國產首臺大直徑硬巖掘進機助力吉林最大引水工程

1月(yue)10日,吉林省最(zui)(zui)大(da)規模的(de)(de)引(yin)水工程——“引(yin)松入長”首段引(yin)水隧洞貫(guan)通,它(ta)采用的(de)(de)是中國(guo)鐵建重工集團依(yi)托(tuo)國(guo)家“863計(ji)劃“自主研制的(de)(de)我國(guo)首臺硬巖掘進(jin)機(ji)(TBM),該設(she)備最(zui)(zui)高月(yue)掘進(jin)達1209.8米,創國(guo)內TBM掘進(jin)歷(li)史之最(zui)(zui)。

吉(ji)林(lin)省中部城(cheng)市引松(song)供(gong)水(shui)(shui)(shui)(shui)(shui)工(gong)(gong)程(cheng)是(shi)松(song)花江(jiang)豐滿(man)水(shui)(shui)(shui)(shui)(shui)庫庫區引水(shui)(shui)(shui)(shui)(shui)至吉(ji)林(lin)省中部地區的(de)(de)大(da)型調水(shui)(shui)(shui)(shui)(shui)工(gong)(gong)程(cheng),是(shi)吉(ji)林(lin)省有史以來調水(shui)(shui)(shui)(shui)(shui)規(gui)模最大(da)、輸水(shui)(shui)(shui)(shui)(shui)線(xian)路最長、受水(shui)(shui)(shui)(shui)(shui)區域最廣的(de)(de)水(shui)(shui)(shui)(shui)(shui)利(li)工(gong)(gong)程(cheng),輸水(shui)(shui)(shui)(shui)(shui)線(xian)路總長634.96公里,首段(duan)21.22公里的(de)(de)引水(shui)(shui)(shui)(shui)(shui)隧(sui)洞采用硬巖(yan)掘進(jin)機(ji)(TBM)施(shi)工(gong)(gong),安(an)全穿越巖(yan)層(ceng)多變的(de)(de)特殊不良地質(zhi)帶,成功掘進(jin)6865米(mi)(mi),并創造了TBM的(de)(de)月(yue)平均進(jin)尺(chi)756.3米(mi)(mi),最高日進(jin)尺(chi)86.5米(mi)(mi),5、6月(yue)份連(lian)續920米(mi)(mi)以上(shang)進(jin)尺(chi)的(de)(de)國內TBM施(shi)工(gong)(gong)新紀錄,創國內同(tong)類隧(sui)道建設之最。由于技術(shu)保(bao)障,施(shi)工(gong)(gong)順利(li),任務比計劃工(gong)(gong)期提前110天(tian)完成。

