10月26日,由中國(guo)(guo)電科院牽(qian)頭的(de)國(guo)(guo)家電網公司科技項(xiang)目“特高壓大型組(zu)塔裝備的(de)優化技術研(yan)究(jiu)”順利通過驗(yan)收(shou)。驗(yan)收(shou)專家一致(zhi)認為(wei),項(xiang)目完成了(le)合同規定的(de)研(yan)究(jiu)內容,同意項(xiang)目通過驗(yan)收(shou),項(xiang)目成果可全面應用(yong)于特高壓工程建設,將為(wei)提高我國(guo)(guo)輸電線路組(zu)塔施工技術水平提供技術保證(zheng)。
長期以(yi)來,系列(lie)化單(dan)動臂(bei)(bei)落(luo)地抱(bao)桿(gan)(gan)和雙平(ping)(ping)臂(bei)(bei)落(luo)地抱(bao)桿(gan)(gan)等(deng)大(da)型組塔施(shi)(shi)工(gong)(gong)(gong)裝(zhuang)備已經成功應用于(yu)特(te)高(gao)壓(ya)工(gong)(gong)(gong)程(cheng)建設(she),具有(you)安(an)全(quan)(quan)保護裝(zhuang)置齊全(quan)(quan)、施(shi)(shi)工(gong)(gong)(gong)安(an)全(quan)(quan)性高(gao)等(deng)特(te)點,但抱(bao)桿(gan)(gan)部(bu)分部(bu)件(jian)單(dan)件(jian)重(zhong)量偏重(zhong),在(zai)地形條件(jian)復(fu)雜、施(shi)(shi)工(gong)(gong)(gong)環境惡(e)劣的現場(chang)進行安(an)裝(zhuang)、組立(li)、拆卸、轉場(chang)較(jiao)為(wei)困難,而且(qie)現有(you)鐵塔組立(li)施(shi)(shi)工(gong)(gong)(gong)技術標準不能(neng)完全(quan)(quan)反(fan)映大(da)型落(luo)地抱(bao)桿(gan)(gan)組塔的技術及工(gong)(gong)(gong)藝特(te)點。因此,工(gong)(gong)(gong)程(cheng)所(suo)結合工(gong)(gong)(gong)程(cheng)實際需求,開展(zhan)了適用于(yu)特(te)高(gao)壓(ya)工(gong)(gong)(gong)程(cheng)的單(dan)動臂(bei)(bei)、雙平(ping)(ping)臂(bei)(bei)落(luo)地抱(bao)桿(gan)(gan)的優化技術研究及其組塔施(shi)(shi)工(gong)(gong)(gong)、安(an)裝(zhuang)與驗收(shou)工(gong)(gong)(gong)藝研究。
項目基于SXD50單(dan)動(dong)(dong)臂(bei)(bei)落(luo)地(di)抱(bao)桿(gan)(gan)回轉總成(cheng)的(de)結(jie)構(gou)特點及功能,提出了(le)單(dan)動(dong)(dong)臂(bei)(bei)落(luo)地(di)抱(bao)桿(gan)(gan)回轉上(shang)支(zhi)座的(de)凹槽式結(jie)構(gou)優化(hua)設計,減重19%;針對SXD50落(luo)地(di)抱(bao)桿(gan)(gan)提出了(le)平(ping)(ping)行四邊形結(jie)構(gou)的(de)可(ke)搖動(dong)(dong)平(ping)(ping)衡臂(bei)(bei),可(ke)實現抱(bao)桿(gan)(gan)桿(gan)(gan)身的(de)后(hou)傾力矩(ju)與工(gong)(gong)作前傾力矩(ju)平(ping)(ping)衡;提出了(le)T2T100雙平(ping)(ping)臂(bei)(bei)落(luo)地(di)抱(bao)桿(gan)(gan)結(jie)構(gou)優化(hua)方案及施(shi)工(gong)(gong)工(gong)(gong)藝(yi)優化(hua)方案,可(ke)有效(xiao)減少施(shi)工(gong)(gong)人員勞(lao)動(dong)(dong)強(qiang)(qiang)度,增強(qiang)(qiang)裝備的(de)工(gong)(gong)程適用性。項目完(wan)成(cheng)了(le)《單(dan)動(dong)(dong)臂(bei)(bei)落(luo)地(di)抱(bao)桿(gan)(gan)安裝及驗收(shou)規程》等4項標準(zhun)報(bao)批稿(gao),可(ke)規范大(da)型(xing)鐵塔(ta)的(de)組立(li)施(shi)工(gong)(gong)工(gong)(gong)藝(yi),提高施(shi)工(gong)(gong)安全性,更好地(di)滿足(zu)輸電線(xian)路組塔(ta)施(shi)工(gong)(gong)需(xu)求。
項目(mu)提(ti)出的(de)常設式(shi)雙平(ping)臂收臂裝置、回轉平(ping)臺結構優化等(deng)技(ji)(ji)術已應(ying)(ying)用(yong)于T2T100、T2T80等(deng)雙平(ping)臂落地抱桿中,并在錫(xi)盟-山東特(te)高壓交(jiao)流工程中進行了應(ying)(ying)用(yong),有(you)效減少了施工人員的(de)高空作業(ye),降低了施工強度,項目(mu)成(cheng)果可(ke)廣泛(fan)應(ying)(ying)用(yong)于大型落地抱桿的(de)優化技(ji)(ji)術。
