日前,在重慶市(shi)沙坪壩區鳳鳴山工地上,中國(guo)鐵建重工集(ji)團(tuan)自主(zhu)研制的(de)單護盾TBM——領航(hang)1號成功始發。這是國(guo)內自主(zhu)研制的(de)單護盾TBM首次(ci)用于城市(shi)地鐵施工。
據悉,重(zhong)(zhong)慶軌道(dao)交(jiao)通環線(xian)設(she)站33座,全長約(yue)(yue)51公里(li),作為重(zhong)(zhong)慶市(shi)軌道(dao)交(jiao)通線(xian)網的重(zhong)(zhong)要(yao)(yao)(yao)組成部(bu)分,具有重(zhong)(zhong)要(yao)(yao)(yao)的連接功(gong)能,是線(xian)網中最重(zhong)(zhong)要(yao)(yao)(yao)的骨干線(xian)路,計劃于(yu)2017年建(jian)成通車。根據重(zhong)(zhong)慶地(di)鐵(tie)地(di)質以砂(sha)(sha)質泥巖、砂(sha)(sha)巖及泥質粉砂(sha)(sha)巖為主的情況(kuang),鐵(tie)建(jian)重(zhong)(zhong)工(gong)(gong)設(she)計的這臺單(dan)(dan)護盾(dun)TBM是首次在國(guo)內用(yong)于(yu)城市(shi)地(di)鐵(tie)施(shi)(shi)工(gong)(gong),與盾(dun)構(gou)法施(shi)(shi)工(gong)(gong)相比,單(dan)(dan)護盾(dun)TBM解決了(le)原盾(dun)構(gou)法稀(xi)渣外(wai)運(yun)污染環境(jing)的難(nan)題,更加環保。在施(shi)(shi)工(gong)(gong)工(gong)(gong)藝上,單(dan)(dan)護盾(dun)TBM不需要(yao)(yao)(yao)使用(yong)主軸承密封油脂、泡(pao)沫劑(ji)、膨潤土等渣土改(gai)良(liang)劑(ji),出(chu)渣效率高(gao),工(gong)(gong)序簡化,施(shi)(shi)工(gong)(gong)速度更快,同時每米可(ke)節省主軸承密封油脂和泡(pao)沫劑(ji)等施(shi)(shi)工(gong)(gong)材料成本約(yue)(yue)300元,此項(xiang)目(mu)3個(ge)TBM區間隧(sui)道(dao)總長約(yue)(yue)6公里(li)至7公里(li),可(ke)減少施(shi)(shi)工(gong)(gong)成本約(yue)(yue)200萬元。
專家認為,鐵建(jian)重工將單(dan)護盾TBM用于城市地鐵施(shi)工,除了(le)在環保、經濟上都(dou)有顯著的效果外,還(huan)拓(tuo)寬了(le)國(guo)內單(dan)護盾TBM的應用領域。
