特(te)高壓(ya)直(zhi)流(liu)(liu)輸電換流(liu)(liu)閥關鍵技(ji)術及應(ying)用(yong)”項目,在(zai)多(duo)物理場(chang)綜合調控、晶(jing)閘管串聯寬頻均(jun)衡(heng)、強(qiang)電磁環境觸發(fa)與(yu)保護、多(duo)應(ying)力等效試(shi)驗等方面取(qu)得了系(xi)列創新,研制出(chu)我國首個自主知識產權(quan)的特(te)高壓(ya)換流(liu)(liu)閥,并在(zai)錦屏至蘇南(nan)等6條(tiao)特(te)高壓(ya)直(zhi)流(liu)(liu)工程中實現規模化應(ying)用(yong),綜合技(ji)術指(zhi)標國際領先。
“電(dian)(dian)網(wang)大面積污(wu)(wu)(wu)(wu)閃(shan)事(shi)故(gu)防(fang)(fang)治關鍵技(ji)(ji)術(shu)及工程應(ying)(ying)用”項目(mu),構(gou)建了從動(dong)態廣域污(wu)(wu)(wu)(wu)區(qu)圖、外絕緣(yuan)配置方(fang)案、新(xin)一代復合絕緣(yuan)子到(dao)電(dian)(dian)瓷防(fang)(fang)污(wu)(wu)(wu)(wu)閃(shan)新(xin)技(ji)(ji)術(shu)的完(wan)整技(ji)(ji)術(shu)體系。成(cheng)果在國(guo)家電(dian)(dian)網(wang)公(gong)司(si)得到(dao)全面應(ying)(ying)用,實(shi)現了防(fang)(fang)污(wu)(wu)(wu)(wu)閃(shan)技(ji)(ji)術(shu)路線的更新(xin)和有機外絕緣(yuan)的升級(ji)換代;在大氣污(wu)(wu)(wu)(wu)染嚴重且近年霧(wu)霾多發的情況下,成(cheng)功遏制了大面積污(wu)(wu)(wu)(wu)閃(shan)事(shi)故(gu)。
“新(xin)能(neng)(neng)(neng)源(yuan)(yuan)發電(dian)(dian)(dian)調(diao)(diao)度運行(xing)關鍵技術及(ji)應用”項目,首創了(le)新(xin)能(neng)(neng)(neng)源(yuan)(yuan)功(gong)率波(bo)動(dong)特性聚類與(yu)辨(bian)識(shi)、多(duo)模型(xing)交互校(xiao)驗與(yu)融合的波(bo)動(dong)過(guo)程預測方(fang)(fang)法,提出(chu)了(le)考慮風險約束(shu)的新(xin)能(neng)(neng)(neng)源(yuan)(yuan)隨(sui)機(ji)優化調(diao)(diao)度方(fang)(fang)法、長短周期協(xie)調(diao)(diao)的三層有功(gong)功(gong)率控制(zhi)方(fang)(fang)法,發明了(le)基于主動(dong)保(bao)護/快(kuai)速鎖相(xiang)的風電(dian)(dian)(dian)/光伏(fu)低(di)電(dian)(dian)(dian)壓穿越技術,提出(chu)了(le)兩(liang)級無功(gong)電(dian)(dian)(dian)壓協(xie)調(diao)(diao)控制(zhi)方(fang)(fang)法、適應新(xin)能(neng)(neng)(neng)源(yuan)(yuan)功(gong)率波(bo)動(dong)與(yu)故(gu)障穿越的安全穩(wen)定(ding)控制(zhi)方(fang)(fang)法。
“配電(dian)(dian)網高(gao)可(ke)靠性(xing)供(gong)電(dian)(dian)關鍵技(ji)術(shu)及工(gong)程應(ying)(ying)用”項目,針(zhen)對圍繞配電(dian)(dian)網高(gao)可(ke)靠供(gong)電(dian)(dian)難題,創建了(le)多電(dian)(dian)壓級協調優(you)化供(gong)電(dian)(dian)理論(lun),提出(chu)了(le)配電(dian)(dian)網復雜故障辨識方(fang)(fang)法(fa)與故障修復資源效能(neng)動態評估方(fang)(fang)法(fa),突破了(le)配電(dian)(dian)網與用戶側(ce)分布式(shi)電(dian)(dian)源/負荷(he)協調控制優(you)化技(ji)術(shu),開發了(le)相應(ying)(ying)的硬件裝置與軟(ruan)件系統。
“變(bian)壓器潛伏性缺(que)陷的油中氣體(ti)檢測技術及應用(yong)”項(xiang)目(mu),屬(shu)于國家科學技術進(jin)步(bu)獎工(gong)人、農(nong)民技術創新類(lei)項(xiang)目(mu),由江蘇省(sheng)電力試(shi)驗研(yan)究院有限公(gong)(gong)司(si)的一線技師完成,是公(gong)(gong)司(si)繼2011、2014年(nian)度獲(huo)獎后,再(zai)次獲(huo)得該組獎勵,顯示出公(gong)(gong)司(si)堅持推動群眾性創新的重要作(zuo)用(yong)。
此外,華北電網(wang)有限公(gong)司、華北電力(li)科學研(yan)究院有限責任(ren)公(gong)司參(can)與(yu)(yu)的(de)(de)“大(da)型汽輪發(fa)電機組(zu)次同步諧振(zhen)/振(zhen)蕩的(de)(de)控(kong)制與(yu)(yu)保護技(ji)術、裝備及應(ying)用”項目,國網(wang)新疆(jiang)電力(li)公(gong)司參(can)與(yu)(yu)的(de)(de)“風電機組(zu)關(guan)鍵控(kong)制技(ji)術自主創新與(yu)(yu)產業化”項目,國網(wang)甘肅省(sheng)電力(li)公(gong)司參(can)與(yu)(yu)的(de)(de)“大(da)型風電水電機組(zu)低頻故障診(zhen)斷(duan)關(guan)鍵技(ji)術及應(ying)用”項目獲國家科學技(ji)術進(jin)步二等獎。
截至目前,公司已累計獲得國家科學技術(shu)獎(jiang)60項(xiang),其中(zhong)特等(deng)獎(jiang)1項(xiang)、一等(deng)獎(jiang)7項(xiang)、二等(deng)獎(jiang)52項(xiang)。
