7月17日,在中(zhong)航(hang)工(gong)業(ye)通(tong)飛(fei)珠海基地,我(wo)國(guo)自主(zhu)研制的“三個大飛(fei)機(ji)(ji)”之一(yi)的大型滅(mie)火/水(shui)上救(jiu)援水(shui)陸兩棲飛(fei)機(ji)(ji)(以下簡稱(cheng)AG600)機(ji)(ji)身段完(wan)成(cheng)對(dui)接,全面進入總裝階段,這是(shi)AG600研制進程中(zhong)的又一(yi)個重(zhong)要里程碑,標志著(zhu)該(gai)機(ji)(ji)向2015年底(di)前在珠海完(wan)成(cheng)總裝邁出了關鍵一(yi)步。AG600是(shi)當今世界上在研的最大一(yi)款(kuan)水(shui)陸兩棲飛(fei)機(ji)(ji),是(shi)為滿(man)足森林滅(mie)火和水(shui)上救(jiu)援的迫切需要,我(wo)國(guo)首次研制的大型特(te)種用途民用飛(fei)機(ji)(ji),是(shi)國(guo)家應急救(jiu)援體系建設急需的重(zhong)大航(hang)空裝備,對(dui)我(wo)國(guo)經(jing)濟發(fa)展和轉型升級具有(you)重(zhong)大意義。

AG600是國(guo)家立項(xiang)的大(da)(da)型(xing)民用(yong)飛(fei)(fei)機(ji)項(xiang)目(mu),按照“主承制商-供應商”的“大(da)(da)協作”模式,充分(fen)(fen)調動(dong)(dong)中(zhong)航(hang)工(gong)業(ye)(ye)集(ji)團(tuan)公(gong)(gong)司(si)(si)乃至(zhi)(zhi)全國(guo)資源(yuan)參(can)與(yu)型(xing)號研制,聚集(ji)行(xing)業(ye)(ye)力量,開展(zhan)項(xiang)目(mu)研制工(gong)作。AG600作為大(da)(da)型(xing)特(te)種飛(fei)(fei)機(ji),對我國(guo)民機(ji)產業(ye)(ye)的發(fa)展(zhan)具(ju)有(you)里程碑的意(yi)義,通(tong)(tong)過項(xiang)目(mu)研制將有(you)力促進通(tong)(tong)用(yong)航(hang)空產業(ye)(ye)的“大(da)(da)跨(kua)越”;同時(shi),促進中(zhong)航(hang)工(gong)業(ye)(ye)通(tong)(tong)飛(fei)(fei)有(you)效融入區域發(fa)展(zhan)經濟圈,實現中(zhong)航(hang)工(gong)業(ye)(ye)與(yu)廣東(dong)省及(ji)珠海(hai)市政府的“大(da)(da)融合”。從(cong)型(xing)號研制啟(qi)動(dong)(dong)至(zhi)(zhi)今,相(xiang)繼完成了(le)初步設(she)計(ji)評審和詳細設(she)計(ji)評審,實現了(le)氣水(shui)動(dong)(dong)布局、起(qi)落架布局等關鍵技術(shu)和眾多技術(shu)難點突(tu)破,2014年(nian)(nian)上半年(nian)(nian)進入工(gong)程制造階段。2014年(nian)(nian)12月(yue)29日(ri)(ri)(ri),AG600首個大(da)(da)部件(jian)中(zhong)機(ji)身(shen)在(zai)(zai)(zai)中(zhong)航(hang)飛(fei)(fei)機(ji)西安(an)分(fen)(fen)公(gong)(gong)司(si)(si)成功下架;2015年(nian)(nian)3月(yue)12日(ri)(ri)(ri),AG600中(zhong)央翼段大(da)(da)部件(jian)在(zai)(zai)(zai)中(zhong)航(hang)飛(fei)(fei)機(ji)西安(an)分(fen)(fen)公(gong)(gong)司(si)(si)下架;3月(yue)13日(ri)(ri)(ri),由中(zhong)航(hang)工(gong)業(ye)(ye)成飛(fei)(fei)民機(ji)及(ji)成飛(fei)(fei)承擔的機(ji)頭大(da)(da)部件(jian)在(zai)(zai)(zai)成都順