7月20日,中(zhong)(zhong)國(guo)建筑(zhu)(zhu)工(gong)程總(zong)公(gong)司所屬(shu)中(zhong)(zhong)建三局自主研發(fa)的“超高層建筑(zhu)(zhu)密集立管預制(zhi)組合技術的研究與應(ying)用”經鑒定,整體達到國(guo)際領先(xian)水(shui)平。
管(guan)井(jing)內立管(guan)施(shi)工(gong)一直(zhi)是(shi)機電(dian)施(shi)工(gong)中最危險的(de)作(zuo)業,管(guan)井(jing)內作(zuo)業場所狹小,安全(quan)上存(cun)(cun)在較多隱患。另外,還存(cun)(cun)在施(shi)工(gong)質量(liang)難以提(ti)高、施(shi)工(gong)效率低以及垂直(zhi)運輸(shu)難等諸多問題。
新工(gong)(gong)藝采用(yong)組合化(hua)施(shi)工(gong)(gong),可(ke)(ke)實現工(gong)(gong)廠化(hua)流水式作(zuo)業,減少了吊裝次數,整(zheng)體具有施(shi)工(gong)(gong)簡(jian)便、質量(liang)可(ke)(ke)靠、安(an)全性強、制作(zuo)精度(du)高等特點,較之傳(chuan)統(tong)施(shi)工(gong)(gong)方法可(ke)(ke)節約人(ren)工(gong)(gong)40-45%、機械及措施(shi)費(fei)用(yong)33-35%、材料費(fei)用(yong)8-10%,經濟(ji)效益顯著。
