近日(ri),國家自(zi)然科(ke)(ke)學基(ji)金(jin)(jin)委員會公布了2015年(nian)國家自(zi)然科(ke)(ke)學基(ji)金(jin)(jin)申(shen)報(bao)項目的評審(shen)結果,中國電科(ke)(ke)院(yuan)申(shen)報(bao)的“大(da)規模(mo)(mo)風(feng)電接入(ru)弱交流電網的機(ji)網交互作用(yong)機(ji)理與(yu)控(kong)制研(yan)究(jiu)”“考慮臺風(feng)非平穩性和豎(shu)向(xiang)(xiang)風(feng)影響的輸(shu)電桿塔風(feng)荷載模(mo)(mo)型(xing)”“面向(xiang)(xiang)高(gao)(gao)滲透率(lv)分(fen)布式光伏的分(fen)層儲(chu)能系統布局配(pei)置優(you)化研(yan)究(jiu)”“儲(chu)能系統輔助火(huo)電廠AGC調(diao)頻的動(dong)態協同運(yun)行(xing)特性研(yan)究(jiu)”“高(gao)(gao)壓直(zhi)流輸(shu)電線(xian)路下(xia)空間顆粒物荷電及(ji)運(yun)動(dong)模(mo)(mo)型(xing)研(yan)究(jiu)”“考慮不同滲透率(lv)條件的分(fen)布式逆變系統自(zi)適(shi)應(ying)并網差異(yi)化控(kong)制策略研(yan)究(jiu)”等(deng)6個(ge)項目獲國家自(zi)然科(ke)(ke)學基(ji)金(jin)(jin)委批準立(li)項。
其中“大(da)規(gui)模(mo)風(feng)電(dian)(dian)(dian)(dian)(dian)接入弱(ruo)交(jiao)(jiao)流電(dian)(dian)(dian)(dian)(dian)網的(de)(de)機(ji)網交(jiao)(jiao)互(hu)作用機(ji)理與控(kong)(kong)制(zhi)研(yan)究”是中國電(dian)(dian)(dian)(dian)(dian)科(ke)院新(xin)能源所申(shen)報的(de)(de)面上項目(mu),該項目(mu)研(yan)究背(bei)景為伴隨(sui)風(feng)電(dian)(dian)(dian)(dian)(dian)在電(dian)(dian)(dian)(dian)(dian)網中的(de)(de)比(bi)例不(bu)斷增大(da)、風(feng)電(dian)(dian)(dian)(dian)(dian)輸送(song)距離不(bu)斷增加(jia),大(da)規(gui)模(mo)風(feng)電(dian)(dian)(dian)(dian)(dian)接入弱(ruo)交(jiao)(jiao)流電(dian)(dian)(dian)(dian)(dian)網下(xia)的(de)(de)運行(xing)和控(kong)(kong)制(zhi)所面臨的(de)(de)新(xin)技術挑戰,且基于現有強電(dian)(dian)(dian)(dian)(dian)網運行(xing)環境(jing)設計的(de)(de)風(feng)機(ji)控(kong)(kong)制(zhi)技術難以(yi)適(shi)應(ying),風(feng)機(ji)集群(qun)之(zhi)(zhi)間及其與電(dian)(dian)(dian)(dian)(dian)網之(zhi)(zhi)間耦(ou)合交(jiao)(jiao)互(hu)作用突出(chu)等問題。
該(gai)項目主要研(yan)究內(nei)容為大(da)規(gui)模(mo)風(feng)電(dian)(dian)接入弱(ruo)(ruo)交流電(dian)(dian)網(wang)(wang)的(de)機網(wang)(wang)交互作用機理(li)(li)與控制(zhi)技(ji)術,揭示大(da)規(gui)模(mo)風(feng)電(dian)(dian)接入弱(ruo)(ruo)交流電(dian)(dian)網(wang)(wang)的(de)機網(wang)(wang)交互作用機理(li)(li),并(bing)針對(dui)風(feng)電(dian)(dian)故障穿越(yue)和(he)風(feng)電(dian)(dian)并(bing)網(wang)(wang)系統振蕩(dang)特(te)性(xing)提出風(feng)電(dian)(dian)優化控制(zhi)策略,為建立大(da)規(gui)模(mo)風(feng)電(dian)(dian)接入弱(ruo)(ruo)交流電(dian)(dian)網(wang)(wang)研(yan)究體系奠定理(li)(li)論基礎,解(jie)決我國(guo)大(da)規(gui)模(mo)風(feng)電(dian)(dian)并(bing)網(wang)(wang)安全(quan)運行面(mian)臨的(de)技(ji)術難(nan)題。
另外(wai)5項(xiang)(xiang)項(xiang)(xiang)目為(wei)青(qing)年科學基金項(xiang)(xiang)目,其中電工(gong)所(suo)(suo)獲批(pi)(pi)2項(xiang)(xiang),高壓所(suo)(suo)、工(gong)程所(suo)(suo)、配電所(suo)(suo)各(ge)獲批(pi)(pi)1項(xiang)(xiang)。
國(guo)家自(zi)然(ran)科(ke)學基金項(xiang)目是面向全國(guo)、采取(qu)競爭機制擇優支持科(ke)技(ji)工作者從事基礎研究和應用(yong)基礎研究的國(guo)家科(ke)技(ji)項(xiang)目。與往年(nian)相比,今年(nian)獲國(guo)家自(zi)然(ran)基金資(zi)助(zhu)項(xiang)目的負責(ze)(ze)人(ren)呈現年(nian)輕化趨勢,中國(guo)電科(ke)院獲資(zi)助(zhu)6個項(xiang)目的負責(ze)(ze)人(ren),平(ping)均(jun)年(nian)齡為34.5歲。