吉(ji)(ji)林(lin)引(yin)松第(di)二標段位于吉(ji)(ji)林(lin)市豐滿(man)水庫至溫德(de)河左岸之間(jian),主要巖(yan)層(ceng)為(wei)(wei)(wei)凝灰巖(yan)和花崗(gang)巖(yan),其中花崗(gang)巖(yan)占50%以上,花崗(gang)巖(yan)巖(yan)層(ceng)飽(bao)和抗壓強度普遍在200千牛(niu)以上,巖(yan)層(ceng)極不穩定(ding),支護難(nan)度高(gao)(gao)(gao),支護工(gong)(gong)作量(liang)大。針對(dui)(dui)這一地(di)質特(te)點(dian),鐵建重工(gong)(gong)的(de)(de)TBM研(yan)發(fa)團隊經過多(duo)方(fang)研(yan)究考證,結合試驗工(gong)(gong)程地(di)質條件開展關鍵技術(shu)(shu)(shu)(shu)研(yan)究和科(ke)技攻(gong)關,突破(po)了(le)大直徑(jing)TBM多(duo)系統協(xie)調技術(shu)(shu)(shu)(shu)、大功率、變載(zai)荷(he)、高(gao)(gao)(gao)精(jing)度電液控制系統設計(ji)與集成技術(shu)(shu)(shu)(shu)、關鍵部(bu)件狀態(tai)監(jian)測與診斷技術(shu)(shu)(shu)(shu)以及振動(dong)分析及減(jian)振技術(shu)(shu)(shu)(shu)等(deng)核心技術(shu)(shu)(shu)(shu),針對(dui)(dui)吉(ji)(ji)林(lin)中部(bu)城(cheng)市引(yin)松供水工(gong)(gong)程輸水總(zong)干線隧洞“長距(ju)離、大埋(mai)深、高(gao)(gao)(gao)應(ying)力、高(gao)(gao)(gao)水壓、高(gao)(gao)(gao)地(di)溫、大涌水、易巖(yan)爆”等(deng)地(di)質特(te)點(dian)和技術(shu)(shu)(shu)(shu)難(nan)點(dian),量(liang)身定(ding)做了(le)針對(dui)(dui)性和適應(ying)性強的(de)(de)大直徑(jing)TBM,把高(gao)(gao)(gao)強度、高(gao)(gao)(gao)風險、高(gao)(gao)(gao)污染的(de)(de)隧道(dao)掘進工(gong)(gong)程作業轉變成為(wei)(wei)(wei)相對(dui)(dui)安全、高(gao)(gao)(gao)效的(de)(de)綠(lv)色施工(gong)(gong)模式,滿(man)足隧道(dao)建設快速、優質、高(gao)(gao)(gao)效、安全、環保、集成化(hua)程度高(gao)(gao)(gao)的(de)(de)要求,為(wei)(wei)(wei)吉(ji)(ji)林(lin)飲水隧道(dao)施工(gong)(gong)現代化(hua)創造(zao)了(le)條件。

據悉,這臺貫(guan)通吉林飲水工程(cheng)的硬巖掘進(jin)機(ji)TBM開(kai)挖直(zhi)徑7.93米,總(zong)(zong)長(chang)205米,總(zong)(zong)重1500噸,裝機(ji)功率超過(guo)5000千(qian)瓦,集(ji)隧(sui)道開(kai)挖、支(zhi)護、出碴、通風、排水等功能于一體,能安全環(huan)保高效一次完成隧(sui)道施工,被(bei)國(guo)(guo)家列入“十二五”國(guo)(guo)家863計(ji)劃和973計(ji)劃進(jin)行(xing)研(yan)究(jiu)。

“十二五”以來,我(wo)國(guo)鐵(tie)路交通、公路交通、水利水電、城(cheng)(cheng)市(shi)(shi)軌道(dao)(dao)交通、礦(kuang)井(jing)建(jian)設、大(da)規模(mo)的輸(shu)氣、輸(shu)電、輸(shu)水工(gong)(gong)程(cheng)等基礎設施(shi)(shi)建(jian)設已經全(quan)面鋪開(kai),大(da)直(zhi)徑、大(da)埋(mai)深、長(chang)距離全(quan)斷面隧道(dao)(dao)工(gong)(gong)程(cheng)越來越多地采用TBM施(shi)(shi)工(gong)(gong),國(guo)內對(dui)TBM的市(shi)(shi)場需求巨大(da)。引(yin)松(song)入長(chang)工(gong)(gong)程(cheng)首(shou)段的安全(quan)貫通,不但為吉(ji)林省中部城(cheng)(cheng)市(shi)(shi)引(yin)松(song)供(gong)(gong)水工(gong)(gong)程(cheng)的按期(qi)建(jian)成通水奠定了基礎,也為我(wo)國(guo)重大(da)裝備(bei)(bei)技(ji)術的研發提供(gong)(gong)了科學(xue)數(shu)據和(he)寶(bao)貴(gui)經驗,標志著我(wo)國(guo)現代化(hua)隧道(dao)(dao)施(shi)(shi)工(gong)(gong)裝備(bei)(bei)和(he)施(shi)(shi)工(gong)(gong)技(ji)術已經達到世界領先水平, 這對(dui)于我(wo)國(guo)高端(duan)裝備(bei)(bei)制造在施(shi)(shi)工(gong)(gong)領域的創新發展(zhan)具有(you)里程(cheng)碑(bei)的意義。