利完成總裝下架;4月(yue)27日(ri)(ri)(ri),AG600中(zhong)后機(ji)身(shen)、后機(ji)身(shen)在(zai)(zai)(zai)中(zhong)航(hang)飛(fei)(fei)機(ji)漢中(zhong)分(fen)(fen)公(gong)(gong)司(si)(si)下架;7月(yue)5日(ri)(ri)(ri),AG600發(fa)動(dong)(dong)機(ji)短艙及(ji)支架在(zai)(zai)(zai)中(zhong)航(hang)通(tong)(tong)飛(fei)(fei)華(hua)北公(gong)(gong)司(si)(si)下架交付。
隨著AG600中(zhong)機(ji)(ji)(ji)(ji)(ji)(ji)(ji)身(shen)(shen)(shen)(shen)、機(ji)(ji)(ji)(ji)(ji)(ji)(ji)頭(tou)、中(zhong)后(hou)(hou)機(ji)(ji)(ji)(ji)(ji)(ji)(ji)身(shen)(shen)(shen)(shen)、后(hou)(hou)機(ji)(ji)(ji)(ji)(ji)(ji)(ji)身(shen)(shen)(shen)(shen)等大部件(jian)陸(lu)續運抵珠(zhu)海,中(zhong)航工業通飛作(zuo)(zuo)為(wei)責任主體(ti)全(quan)面進入(ru)研制攻堅狀態。5月(yue)(yue)(yue)(yue)14日,隨著機(ji)(ji)(ji)(ji)(ji)(ji)(ji)頭(tou)緩(huan)緩(huan)吊起(qi)、上架、柔性(xing)支撐定位器入(ru)點,成(cheng)(cheng)功(gong)(gong)完成(cheng)(cheng)AG600飛機(ji)(ji)(ji)(ji)(ji)(ji)(ji)機(ji)(ji)(ji)(ji)(ji)(ji)(ji)頭(tou)吊裝入(ru)位,順利打響(xiang)了AG600飛機(ji)(ji)(ji)(ji)(ji)(ji)(ji)總(zong)裝研制第一槍。5月(yue)(yue)(yue)(yue)18日,開始AG600后(hou)(hou)機(ji)(ji)(ji)(ji)(ji)(ji)(ji)身(shen)(shen)(shen)(shen)吊裝入(ru)位工作(zuo)(zuo),并進行了后(hou)(hou)機(ji)(ji)(ji)(ji)(ji)(ji)(ji)身(shen)(shen)(shen)(shen)與(yu)中(zhong)機(ji)(ji)(ji)(ji)(ji)(ji)(ji)身(shen)(shen)(shen)(shen)的(de)預(yu)對(dui)(dui)接(jie),基本實現對(dui)(dui)合到位。5月(yue)(yue)(yue)(yue)22日上午(wu),AG600中(zhong)機(ji)(ji)(ji)(ji)(ji)(ji)(ji)身(shen)(shen)(shen)(shen)與(yu)機(ji)(ji)(ji)(ji)(ji)(ji)(ji)頭(tou)、中(zhong)后(hou)(hou)機(ji)(ji)(ji)(ji)(ji)(ji)(ji)身(shen)(shen)(shen)(shen)成(cheng)(cheng)功(gong)(gong)對(dui)(dui)接(jie)到理(li)論位置,為(wei)全(quan)機(ji)(ji)(ji)(ji)(ji)(ji)(ji)身(shen)(shen)(shen)(shen)對(dui)(dui)接(jie)打下(xia)了良好(hao)的(de)基礎。5月(yue)(yue)(yue)(yue)29日下(xia)午(wu),AG600全(quan)機(ji)(ji)(ji)(ji)(ji)(ji)(ji)身(shen)(shen)(shen)(shen)對(dui)(dui)接(jie)開鉚正式進行,經過裝配生產一線(xian)員工一周(zhou)的(de)努(nu)力,于6月(yue)(yue)(yue)(yue)5日晚(wan)完成(cheng)(cheng)了機(ji)(ji)(ji)(ji)(ji)(ji)(ji)頭(tou)與(yu)中(zhong)機(ji)(ji)(ji)(ji)(ji)(ji)(ji)身(shen)(shen)(shen)(shen)船底對(dui)(dui)接(jie)鉚接(jie)。
