近日,華(hua)能清(qing)潔能源研究院(yuan)在(zai)三亞進行了熔(rong)(rong)鹽(yan)(yan)(yan)(yan)儲(chu)熱(re)系(xi)(xi)統(tong)蒸汽(qi)發生測(ce)(ce)(ce)試(shi),完(wan)成了包(bao)括(kuo)熔(rong)(rong)鹽(yan)(yan)(yan)(yan)熔(rong)(rong)化、系(xi)(xi)統(tong)預熱(re)、熔(rong)(rong)鹽(yan)(yan)(yan)(yan)換(huan)熱(re)及熔(rong)(rong)鹽(yan)(yan)(yan)(yan)吹掃(sao)等在(zai)內的(de)全流程測(ce)(ce)(ce)試(shi),并(bing)進行了連續5天(tian)的(de)熔(rong)(rong)鹽(yan)(yan)(yan)(yan)與水的(de)換(huan)熱(re)測(ce)(ce)(ce)試(shi)。經測(ce)(ce)(ce)試(shi),該系(xi)(xi)統(tong)可產(chan)出穩定參(can)數的(de)蒸汽(qi),達(da)到(dao)系(xi)(xi)統(tong)設(she)計目標(biao),標(biao)志著(zhu)清(qing)能院(yuan)熔(rong)(rong)鹽(yan)(yan)(yan)(yan)儲(chu)熱(re)技術達(da)到(dao)國內領先水平。
儲熱(re)系(xi)統(tong)是太(tai)(tai)(tai)陽能(neng)熱(re)發電(dian)(dian)電(dian)(dian)站的(de)重要組成(cheng)部分,通(tong)過存儲高(gao)溫介質,在需要時通(tong)過換熱(re)器產生高(gao)溫高(gao)壓蒸汽進入汽輪機發電(dian)(dian),消除太(tai)(tai)(tai)陽能(neng)資源自身的(de)不穩定(ding)性,實現對太(tai)(tai)(tai)陽能(neng)的(de)可調(diao)度(du)利用。配置適合容(rong)量的(de)儲熱(re)系(xi)統(tong),可以提高(gao)機組的(de)利用小時數,進一步降低太(tai)(tai)(tai)陽能(neng)熱(re)發電(dian)(dian)的(de)度(du)電(dian)(dian)成(cheng)本。儲熱(re)系(xi)統(tong)還可以用于風電(dian)(dian)清潔供暖,將部分時間(jian)的(de)棄電(dian)(dian)用于全天供熱(re)。
清(qing)能院(yuan)三(san)亞熔(rong)鹽(yan)(yan)儲(chu)(chu)熱(re)(re)(re)系統(tong)采用25噸三(san)元硝酸鹽(yan)(yan)作為(wei)儲(chu)(chu)熱(re)(re)(re)介質(zhi),儲(chu)(chu)熱(re)(re)(re)容(rong)量達到(dao)1.5兆瓦時。系統(tong)包括高溫(wen)、低(di)溫(wen)兩個熔(rong)鹽(yan)(yan)儲(chu)(chu)罐(guan),以及(ji)(ji)由預熱(re)(re)(re)器、蒸發(fa)器及(ji)(ji)過熱(re)(re)(re)器組成(cheng)的(de)蒸汽發(fa)生(sheng)系統(tong)。熔(rong)鹽(yan)(yan)介質(zhi)凝固點高,對(dui)換熱(re)(re)(re)器及(ji)(ji)管道的(de)設(she)計、伴熱(re)(re)(re)保溫(wen)措(cuo)施的(de)可靠性有(you)很高的(de)要求。目前國內僅(jin)有(you)一兩套(tao)兆瓦級熔(rong)鹽(yan)(yan)儲(chu)(chu)熱(re)(re)(re)裝置投入運行,該熔(rong)鹽(yan)(yan)儲(chu)(chu)熱(re)(re)(re)系統(tong)直接(jie)用熔(rong)鹽(yan)(yan)與給水(shui)換熱(re)(re)(re)產生(sheng)過熱(re)(re)(re)蒸汽,在國內處(chu)于領(ling)先水(shui)平(ping)。清(qing)能院(yuan)將利用該儲(chu)(chu)熱(re)(re)(re)系統(tong)進(jin)行持續測(ce)試,驗證系統(tong)長期運行的(de)可靠性,并(bing)基(ji)于該平(ping)臺開展熔(rong)鹽(yan)(yan)為(wei)介質(zhi)的(de)線性菲涅爾技術(shu)的(de)研發(fa)。
