12月28日(ri)下(xia)午,由中(zhong)(zhong)國鐵(tie)建(jian)所屬中(zhong)(zhong)鐵(tie)十(shi)一、十(shi)二、十(shi)四(si)、二十(shi)局(ju)集團等單(dan)位參建(jian)的(de)(de)橫貫粵西中(zhong)(zhong)部(bu)地(di)區的(de)(de)廣(guang)東省江(門(men))羅(定(ding))高速公路正式全(quan)線通車。它的(de)(de)建(jian)成,將(jiang)為兩(liang)廣(guang)之間增添(tian)一條經濟大(da)動脈(mo)。
其中(zhong),中(zhong)鐵十(shi)四局集(ji)團(tuan)管(guan)段(duan)內,地(di)下(xia)巖溶(rong)(rong)發(fa)(fa)育,數(shu)量多(duo)、分(fen)布廣,呈串珠狀發(fa)(fa)育,最大(da)的溶(rong)(rong)洞(dong)深(shen)度為25米,給橋梁施(shi)(shi)(shi)工(gong)(gong)(gong)(gong)(gong)(gong)帶來(lai)了極(ji)大(da)困難(nan)(nan)。459根樁(zhuang)基中(zhong),半數(shu)以上為巖溶(rong)(rong)樁(zhuang)基,部分(fen)樁(zhuang)基需要進行預(yu)(yu)注漿施(shi)(shi)(shi)工(gong)(gong)(gong)(gong)(gong)(gong)提前對溶(rong)(rong)洞(dong)進行填充,施(shi)(shi)(shi)工(gong)(gong)(gong)(gong)(gong)(gong)過(guo)程費時費力。現(xian)場(chang)作業人員形(xing)象地(di)稱之為往(wang)“無底洞(dong)”里(li)灌“水(shui)”。為破解施(shi)(shi)(shi)工(gong)(gong)(gong)(gong)(gong)(gong)難(nan)(nan)題,項目部多(duo)次邀請專家(jia)現(xian)場(chang)指導(dao)會商,共(gong)同(tong)研究巖溶(rong)(rong)樁(zhuang)基處理方案,針對不同(tong)巖溶(rong)(rong)特點,掌(zhang)握(wo)運用了回(hui)填法(fa)、預(yu)(yu)注漿法(fa)、鋼護筒法(fa)等專項施(shi)(shi)(shi)工(gong)(gong)(gong)(gong)(gong)(gong)工(gong)(gong)(gong)(gong)(gong)(gong)法(fa),極(ji)大(da)提高了現(xian)場(chang)施(shi)(shi)(shi)工(gong)(gong)(gong)(gong)(gong)(gong)質量和效率。
江(jiang)羅高速公路(lu)是廣(guang)東省高速公路(lu)網(wang)規劃(hua)中“四(si)橫”線(xian)的組(zu)成部分(fen),線(xian)路(lu)全長147.4公里,是目前(qian)珠三角南區的中山、江(jiang)門(men)等城(cheng)市通往廣(guang)西(xi)的最(zui)短(duan)線(xian)路(lu)。通車后,粵西(xi)地區被(bei)納入廣(guang)州“3小時經濟生活圈”,將大大促(cu)進珠三角向粵西(xi)地區的經濟輻(fu)射和產業轉(zhuan)移,促(cu)進區域間分(fen)工與(yu)協作。
