10月(yue)28日(ri),馬(ma)來(lai)西亞交(jiao)通部(bu)部(bu)長廖中萊在交(jiao)通部(bu)親自向馬(ma)來(lai)西亞南部(bu)鐵(tie)路(lu)項(xiang)(xiang)目中國鐵(tie)建-中國中鐵(tie)-中國交(jiao)建聯(lian)合(he)(he)(he)體正式頒(ban)發《馬(ma)來(lai)西亞南部(bu)鐵(tie)路(lu)項(xiang)(xiang)目授標函》,項(xiang)(xiang)目合(he)(he)(he)同額89億馬(ma)幣(bi),約合(he)(he)(he)144.69億元(yuan)人(ren)民幣(bi),標志著聯(lian)合(he)(he)(he)體正式中標該項(xiang)(xiang)目。
據悉,馬(ma)來(lai)西亞南部鐵(tie)路(lu)項目位(wei)于(yu)馬(ma)來(lai)西亞金馬(ma)士與新山之間,為(wei)雙線電氣化升級改造米軌鐵(tie)路(lu),正線全長(chang)191.14公里,設(she)計客運(yun)速度(du)160km/h,貨運(yun)速度(du)90km/h;項目工(gong)期(qi)為(wei)48個月(yue)。該(gai)項目由(you)中(zhong)國(guo)(guo)(guo)鐵(tie)建(jian)牽頭,中(zhong)國(guo)(guo)(guo)中(zhong)鐵(tie)和中(zhong)國(guo)(guo)(guo)交建(jian)三(san)家中(zhong)資企業組成聯合體共(gong)同實施(shi),中(zhong)國(guo)(guo)(guo)鐵(tie)建(jian)在(zai)建(jian)設(she)部分所占比(bi)例為(wei)40%,共(gong)計35.60馬(ma)幣(bi),約折合57.87億元人(ren)民幣(bi),其(qi)他兩個單位(wei)占比(bi)各30%。
馬來西亞(ya)南部鐵路項(xiang)目(mu)是中(zhong)(zhong)(zhong)(zhong)(zhong)(zhong)資企業在(zai)馬來西亞(ya)中(zhong)(zhong)(zhong)(zhong)(zhong)(zhong)標的(de)第一(yi)(yi)個(ge)大型鐵路項(xiang)目(mu),也是第一(yi)(yi)次(ci)以聯合體方(fang)式中(zhong)(zhong)(zhong)(zhong)(zhong)(zhong)標的(de)境外(wai)重大項(xiang)目(mu),由(you)中(zhong)(zhong)(zhong)(zhong)(zhong)(zhong)國(guo)(guo)(guo)鐵建牽頭(tou)中(zhong)(zhong)(zhong)(zhong)(zhong)(zhong)國(guo)(guo)(guo)中(zhong)(zhong)(zhong)(zhong)(zhong)(zhong)鐵、中(zhong)(zhong)(zhong)(zhong)(zhong)(zhong)國(guo)(guo)(guo)交建參與,三(san)家(jia)中(zhong)(zhong)(zhong)(zhong)(zhong)(zhong)國(guo)(guo)(guo)基(ji)建行業“排(pai)頭(tou)兵(bing)”按照國(guo)(guo)(guo)家(jia)“一(yi)(yi)帶一(yi)(yi)路”戰略統(tong)一(yi)(yi)部署在(zai)馬來西亞(ya)高(gao)端運作、資源整合的(de)第一(yi)(yi)個(ge)大型基(ji)礎設施(shi)項(xiang)目(mu),該項(xiang)目(mu)的(de)成功簽約,在(zai)進一(yi)(yi)步(bu)加大中(zhong)(zhong)(zhong)(zhong)(zhong)(zhong)馬兩國(guo)(guo)(guo)經濟交流的(de)同(tong)時,對構建中(zhong)(zhong)(zhong)(zhong)(zhong)(zhong)國(guo)(guo)(guo)企業在(zai)海(hai)外(wai)市場“抱團(tuan)取暖”的(de)“走出(chu)去(qu)”戰略新格局,具有(you)重要意義。