自AG600飛機(ji)001架(jia)中機(ji)身吊裝上架(jia)以來,中航工業通飛群(qun)策群(qun)力,與各參(can)研參(can)制單(dan)位密(mi)切協作,經(jing)過歷時兩(liang)個多月的(de)奮戰(zhan),克服了(le)一系列的(de)困難(nan),先后攻克了(le)機(ji)身三(san)段調姿、中央(yang)翼(yi)(yi)對接調姿、翼(yi)(yi)身接頭孔(kong)精加工等難(nan)關,實現了(le)AG600研制預(yu)期的(de)階段目標,完成了(le)機(ji)身三(san)段調姿對接、起(qi)落架(jia)安裝、中央(yang)翼(yi)(yi)鉸孔(kong)安裝等工作,奠(dian)定(ding)了(le)全面進入總裝的(de)重(zhong)要(yao)基礎。
自此,機(ji)體總長達(da)39.3米的AG600機(ji)身正式對接(jie)完成(cheng)。這標志(zhi)著(zhu)項(xiang)目研制取得(de)了重要的階(jie)段(duan)性成(cheng)果,為下一階(jie)段(duan)的全面總裝(zhuang)工作奠定了堅實的基礎。根(gen)據(ju)計劃,2015年(nian)底前AG600飛(fei)(fei)機(ji)將完成(cheng)總裝(zhuang),2016年(nian)上半年(nian)實現首飛(fei)(fei)。
AG600飛機(ji)按照“水(shui)(shui)陸兩棲、一機(ji)多(duo)(duo)(duo)型、系列發展”的設計思路,采用(yong)單船身、懸臂上(shang)(shang)(shang)單翼布局(ju)及(ji)前三點可收放式起(qi)落架,選裝4臺渦槳(jiang)發動機(ji),最大起(qi)飛重量53.5噸(dun),20秒內可一次(ci)汲水(shui)(shui)12噸(dun)。具有執行(xing)森(sen)林滅火(huo)、水(shui)(shui)上(shang)(shang)(shang)救援等多(duo)(duo)(duo)項特種任(ren)務能力(li),可根據用(yong)戶的需(xu)要(yao)加改裝必要(yao)的設備,滿足執行(xing)海洋環境監測、資源探測、客貨運(yun)輸等任(ren)務的需(xu)要(yao)。這款飛機(ji)的最大特點是既(ji)能在(zai)陸地上(shang)(shang)(shang)起(qi)降,又能在(zai)水(shui)(shui)面(mian)上(shang)(shang)(shang)起(qi)降,可在(zai)水(shui)(shui)源與(yu)火(huo)場(chang)之間多(duo)(duo)(duo)次(ci)往返投水(shui)(shui)滅火(huo),除(chu)水(shui)(shui)面(mian)低空搜索外,還可在(zai)水(shui)(shui)面(mian)停泊實施救援行(xing)動,水(shui)(shui)上(shang)(shang)(shang)應(ying)急救援一次(ci)可救護50名遇險人員。
在AG600研(yan)制(zhi)(zhi)(zhi)(zhi)中(zhong)(zhong)(zhong)(zhong),中(zhong)(zhong)(zhong)(zhong)航(hang)(hang)工(gong)(gong)(gong)業(ye)各單(dan)位(wei)(wei)通(tong)力(li)合(he)作(zuo),中(zhong)(zhong)(zhong)(zhong)航(hang)(hang)工(gong)(gong)(gong)業(ye)通(tong)飛(fei)(fei)(fei)(fei)作(zuo)為(wei)(wei)責(ze)任主體,中(zhong)(zhong)(zhong)(zhong)航(hang)(hang)工(gong)(gong)(gong)業(ye)特飛(fei)(fei)(fei)(fei)所(suo)/中(zhong)(zhong)(zhong)(zhong)航(hang)(hang)通(tong)飛(fei)(fei)(fei)(fei)研(yan)究院(yuan)作(zuo)為(wei)(wei)總設(she)計師(shi)單(dan)位(wei)(wei),中(zhong)(zhong)(zhong)(zhong)航(hang)(hang)通(tong)飛(fei)(fei)(fei)(fei)華(hua)南公(gong)司(si)(si)作(zuo)為(wei)(wei)飛(fei)(fei)(fei)(fei)機(ji)(ji)(ji)主承(cheng)(cheng)(cheng)(cheng)制(zhi)(zhi)(zhi)(zhi)單(dan)位(wei)(wei),統籌(chou)行業(ye)力(li)量,開展(zhan)飛(fei)(fei)(fei)(fei)機(ji)(ji)(ji)研(yan)制(zhi)(zhi)(zhi)(zhi)。