11月8日8時,隨(sui)著寶(bao)(雞)蘭(lan)(州)客運(yun)專(zhuan)(zhuan)線(xian)(xian)(xian)(xian)渭河隧道(dao)最后一道(dao)屏障打通(tong)(tong)(tong),宣告由中(zhong)國鐵建(jian)十二局集團承(cheng)建(jian)的(de)寶(bao)蘭(lan)客運(yun)專(zhuan)(zhuan)線(xian)(xian)(xian)(xian)高風險頭號控制性工程實現(xian)全線(xian)(xian)(xian)(xian)貫通(tong)(tong)(tong),為全線(xian)(xian)(xian)(xian)如期向寶(bao)雞方向鋪軌提供了重要通(tong)(tong)(tong)道(dao)。
寶蘭(lan)客運專(zhuan)線渭河(he)隧(sui)道全(quan)長10016米,開(kai)挖(wa)斷面面積(ji)最大(da)為158平方米,內縱坡呈“V”字(zi)型(xing)。該座隧(sui)道不(bu)僅(jin)有黃(huang)土(tu)滑坡、膨脹巖、濕陷性黃(huang)土(tu)和松軟土(tu)等不(bu)良地(di)質,而且隧(sui)道大(da)部分位于天水市(shi)城區地(di)下,具有下穿渭河(he)、城市(shi)建筑物(wu)、藉河(he)黃(huang)土(tu)梁峁區、藉河(he)河(he)谷,通(tong)過(guo)液(ye)化氣站(zhan)及液(ye)化氣管道等多種高風(feng)險(xian),是(shi)中國(guo)鐵路總(zong)公司“掛牌”監控的Ⅰ級(ji)高風(feng)險(xian)隧(sui)道,被業內專(zhuan)家譽為“大(da)斷面城市(shi)地(di)鐵”。
建(jian)(jian)設者注重以科技(ji)手(shou)段(duan)破解(jie)高(gao)風險隧(sui)道施(shi)(shi)(shi)(shi)(shi)工(gong)(gong)難題,通過邀(yao)請國內知名隧(sui)道專(zhuan)家和西(xi)南交大院(yuan)校合(he)(he)作(zuo),針對(dui)渭(wei)河(he)隧(sui)道泥(ni)(ni)(ni)質(zhi)巖(yan)地(di)(di)層(ceng)(ceng)下穿(chuan)(chuan)復雜(za)河(he)谷區(qu)穿(chuan)(chuan)越的(de)(de)(de)河(he)床、滑坡、高(gao)層(ceng)(ceng)建(jian)(jian)筑、高(gao)速(su)公路等技(ji)術(shu)(shu)難點展開研究(jiu),在把握泥(ni)(ni)(ni)質(zhi)巖(yan)的(de)(de)(de)工(gong)(gong)程(cheng)特(te)性(xing)的(de)(de)(de)基礎(chu)上,運(yun)用(yong)現場測試、數值模擬以及理論分析等技(ji)術(shu)(shu)手(shou)段(duan)對(dui)下穿(chuan)(chuan)建(jian)(jian)構(gou)筑物(wu)的(de)(de)(de)工(gong)(gong)程(cheng)力學行為(wei)及施(shi)(shi)(shi)(shi)(shi)工(gong)(gong)技(ji)術(shu)(shu)對(dui)策進行詳細研究(jiu)實踐。同時,他(ta)們(men)(men)經(jing)過技(ji)術(shu)(shu)攻(gong)關及現場多(duo)次試驗,采用(yong)“兩階段(duan)成(cheng)樁(zhuang)法(fa)”,既解(jie)決了(le)豎井咬合(he)(he)樁(zhuang)施(shi)(shi)(shi)(shi)(shi)工(gong)(gong)在富含地(di)(di)下水的(de)(de)(de)礫卵石層(ceng)(ceng)中旋挖(wa)(wa)鉆(zhan)(zhan)機(ji)不能(neng)成(cheng)孔的(de)(de)(de)問題,又解(jie)決了(le)套管鉆(zhan)(zhan)機(ji)無法(fa)通過泥(ni)(ni)(ni)巖(yan)地(di)(di)層(ceng)(ceng)的(de)(de)(de)困難,保證了(le)咬合(he)(he)樁(zhuang)施(shi)(shi)(shi)(shi)(shi)工(gong)(gong)質(zhi)量,加快(kuai)了(le)施(shi)(shi)(shi)(shi)(shi)工(gong)(gong)進度(du),為(wei)豎井快(kuai)速(su)進入主洞(dong)奠(dian)定了(le)基礎(chu);他(ta)們(men)(men)還(huan)改進豎井內襯施(shi)(shi)(shi)(shi)(shi)工(gong)(gong)工(gong)(gong)藝(yi),采用(yong)整體式桁(heng)架支(zhi)(zhi)撐體系,有效地(di)(di)解(jie)決了(le)滿堂腳手(shou)架支(zhi)(zhi)撐體系搭拆時間長和易(yi)變形(xing)導致跑模的(de)(de)(de)弊病,豎井創(chuang)造了(le)從開挖(wa)(wa)到襯砌完成(cheng)用(yong)時72天(tian)的(de)(de)(de)施(shi)(shi)(shi)(shi)(shi)工(gong)(gong)記(ji)錄;他(ta)們(men)(men)結合(he)(he)渭(wei)河(he)隧(sui)道地(di)(di)質(zhi)大部分為(wei)弱(ruo)風化泥(ni)(ni)(ni)巖(yan)的(de)(de)(de)特(te)點,合(he)(he)理選擇開挖(wa)(wa)方法(fa),掌子面開挖(wa)(wa)采用(yong)CAT320挖(wa)(wa)掘機(ji)和挖(wa)(wa)機(ji)破碎(sui)錘配合(he)(he)施(shi)(shi)(shi)(shi)(shi)工(gong)(gong),避免了(le)爆(bao)破造成(cheng)的(de)(de)(de)超挖(wa)(wa),同時降低了(le)對(dui)地(di)(di)表構(gou)造物(wu)的(de)(de)(de)振動影響,為(wei)同類型(xing)隧(sui)道施(shi)(shi)(shi)(shi)(shi)工(gong)(gong)積累了(le)寶貴(gui)經(jing)驗。
寶(bao)蘭客(ke)(ke)運專線(xian)(xian)是(shi)國(guo)家(jia)中長期鐵路(lu)(lu)網規劃中徐(xu)蘭客(ke)(ke)運專線(xian)(xian)的(de)西段(duan),也(ye)是(shi)國(guo)家(jia)鐵路(lu)(lu)“四縱(zong)四橫”客(ke)(ke)運專線(xian)(xian)網的(de)重要(yao)組成部(bu)(bu)分。寶(bao)蘭客(ke)(ke)運專線(xian)(xian)建(jian)成通(tong)車后,寶(bao)雞(ji)到蘭州列車運行時(shi)(shi)間將由6小時(shi)(shi)左右(you)縮(suo)短到2小時(shi)(shi),形成一條(tiao)中國(guo)東部(bu)(bu)地(di)區(qu)通(tong)往新疆的(de)高(gao)速鐵路(lu)(lu)聯(lian)通(tong)線(xian)(xian),使人(ren)類幾(ji)千年文(wen)明傳播的(de)古絲綢之(zhi)路(lu)(lu)邁入高(gao)速時(shi)(shi)代。
