2015年,云南省完(wan)成發電(dian)(dian)(dian)(dian)量1941億千瓦(wa)時,其(qi)中(zhong)水電(dian)(dian)(dian)(dian)、風電(dian)(dian)(dian)(dian)、太陽(yang)能發電(dian)(dian)(dian)(dian)等可再生能源發電(dian)(dian)(dian)(dian)量1748億千瓦(wa)時,發電(dian)(dian)(dian)(dian)占(zhan)比(bi)(bi)首次(ci)突破90%,同比(bi)(bi)增長7個百分點,創(chuang)歷史新(xin)高。
近年來,南方電(dian)(dian)(dian)(dian)(dian)(dian)網(wang)公(gong)司持續(xu)加大(da)(da)節能(neng)(neng)(neng)發(fa)電(dian)(dian)(dian)(dian)(dian)(dian)調(diao)度力(li)度,最(zui)大(da)(da)限度消(xiao)納清潔可再生(sheng)(sheng)能(neng)(neng)(neng)源。采取(qu)的(de)主要措(cuo)施有:一是(shi)在保障電(dian)(dian)(dian)(dian)(dian)(dian)網(wang)安(an)全(quan)的(de)前提(ti)下優先吸納清潔可再生(sheng)(sheng)能(neng)(neng)(neng)源,促進單(dan)位發(fa)電(dian)(dian)(dian)(dian)(dian)(dian)礦物燃料消(xiao)耗僅(jin)29.38千克/千瓦時,同比下降41%,關鍵(jian)性(xing)節能(neng)(neng)(neng)減排(pai)指標居全(quan)國前列。二是(shi)積(ji)(ji)極開展清潔能(neng)(neng)(neng)源電(dian)(dian)(dian)(dian)(dian)(dian)力(li)市場(chang)(chang)化交(jiao)易,通過水火(huo)電(dian)(dian)(dian)(dian)(dian)(dian)發(fa)電(dian)(dian)(dian)(dian)(dian)(dian)權的(de)置(zhi)換(huan)(huan),由水電(dian)(dian)(dian)(dian)(dian)(dian)廠代發(fa)置(zhi)換(huan)(huan)增加的(de)736小時火(huo)電(dian)(dian)(dian)(dian)(dian)(dian)發(fa)電(dian)(dian)(dian)(dian)(dian)(dian)權,有效(xiao)減少了(le)燃煤(mei)(mei)消(xiao)耗和(he)污染物排(pai)放。三是(shi)做好(hao)火(huo)電(dian)(dian)(dian)(dian)(dian)(dian)節能(neng)(neng)(neng)降耗,統調(diao)11個火(huo)電(dian)(dian)(dian)(dian)(dian)(dian)廠32臺機(ji)組均實現脫硫(liu)在線監(jian)測,脫硫(liu)設(she)施投運(yun)率(lv)和(he)脫硫(liu)效(xiao)率(lv)分別達99.91%、96.96%,火(huo)電(dian)(dian)(dian)(dian)(dian)(dian)平均發(fa)電(dian)(dian)(dian)(dian)(dian)(dian)煤(mei)(mei)耗持續(xu)下降。四是(shi)做好(hao)新能(neng)(neng)(neng)源運(yun)行管(guan)理,積(ji)(ji)極開展新能(neng)(neng)(neng)源調(diao)度管(guan)理、風電(dian)(dian)(dian)(dian)(dian)(dian)功(gong)率(lv)預測實用化、并網(wang)風電(dian)(dian)(dian)(dian)(dian)(dian)場(chang)(chang)低電(dian)(dian)(dian)(dian)(dian)(dian)壓穿越功(gong)能(neng)(neng)(neng)研究,建成風電(dian)(dian)(dian)(dian)(dian)(dian)調(diao)度管(guan)理示范基地,不(bu)斷提(ti)升(sheng)新能(neng)(neng)(neng)源利用率(lv)。五是(shi)負責開展國家(jia)863課題“多特性(xing)小水電(dian)(dian)(dian)(dian)(dian)(dian)群大(da)(da)規模(mo)接入消(xiao)納關鍵(jian)技(ji)(ji)術研究與應用”,并通過國家(jia)科技(ji)(ji)部驗收,研發(fa)了(le)多項關鍵(jian)技(ji)(ji)術,提(ti)高了(le)大(da)(da)規模(mo)小水電(dian)(dian)(dian)(dian)(dian)(dian)送出能(neng)(neng)(neng)力(li)、消(xiao)納水平及電(dian)(dian)(dian)(dian)(dian)(dian)網(wang)安(an)全(quan)穩定運(yun)行水平。
