近日(ri),國家電(dian)網(wang)公司(si)2016年年中工(gong)作(zuo)會議(yi)透露(lu),公司(si)將全面構建“互聯網(wang)+”營銷服(fu)務(wu)渠道,統一建設開(kai)放、互動的線上(shang)智能(neng)服(fu)務(wu)平(ping)臺,深化大數據應用(yong)和移動作(zuo)業應用(yong),分(fen)試點驗證、應用(yong)建設和體(ti)系(xi)完善三個階段(duan)全面建成“互聯網(wang)+”營銷服(fu)務(wu)應用(yong)工(gong)作(zuo)體(ti)系(xi)。
近年來,在公(gong)(gong)司(si)黨組(zu)的(de)堅強領導下,公(gong)(gong)司(si)積極(ji)開展(zhan)(zhan)“互聯網(wang)+”營銷(xiao)服務(wu)應用工(gong)作(zuo),并取(qu)得階段(duan)性成果(guo),有關項目成功入(ru)選國家發改委評選的(de)中國“互聯網(wang)+”行動百佳實踐(jian)案例(li)。公(gong)(gong)司(si)拓展(zhan)(zhan)電(dian)(dian)(dian)子渠道,建成“掌上電(dian)(dian)(dian)力”手機APP、95598網(wang)站、“電(dian)(dian)(dian)e寶”、車聯網(wang)等線上服務(wu)渠道,注冊客戶(hu)數累計達5148.71萬(wan)(wan)(wan)戶(hu),已覆蓋除(chu)國網(wang)西藏電(dian)(dian)(dian)力有限(xian)公(gong)(gong)司(si)外的(de)26個(ge)省(市)公(gong)(gong)司(si);推廣現場(chang)移(yi)(yi)動作(zuo)業(ye),建設(she)營銷(xiao)服務(wu)移(yi)(yi)動業(ye)務(wu)應用平(ping)臺(tai),配置移(yi)(yi)動作(zuo)業(ye)終(zhong)端5.7萬(wan)(wan)(wan)臺(tai),現場(chang)服務(wu)效(xiao)(xiao)率和客戶(hu)感知度(du)大(da)幅提升;開展(zhan)(zhan)營銷(xiao)大(da)數據分析(xi),有效(xiao)(xiao)支撐公(gong)(gong)司(si)提質增(zeng)(zeng)(zeng)效(xiao)(xiao)和服務(wu)提升;開展(zhan)(zhan)業(ye)擴(kuo)全(quan)流程管控,試(shi)點(dian)建設(she)業(ye)擴(kuo)全(quan)流程信息(xi)公(gong)(gong)開與實時管控平(ping)臺(tai),促進業(ye)擴(kuo)提質增(zeng)(zeng)(zeng)效(xiao)(xiao);支撐新(xin)型業(ye)務(wu)開展(zhan)(zhan),累計接入(ru)“多表合一”采集用戶(hu)41.95萬(wan)(wan)(wan)戶(hu),2.6萬(wan)(wan)(wan)個(ge)充電(dian)(dian)(dian)樁接入(ru)車聯網(wang),積極(ji)培育(yu)公(gong)(gong)司(si)新(xin)的(de)效(xiao)(xiao)益增(zeng)(zeng)(zeng)長點(dian)。
當前,電力改(gai)革(ge)加快(kuai)推進,互聯(lian)網(wang)(wang)技術飛速(su)發展(zhan),售(shou)電側改(gai)革(ge)對營銷服務提出新的要(yao)求。公(gong)司黨組高度(du)重視“互聯(lian)網(wang)(wang)+”營銷服務應用工(gong)作(zuo),進行專題研(yan)究,提出具體要(yao)求。下一步,公(gong)司將大力拓(tuo)展(zhan)“互聯(lian)網(wang)(wang)+”營銷服務應用工(gong)作(zuo)的廣度(du)和深度(du),全面提升公(gong)司服務水(shui)平和服務效率。
