1月31日上午10點(dian),中國鐵建(jian)大(da)橋(qiao)(qiao)(qiao)局(ju)集團(tuan)承建(jian)的世界(jie)最大(da)跨(kua)(kua)度(du)雙塔(ta)雙索面(mian)自錨式懸索橋(qiao)(qiao)(qiao)——重慶市鵝公巖跨(kua)(kua)長江輕軌專(zhuan)用(yong)橋(qiao)(qiao)(qiao)主塔(ta)封頂。主塔(ta)封頂標志著該橋(qiao)(qiao)(qiao)完成(cheng)了一(yi)個重大(da)節點(dian),下一(yi)步(bu)將進入體(ti)系轉換、懸索及(ji)橋(qiao)(qiao)(qiao)面(mian)施工(gong)工(gong)序。
鵝公巖長江輕軌(gui)專用大橋(qiao)是重慶(qing)市軌(gui)道交通環線二(er)期(上浩至重慶(qing)西段)重點(dian)建設工(gong)程(cheng),大橋(qiao)全(quan)長1650.5米,引橋(qiao)長530.5米,主(zhu)橋(qiao)長1120米,跨(kua)徑布置為(50+210+600+210+50)米的(de)五跨(kua)連續鋼箱梁(liang)自(zi)(zi)錨式懸(xuan)索橋(qiao),主(zhu)跨(kua)為雙塔雙索面自(zi)(zi)錨式懸(xuan)索結構,目前在世(shi)界(jie)同類橋(qiao)梁(liang)中跨(kua)徑最大。
該(gai)橋(qiao)基礎采用大(da)體(ti)積承臺和鉆孔灌注樁,施(shi)工(gong)(gong)(gong)(gong)重(zhong)點(dian)和難點(dian)為主(zhu)塔基礎開(kai)挖施(shi)工(gong)(gong)(gong)(gong)、主(zhu)塔施(shi)工(gong)(gong)(gong)(gong)、斜(xie)拉橋(qiao)的鋼(gang)箱梁(liang)安裝(zhuang)施(shi)工(gong)(gong)(gong)(gong)、懸索橋(qiao)的主(zhu)纜安裝(zhuang)、體(ti)系(xi)(xi)轉(zhuan)(zhuan)換及全橋(qiao)施(shi)工(gong)(gong)(gong)(gong)監控。其中,該(gai)橋(qiao)采用的先斜(xie)拉成橋(qiao),然后再進行(xing)懸索橋(qiao)體(ti)系(xi)(xi)轉(zhuan)(zhuan)換,這種在(zai)(zai)柔(rou)性體(ti)系(xi)(xi)上進行(xing)體(ti)系(xi)(xi)轉(zhuan)(zhuan)換的施(shi)工(gong)(gong)(gong)(gong)工(gong)(gong)(gong)(gong)藝在(zai)(zai)國內外尚屬首(shou)例。
為解決技(ji)術(shu)難題(ti)(ti),項(xiang)目(mu)部開展了4大課(ke)題(ti)(ti)17項(xiang)技(ji)術(shu)研(yan)(yan)究(jiu),目(mu)前已完成“主(zhu)墩深水基礎施工技(ji)術(shu)研(yan)(yan)究(jiu)”和“主(zhu)塔快速(su)施工及安(an)全防護技(ji)術(shu)研(yan)(yan)究(jiu)”兩大課(ke)題(ti)(ti)10項(xiang)技(ji)術(shu)研(yan)(yan)究(jiu)。
該(gai)橋施工進(jin)度及技術突破,均創造了國內及國外(wai)同(tong)類型橋梁施工的(de)(de)最快速度,同(tong)時為(wei)同(tong)類型橋梁提供了寶貴的(de)(de)施工經驗。
