12月8日,中國(guo)建(jian)(jian)筑工(gong)程總公(gong)司所屬中建(jian)(jian)三局(ju)獨(du)立完成(cheng)的(de)“寒冷地區海洋環境現澆混(hun)凝土橋(qiao)梁基(ji)礎施工(gong)關鍵技(ji)術”成(cheng)果(guo)經湖北省住建(jian)(jian)廳(ting)鑒定,總體達到國(guo)際(ji)先進水平。
“寒(han)冷地區海(hai)洋(yang)環境(jing)現(xian)澆混(hun)凝(ning)(ning)土橋(qiao)梁基礎施(shi)工(gong)(gong)(gong)關(guan)鍵技(ji)術”成(cheng)果以(yi)唐山納(na)潮(chao)河2號大橋(qiao)工(gong)(gong)(gong)程為依(yi)托,從海(hai)洋(yang)環境(jing)超(chao)長(chang)鉆(zhan)孔(kong)灌注(zhu)(zhu)樁施(shi)工(gong)(gong)(gong)技(ji)術研(yan)究、鋼吊(diao)箱(xiang)(xiang)承臺施(shi)工(gong)(gong)(gong)關(guan)鍵技(ji)術、吹(chui)砂(sha)(sha)圍(wei)堰變形影響因素分(fen)析(xi)研(yan)究以(yi)及寒(han)冷地區海(hai)工(gong)(gong)(gong)混(hun)凝(ning)(ning)土配(pei)制四個方面開展研(yan)究。并在(zai)過程中研(yan)制了海(hai)水(shui)造漿和寒(han)冷地區海(hai)工(gong)(gong)(gong)混(hun)凝(ning)(ning)土配(pei)合比,發明了清(qing)除水(shui)下障(zhang)礙物(wu)(wu)的(de)機械抓斗(dou)裝置(zhi),解決了海(hai)洋(yang)環境(jing)淡水(shui)稀缺鉆(zhan)孔(kong)樁成(cheng)孔(kong)問題和超(chao)長(chang)鉆(zhan)孔(kong)灌注(zhu)(zhu)樁施(shi)工(gong)(gong)(gong)過程中障(zhang)礙物(wu)(wu)的(de)清(qing)除難題;通過對鋼吊(diao)箱(xiang)(xiang)底板分(fen)塊優(you)化(hua)和設計輔(fu)助拉(la)桿,減(jian)(jian)少了封底混(hun)凝(ning)(ning)土厚(hou)度(du)、節(jie)約了混(hun)凝(ning)(ning)土用量,提高了鋼吊(diao)箱(xiang)(xiang)的(de)施(shi)工(gong)(gong)(gong)質量及工(gong)(gong)(gong)效;同時通過理論(lun)分(fen)析(xi)、現(xian)場試驗研(yan)究和在(zai)吹(chui)砂(sha)(sha)圍(wei)堰底部采用軟(ruan)體排等措施(shi),有效減(jian)(jian)少了吹(chui)砂(sha)(sha)圍(wei)堰沉降,實現(xian)了吹(chui)砂(sha)(sha)圍(wei)堰作為現(xian)澆箱(xiang)(xiang)梁支架的(de)基礎。
該課題在研究(jiu)過程(cheng)中(zhong),形(xing)成發明專(zhuan)利1項,實用新型專(zhuan)利2項,工法2篇,公開發表論文4篇。