其(qi)中(zhong)(zhong)(zhong)(zhong)中(zhong)(zhong)(zhong)(zhong)航(hang)(hang)工(gong)(gong)(gong)業(ye)成(cheng)飛(fei)(fei)(fei)(fei)民機(ji)(ji)(ji)承(cheng)(cheng)(cheng)(cheng)擔機(ji)(ji)(ji)頭的(de)制(zhi)(zhi)(zhi)(zhi)造,中(zhong)(zhong)(zhong)(zhong)航(hang)(hang)飛(fei)(fei)(fei)(fei)機(ji)(ji)(ji)西安(an)分(fen)(fen)公(gong)司(si)(si)承(cheng)(cheng)(cheng)(cheng)擔中(zhong)(zhong)(zhong)(zhong)機(ji)(ji)(ji)身和(he)機(ji)(ji)(ji)翼的(de)制(zhi)(zhi)(zhi)(zhi)造,中(zhong)(zhong)(zhong)(zhong)航(hang)(hang)飛(fei)(fei)(fei)(fei)機(ji)(ji)(ji)漢中(zhong)(zhong)(zhong)(zhong)分(fen)(fen)公(gong)司(si)(si)承(cheng)(cheng)(cheng)(cheng)擔后(hou)機(ji)(ji)(ji)身和(he)尾翼的(de)制(zhi)(zhi)(zhi)(zhi)造,中(zhong)(zhong)(zhong)(zhong)航(hang)(hang)通(tong)飛(fei)(fei)(fei)(fei)華(hua)北公(gong)司(si)(si)承(cheng)(cheng)(cheng)(cheng)擔發動機(ji)(ji)(ji)短艙的(de)制(zhi)(zhi)(zhi)(zhi)造,中(zhong)(zhong)(zhong)(zhong)航(hang)(hang)工(gong)(gong)(gong)業(ye)復材中(zhong)(zhong)(zhong)(zhong)心承(cheng)(cheng)(cheng)(cheng)擔碳纖維復合(he)材料部件的(de)制(zhi)(zhi)(zhi)(zhi)造,中(zhong)(zhong)(zhong)(zhong)航(hang)(hang)工(gong)(gong)(gong)業(ye)南方承(cheng)(cheng)(cheng)(cheng)擔發動機(ji)(ji)(ji)的(de)研(yan)制(zhi)(zhi)(zhi)(zhi)工(gong)(gong)(gong)作(zuo),其(qi)余(yu)主要部件和(he)系(xi)統也由中(zhong)(zhong)(zhong)(zhong)航(hang)(hang)工(gong)(gong)(gong)業(ye)所(suo)屬(shu)相關(guan)單(dan)位(wei)(wei)研(yan)制(zhi)(zhi)(zhi)(zhi)。
2014年11月,在(zai)第十屆中國(guo)國(guo)際航(hang)空(kong)航(hang)天博覽會上(shang),AG600獲得(de)兩(liang)架意(yi)向(xiang)訂(ding)單,目前AG600已取得(de)了17架意(yi)向(xiang)訂(ding)單,展現了良(liang)好的市場前景。主要是林業部門用(yong)(yong)(yong)于森林滅火(huo),海洋(yang)局用(yong)(yong)(yong)于海洋(yang)監測(ce)、海上(shang)救援,海警用(yong)(yong)(yong)于海上(shang)維權執法(fa),以及海洋(yang)測(ce)繪、遠海島礁人員(yuan)和貨物運輸等。
