12月26日,由中國電(dian)建(jian)集團(tuan)所屬水(shui)電(dian)九局承建(jian)的(de)世(shi)界(jie)第一大跨混凝土拱式渡槽——黔中水(shui)利樞紐總干渠龍場渡槽主(zhu)體工(gong)程圓(yuan)滿完工(gong)。
黔中(zhong)水(shui)(shui)利樞紐(niu)工(gong)(gong)(gong)(gong)程(cheng)(cheng)是(shi)貴州省(sheng)首個(ge)(ge)大(da)型跨(kua)(kua)地(di)區(qu)、跨(kua)(kua)流(liu)域、長(chang)(chang)距離水(shui)(shui)利調水(shui)(shui)重點民(min)生工(gong)(gong)(gong)(gong)程(cheng)(cheng),也是(shi)貴州省(sheng)水(shui)(shui)利工(gong)(gong)(gong)(gong)程(cheng)(cheng)“三年會戰”的(de)標志性工(gong)(gong)(gong)(gong)程(cheng)(cheng)。工(gong)(gong)(gong)(gong)程(cheng)(cheng)在位(wei)于(yu)長(chang)(chang)江流(liu)域烏(wu)江干流(liu)三岔河修(xiu)建(jian)總(zong)(zong)庫容10.8億(yi)立方米(mi)的(de)平(ping)寨水(shui)(shui)庫,將水(shui)(shui)引入黔中(zhong)地(di)區(qu)十多個(ge)(ge)縣(xian)(市(shi))的(de)49個(ge)(ge)鄉鎮,覆蓋面積(ji)達4711平(ping)方公里(li)。干渠總(zong)(zong)長(chang)(chang)為(wei)156.5公里(li),總(zong)(zong)灌溉面積(ji)65.23萬畝(mu),可以(yi)解決39.5萬人畜飲水(shui)(shui)困難。樞紐(niu)工(gong)(gong)(gong)(gong)程(cheng)(cheng)分(fen)為(wei)水(shui)(shui)源工(gong)(gong)(gong)(gong)程(cheng)(cheng)、灌區(qu)工(gong)(gong)(gong)(gong)程(cheng)(cheng)和供水(shui)(shui)工(gong)(gong)(gong)(gong)程(cheng)(cheng),工(gong)(gong)(gong)(gong)程(cheng)(cheng)分(fen)兩期建(jian)設,一(yi)(yi)期工(gong)(gong)(gong)(gong)程(cheng)(cheng)總(zong)(zong)投資約73億(yi)元。龍場渡(du)槽(cao)(cao)位(wei)于(yu)水(shui)(shui)利輸水(shui)(shui)配送(song)工(gong)(gong)(gong)(gong)程(cheng)(cheng)總(zong)(zong)干渠上,單跨(kua)(kua)200米(mi),是(shi)目前世(shi)界上同類(lei)渡(du)槽(cao)(cao)中(zhong)跨(kua)(kua)度(du)(du)最大(da)的(de)渡(du)槽(cao)(cao),被稱為(wei)“世(shi)界第一(yi)(yi)跨(kua)(kua)”,其科技和工(gong)(gong)(gong)(gong)藝(yi)難度(du)(du)堪稱中(zhong)國水(shui)(shui)利建(jian)設的(de)里(li)程(cheng)(cheng)碑,是(shi)黔中(zhong)水(shui)(shui)利樞紐(niu)的(de)控制性工(gong)(gong)(gong)(gong)程(cheng)(cheng)。
為攻克渡槽施(shi)工(gong)(gong)中的(de)各項技術難(nan)題,水電九局與(yu)國內知(zhi)名橋梁(liang)專(zhuan)家(jia)密切合作(zuo)(zuo),組建(jian)現場(chang)專(zhuan)家(jia)工(gong)(gong)作(zuo)(zuo)組攻堅克難(nan)。特別(bie)是(shi)在(zai)拱圈吊(diao)裝過程中,每一個(ge)環節(jie)施(shi)工(gong)(gong)之前均作(zuo)(zuo)了(le)電腦仿真計(ji)算,每一階段(duan)的(de)實(shi)測(ce)數(shu)據隨時(shi)修(xiu)正(zheng)理論模型參(can)數(shu)。同時(shi),施(shi)工(gong)(gong)單位(wei)還大膽改進了(le)傳統的(de)工(gong)(gong)法(fa),如對節(jie)段(duan)榫頭、索力張拉和標高(gao)調整等(deng)常規手段(duan)都作(zuo)(zuo)了(le)全面的(de)創新。這(zhe)些創新措施(shi)提高(gao)了(le)效(xiao)率,降低(di)了(le)風險,改善(shan)了(le)結構受力,也使(shi)得拱圈和槽殼吊(diao)裝精(jing)度控制誤(wu)差達到了(le)毫米級別(bie),確保了(le)渡槽施(shi)工(gong)(gong)的(de)順利完成。
