1月19日,中(zhong)國石化(hua)科(ke)技(ji)部組(zu)織的(de)鑒定委(wei)員會對石油工程技(ji)術(shu)(shu)研(yan)究院承(cheng)擔的(de)“高(gao)分子中(zhong)空(kong)微(wei)珠低密度鉆(zhan)井液技(ji)術(shu)(shu)”項(xiang)目進行(xing)技(ji)術(shu)(shu)成(cheng)果(guo)鑒定,認為項(xiang)目研(yan)究的(de)SMHPS-2型(xing)高(gao)分子中(zhong)空(kong)微(wei)珠,在降低流體密度、耐沖擊和耐研(yan)磨等方面具有獨特(te)優勢,實現了(le)高(gao)分子中(zhong)空(kong)微(wei)珠中(zhong)試生產(chan)技(ji)術(shu)(shu)及低密度鉆(zhan)井液技(ji)術(shu)(shu)的(de)重大突破,研(yan)究成(cheng)果(guo)整體達(da)到國際先進水平。
為滿足低(di)壓低(di)滲油氣(qi)藏開(kai)發、儲(chu)層(ceng)保護及欠平(ping)衡鉆(zhan)(zhan)(zhan)(zhan)(zhan)井(jing)等技(ji)術需求,工(gong)(gong)程院近幾(ji)年(nian)開(kai)展了(le)該項(xiang)目研究(jiu)。項(xiang)目系統研究(jiu)了(le)高分子(zi)(zi)中(zhong)(zhong)空(kong)(kong)(kong)微(wei)珠(zhu)(zhu)表面理化性(xing)質及鉆(zhan)(zhan)(zhan)(zhan)(zhan)井(jing)液(ye)(ye)配(pei)套處理劑對(dui)吸附、團聚的影響規律,顯著增(zeng)強中(zhong)(zhong)空(kong)(kong)(kong)微(wei)珠(zhu)(zhu)在鉆(zhan)(zhan)(zhan)(zhan)(zhan)井(jing)液(ye)(ye)中(zhong)(zhong)的分散穩定性(xing),有(you)效解決了(le)吸附、團聚問題;研發高分子(zi)(zi)中(zhong)(zhong)空(kong)(kong)(kong)微(wei)珠(zhu)(zhu)反(fan)應(ying)成型和表面改性(xing)同步完成的技(ji)術工(gong)(gong)藝(yi),并掌握了(le)高分子(zi)(zi)中(zhong)(zhong)空(kong)(kong)(kong)微(wei)珠(zhu)(zhu)對(dui)鉆(zhan)(zhan)(zhan)(zhan)(zhan)井(jing)液(ye)(ye)性(xing)能的影響規律;形(xing)成高分子(zi)(zi)中(zhong)(zhong)空(kong)(kong)(kong)微(wei)珠(zhu)(zhu)低(di)密度鉆(zhan)(zhan)(zhan)(zhan)(zhan)井(jing)液(ye)(ye)體系及其(qi)現場應(ying)用工(gong)(gong)藝(yi)技(ji)術。
